调节性B细胞在自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者外周血中的表达及临床意义

目的: 探讨自身免疫性溶血性贫血（AIHA）患者外周血中调节性B细胞（Bregs）的表达及其在该病发病中的意义。方法:选择16例自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者和14例健康志愿者为研究对象，用流式细胞术分析外周血CD19+IL-10+调节性B细胞及CD19+CD24hiCD27+调节性B细胞的表达；ELISA方法检测培养上清液中IL-10的水平。结果:自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者外周血中CD19+IL-10+调节性B细胞、CD19+CD24hiCD27+调节性B细胞的表达分别为（1.27±0.39）％、（9.85±2.18）％，健康志愿者组分别为（2.92±0.71）％、（26.47±4.31）％，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者细胞培养上清中IL-10的水平低于健康志愿者组（P<0.05）。结论:自身免疫性溶血性贫血患者外周血中CD19+IL-10+调节性B细胞及CD19+CD24hiCD27+调节性B细胞比例降低，提示调节性B细胞可能参与自身免疫性溶血性贫血的发病过程。     

Epoxy paint failure in B-52 fuel tanks: Part II. Influence of DIEGME concentration in the fuel on the failure process

A model has been proposed to explain the failure of the original BMS10-39 epoxy paint on upper vertical surfaces in B-52 fuel tanks. The model involves interaction of the paint with DIEGME, a fuel system ice inhibitor (FSII) in jet fuel, that is distilled from the liquid fuel. In this communication, distillation experiments used to support the model are refined to better match the mass transfer of vapor from fuel in a B-52 fuel tank at close to room temperature. The interaction of these lower temperature distillates with the paint affirms the earlier model. On the basis of these experiments it is proposed that paint failure may be controlled or eliminated by reducing the level of DIEGME in the fuel. Proposed changes in military jet fuel composition are detailed.

体制制度科技——我局发展历程的几个回顾和今后改革的断想

回顾了体制、制度的改革和科学技术的发展给十局带来的巨大变化，就十局当前改革任务从理顺产权关系、进一步完善内部治理结构、继续深化三项制度改革、实施科教兴局战略等四个方面提出了看法和意见。     

Ti-45Al-10Nb合金的高温氧化行为

研究了Ti—45A1—10Nb(原子分数，％)合金在800-960℃在氧气和空气中的氧化行为．结果表明，该合金具有较好的高温抗氧化性能，其氧化增重速率与铁基耐热不锈钢相似或略优．与Ti—50A1合金相反，Ti-45A1-10Nb合金在空气中的氧化增重速率明显低于在纯氧中的氧化增重速率．X射线衍射与能谱分析表明，Ti-45Al一10Nb合金在氧气中的氧化产物主要有TiO2和Al2O3，但在空气中的氧化产物中有TiN相．这是降低氧化速率的主要原因，同时，合金元素Nb稳定了氧化层中的TiN相，因而提高了合金在空气中的抗氧化性能．     

Statistical studies of branched ester latex and paint properties

Vinyl versatate, butyl acrylate and 2-ethylhexyl acrylate were compared as comonomer, for colloid-stabilized vinyl acetate latex polymers to assess their impact on latex coating properties. Vinyl versatate afforded advantages in scrub resistance, gloss, hydrophobicity and higher glass transition temperatures. Butyl acrylate developed better wet adhesion efficiency, gel content and hiding efficiency. 2-Ethylhexyl acrylate offered performance comparable to butyl acrylate in hiding efficiency, lowering copolymer glass transition temperatures, and gloss development. Combinations of these monomers, in many instances, afforded a better balance of performance properties than individual monomers alone. In the subject study, a simplex-centroid design was utilized to statistically map polymer compositions for determining the effect of comonomer composition on latex and paint film properties. In addition to developing contour maps of polymer and paint properties as a function of composition, a technique for studying structure-property relationships is presented.

Homogeneous Plastic Flow of Fully Amorphous and Partially Crystallized Zr_(41.2)Ti_(13.8)Cu_(12.5)Ni_(10)Be_(22.5) Bulk Metallic Glass

The homogeneous plastic flow of fully amorphous and partially crystallized Zr(41.2)Ti(13.8)Cu(12.5)Ni(10)Be(22.5) bulk metallic glass (Vitl) has been investigated by compression tests at high temperatures in supercooled liquid region. Experimental results show that at sufficiently low strain rates, the supercooled liquid of the fully amorphous alloy reveals Newtonian flow with a linear relationship between the flow stress and strain rate. As the strain rate is increased, a transition from linear Newtonian to nonlinear flow is detected, which can be explained by the transition state theory. Over the entire strain rate interval investigated, however, only nonlinear flow is present in the partially crystallized alloy, and the flow stress for each strain rate is much higher. It is found that the strain rate-stress relationship for the partially crystaltized alloy at the given temperature of 646 K also obeys the sinh law derived from the transition state theory, similar to that of the initial homogeneous amo
