通过对粉体小球在粉体成球机盘底上运动轨线的研究,利用Euler定理,结合其参数特点,得到了不同几何形状的盘底在成球过程中对粉体小球运动的影响,球面盘底较平面盘底更有利于成球的结论。     

中空螺旋状不锈钢冷却水喷头的熔模精密铸造

采用熔模精密铸造工艺，生产中空螺旋状不锈钢冷却水喷头，其工艺要点是，采用热型重力浇注，在高温下进行自由浇注。同时采用先慢后快，流量由小到大的浇注方法。结果表明：铸件表面光洁，无砂眼、气孔等缺陷，铸件合格率高于90％；在实际使用中，雾化区域直径大于1．5m，雾化率大于90％，喷雾效果稳定良好；盐雾试验2000h没有锈蚀，具有优良的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。     

OPTIMAL DESIGN AND PERFORMANCE OF SPIRAL WOUND MODULES I: NUMERICAL METHOD

A numerical method has been developed for the performance prediction of spiral wound modules with constant and tapered permeate spacers, It takes into account the pressure drop in the brine and permeate channels and makes use of a three parameter model for the mass transfer through the membrane. For a given application and operating conditions, optimum geometrical characteristics of modules can be found. Tapering the permeate spacer the specific permeation rate can be increased by 10-30%, the wider the membrane the higher the value.     

基于螺旋搜索机制的行星搜索算法

螺旋搜索机制的全局搜索能力强,广泛用于萤火虫算法及鲸鱼搜索算法,但其收敛速度慢,收敛精度低,局部搜索能力较差。通过改变收敛范围较小时的搜索模式,提出了局部螺旋搜索来提高其局部搜索能力,并引入变异操作提高其局部搜索能力,提出了行星搜索算法。通过对单峰及多峰值测试函数对该算法进行验证。结果表明行星搜索算法在收敛速度、搜索精度及局部搜索能力等方面较粒子群算法、萤火虫算法及鲸鱼搜索算法等有明显提升。

Finishing effects of spiral polishing method on micro lapping surface

This study presents a spiral polishing method and a device for micro-finishing purposes. This novel finishing process has wider application than traditional processes. This offers both automation and flexibility in final machining operations for deburring, polishing, and removing recast layers, thereby producing compressive residual stresses even in difficult to reach areas. Applying of this method can obtain a fine polished surface by removing tiny fragments via a micro lapping generated by transmission of an abrasive medium through a screw rod. The effect of the removal of the tiny fragments can be achieved due to the function of micro lapping. The method is not dependent on the size of the work-piece's application area in order to carry out the ultra precise process. The application of this research can be extended to various products of precision ball-bearing lead screw. The proposed method produces products with greater precision and more efficiently than traditional processes, in terms of processing precisions and the surface quality of products. These parameters used in achieving maximum material removal rate (MRR) and the lowest surface roughness (SR) are abrasive particle size, abrasive concentration, gap, revolution speed and machining time.
