High-pressure dc sputtering of High-Tc BPSCCO thin films withTc(0) above 100 K

High-T _c Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O thin films have been made on single-crystal MgO substrates using high-pressure dc sputtering technique. X-ray studies confirm the crystallinity and highly oriented structure withc-axis perpendicular to the substrate. By optimizing the annealing schedule the formation of the high-T _c phase is stabilized. The best film exhibited superconducting transition temperature with zero-resistance temperature,T _c(0), as high as 101 K. Temperature dependence ofJ _c indicates the presence of Josephson-type weak links.     

High-field magnetic and transport critical current density of Sm-Ba-Cu-O: Agx superconductors at low temperature

Variation of magnetic critical current density (J _mc) and transport critical current density (J _tc) in high magnetic fields at liquid helium temperature were investigated on Sm-Ba-Cu-O: Ag _x (x=0.0, 0.2, 0.4, and 0.6) superconducting samples prepared by the coprecipitation technique.T _c and crystallographic parameters remain unaffected by Ag addition. However, bothJ _mc andJ _tc were found to increase on Ag addition. The volume pinning force (F _p) also increased with increase in Ag concentration, resulting in stronger flux line sheer. Microwave-induced d.c. voltage measurement shows a significant reduction of the total number of weak links between the superconducting grains with increasing concentration of Ag, which creates stronger pinning potentials between the boundary of the superconducting intergrains. Hence, the volume pinning force is greatly enhanced by Ag addition, leading to flux line lattice movement which is responsible for highJ _mc andJ _tc.

一种新型半桥不对称PW M控制变换器

介绍了一种适用于DC／DC半桥变换的不对称PWM控制方案，分析了电路的工作原理，给出了150W变换器的仿真波形和实验结论，结果表明，该控制方案能在恒定开关频率下对变换器实现高效率的软开关控制。     

一种开关磁阻电动机功率变换器故障诊断方法

针对现有开关磁阻电动机功率变换器故障诊断方法存在可靠性不高等问题,提出了一种新型的功率管故障诊断方法。该方法以不对称半桥型功率变换器主电路为研究对象,以常见的功率管开路和短路2种故障情况为诊断对象,通过比较母线电流估算值和实测值来判断故障,结合故障相绕组电流实现故障相的识别,必要时通过中断测试来确定故障点。选取电动机空载、低速度和高速度运行等较难实现故障诊断的工况进行了试验分析,结果表明,该方法均能完成故障类型的定性及故障点的准确定位。     

Gel chromatographic investigation of p-benzoquinone and styrene products copolymerized in the presence of BF3·OEt2

The molecular weight distribution of copolymers of p-benzoquinone and styrene was studied by g.p.c.. It was shown that the products synthesized have low molecular weights and narrow MWD. p-Benzoquinone was found to be a copolymer macromolecule regulator.     

倾斜波束非对称SAARS微带天线设计简

A circularly polarized microstrip antenna with the tilted beam of 30° through the asymmetrical structure combing the single-arm archimedean spiral antenna with the helix antenna is constructed in order to make the beam tilted. The bandwidth, tilted beam, and radiation characteristics have been improved through the width optimization and coaxial feed line selection. This antenna can realize the directional radiation of circularly polarized microwaves in a definite frequency band and has a bandwidth of 16.7％ (for Voltage Standing Wave Ratio(VSWR)<2, Axis Ratio(AR)<3dB and the tilted beam of 30°) in the condition of the vertical aperture external excitation with a coaxial feed line. Simulated and measured results show that this antenna has a wideband, high gain, and tilted beam with circularly polarized microwaves.     

斗轮机行走装置履带结的失效分析

履带结是露天煤矿中广泛采用的斗轮式采煤机上的重要零件，其运行中的失效会带来灾难性的安全事故。在分析履带结失效原因的基础上，参考有关资料，研制新的钢种。用新钢种制造的履带结在煤矿中运行正常，说明失效分析工作和新钢种的研发是成功的。

提出了一种新型的不对称半桥零电流准谐振型逆变电源，给出了谐振元件的计算方法。计算机仿真结果表明这种逆变电源具有软开关范围宽、效率高的优点。     

电力巡线无人机数据传输系统研究

针对无人机数据链系统需要同时传输不同类型信息而且其性能指标迥异的问题,提出了安全性非对称信息一体化传输技术。该技术采用直接序列扩频技术对遥测等重要数据进行附加保护,与图像数据复接后统一进行QPSK调制,解决了直接复接技术可靠性不足、UQPSK功率分配灵活性差的问题,实现了多类型信息的差别复合传输。仿真结果表明,在改善频带利用率的同时,提高了重要信息链路的接收信噪比,与理论分析一致。
