重钢新区铁区MES系统研究与实施

针对重钢集团环保搬迁铁区生产单元信息化建设具体要求,开发并实施铁区MES系统,同时简要介绍系统功能及应用效果。     

离心铝热法制造陶瓷衬里复合管 Ⅱ.陶瓷不锈钢衬里复合管的探索

探索了离心铝热法制造陶瓷不锈钢衬里复合管的工艺,研究了复合管中陶瓷层、不锈钢层和碳钢层的金相组织特征,讨论了衬里层出现缺陷的原因,并提出相应的工艺改进措施。     

Glushkov Construction For Series: The Non Commutative Case

We present an extension to multiplicities of a classical algorithm for computing a boolean automaton from a regular expression. The Glushkov construction computes an automaton with n +1 states from a regular expression with n occurences of letters. We give an extension of the Glushkov algorithm for the multiplicity case in a non commutative semiring. Next, we give four equivalent extended step by step algorithms.     

On-Line Approximate String Searching Algorithms: Survey and Experimental Results

The problem of approximate string searching comprises two classes of problems: string searching with k mismatches and string searching with k differences. In this paper we present a short survey and experimental results for well known sequential approximate string searching algorithms. We consider algorithms based on different approaches including dynamic programming, deterministic finite automata, filtering, counting and bit parallelism. We compare these algorithms in terms of running time against pattern length and for several values of k for four different kinds of text: binary alphabet, alphabet of size 8, English alphabet and DNA alphabet. Finally, we compare the experimental results of the algorithms with their theoretical complexities.     

Basic Lul Factorization And Improved Iterative Method With Orderings

Consider the 'basic LUL factorization' of the matrices as the generalization of the LU factorization and the UL factorization, and using this LUL factorization of the matrices, we propose an "improved iterative method" such that the spectral radius of this iterative matrix is equal to zero, and this method converges at most n iterations. Our main concern is the necessary and sufficient conditions that the improved iterative matrix is equal to the iterative matrix of the improved SOR method with orderings. Concerning the tridiagonal matrices and the upper Hessenberg matrices, this method becomes the improved SOR method with orderings, and we give n selections of the multiple relaxation parameters such that the spectral radii of the corresponding improved SOR matrices are 0. We extend these results to a class of $n \times n$ matrices. We also consider the basic LUL factorization and improved iterated method 'corresponding to permutation matrices'.

包含自发自用电量情况的负荷预测

本文针对一种含有自发电的特殊情况来进行负荷预测，对时间序列法在负荷预测的建模中应用，提出了一种ARMAX的模型，结合预测模型，将自发电作为一个大扰动来考虑。通过验证，得到了较好的结果。     

MAPGIS在基于后果安全规划法中的运用探讨

基于事故后果的安全规划法常运用于重大危险源的土地使用规划,MAPGIS具有空间地理信息方面的功能优势。安全规划的图形可以在MAPGIS环境下进行数据的提取、转换、共享、属性调整和危险分区,实现基于后果的安全规划法与MAPGIS技术的结合。以某规划的石化项目发生池火灾为实证分析,结合有关计算模型,模拟得到了MAPGIS环境下有关池火灾的危险分区图。     

SHELL气化洗涤塔出口合成气带水原因分析及对策

通过对洗涤塔内部结构的分析,阐述了洗涤塔出口合成气带水的现象及危害,找出引起洗涤塔工艺气带水的原因、带液后的处理措施,以及对洗涤塔减少带水的改造方向。     

圆平盖中心大开孔的极限载荷和结构的分析研究

利用有限元法对大开孔平盖进行了极限载荷分析,比较了平盖与筒体连接处采用的锥形段过渡与圆角过渡两种形式。结果表明,二者均能有效地降低平盖与筒体连接处的边缘应力。设计过渡段时,δ2/δ0为3.0、锥度为1∶3能够更有效地降低平盖的边缘应力。
