In this article, the design and test of both a K‐band dual‐mode bandpass filter (BPF) pair and a K‐band triple‐mode BPF are presented based on N‐mode temporal coupled‐mode theory (CMT). The expressions of transmission and reflection responses are analytically derived. All the parameters in the expressions have clear physical meanings and are easily optimized to reach the required filter performance. Aided by eigenmode simulations, concrete structures of the three integrated BPFs are designed and optimized to approach the calculated physical parameters. After the fabrications and measurements of the three BPFs, extended upper/lower stopband with high stopband rejections are achieved, and by increasing the number of resonant modes, improved frequency selectivity and better passband flatness are obtained. The analytical analysis well predicts the simulation and measurement results, which provides an efficient way for BPF designs. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 常见的开路短截线和阶跃阻抗结构在微带低通器设计中较为成熟,但是这些结构的低通滤波器受到寄生通带的影响,阻带不够宽;提出了一种基于分离指标的宽阻带低通滤波器设计方法,利用计算机仿真软件ADS,对常见的阶跃阻抗低通滤波器进行结构改进;该方法将低通滤波器设计指标重点分为滚降率和宽阻带抑制两部分,分别利用椭圆滤波器和巴特沃斯滤波器的本身特性实现设计目的,最后进行级联优化;此结构综合设计方法简单严谨,易于实现,改进的低通滤波器性能优越,实现了宽阻带的设计需求,通带0~3 GHz,插入损耗<0.5 dB,阻带4~12 GHz,抑制>45 dB。 相似文献

In this article, the design and realization of waveguide filter with improved stop‐band response is presented. By inserting transversal slots at the proper position of cavities, without disturbing the field distribution of the dominant mode, the second longitudinal resonant modes are radiated out. This caused the out‐of‐band frequency response of the filter to be improved. The validity of the proposed technique is confirmed by comparison between measurement values and simulation results from the finite element method through the commercial software (high frequency structure simulator). 设计了一种新型的窄带远寄生小型化微带滤波器,其远寄生特性通过在带通滤波器之后级联低通来实现。其中带通部分采用两阶带有调节支节的含源-负载非相邻耦合新型电路结构,文中给出其相应的拓扑与耦合系数矩阵,并分析了调节支节的作用;对于用于抑制远端寄生信号的低通滤波器,给出其集总参数原型等效电路。基于此,进行建模与仿真,设计了一款工作于S波段的微带滤波器,实测结果与仿真值、理论值有很好的吻合度,实现指标为中心频率3.93 GHz下的相对带宽8%,寄生远于12 GHz,体积27 mm×10.16 mm×7.45 mm,可以满足实际工程应用的需要。该电路结构新颖,产品尺寸小,设计方法简洁实用,适于推广应用。 相似文献

A novel Hilbert-shaped complementary single split ring resonator (H-CSSRR) with an alterative split gap was initially presented and studied. Transmission characteristics of several CSSRR cells were assessed by full-wave electromagnetic (EM) simulation and analyzed by electrical simulation (equivalent circuit model). Miniaturization mechanism as well as effective EM parameters retrieval is also involved. Comparing to conventional CSSRR, proposed H-CSSRR was demonstrated with a merit of lower primary transmission zero realized by negative effective permittivity and multi-resonance behavior attributing to self-similarity of Hilbert geometry. For application, a tunable assembled low-pass filter (LPF) by periodically loading H-CSSRR cells and open stubs is designed, fabricated and measured. Measurement results indicate that the designed LPF has many good performances such as relative low insertion loss (maximum 0.59 dB) in passband, ultra-wide stop-band characterized by 20 dB insertion loss (from 2.45 to 25 GHz) as well as steep rejection with sharp transition band (2.15–2.45 GHz) out of band. Excellent property and consistent numerical and experimental results of the developed LPF have confirmed the effectiveness of this design concept. 相似文献

提出了一种新型的具有双阻带特性的组合式非周期性缺陷接地结构(CNPDGS),利用时域有限差分法(FDTD)对其滤波特性进行了电磁仿真,研究了其结构尺寸变化对阻带特性的影响,研制了带宽可调节的双阻带滤波器,测量结果与仿真结果一致性很好,此结构的双阻带中心频率位置及它们之间的间隔随着结构参数的变化而变化,两阻带之间的间隔可从3.5GHz到12GHz.这种新型结构可有效地抑制信号中的低端和高端干扰,具有较好的带通滤波特性. 相似文献
