光声耦合与光子Cooper对

文中研究了光声耦合所导致的光子Cooper对的形成机制，计算了光子Cooper对的能隙（0.01eV）和尺度（10^-5m)以及内禀角动量（奇数），并简要讨论了几十开低温下介质中光的超流效应的可能性。由于在低温下， 光子Cooper对不容易受到热运动的激发，因此有可能存在光的超流现象。     

二维介质PBG结构的工程设计

针对介质材料中按二维菱形周期排列空气圆孔的PBG结构，采用平面波展开法结合迭代技术的理论分析程序，对结构尺寸与介质参数的不同组合进行了批量计算，根据对计算结果的分析，归纳出阻带范围与结构参数之间的函数关系，经数据拟合得出一组准确而快捷的工程设计公式，还给出了根据预期的阻带范围设计PBG结构参数的简明步骤，实例验证了该组公式的实用性。     

紧凑型FLC光纤PDL模块

描述了紧凑型FLC（铁电液晶）光纤PDL（光子延迟线）模块的结构和运转特性；分析了插入损失；提出多信道运转时依赖于波长的设计方案。     

A One‐Kilobit PQR‐CMOS Smart Pixel Array

The photonic quantum ring (PQR) laser is a three dimensional whispering gallery (WG) mode laser and has anomalous quantum wire properties, such as microampere to nanoampere range threshold currents and √T‐dependent thermal red shifts. We observed uniform bottom emissions from a 1‐kb smart pixel chip of a 32×32 InGaAs PQR laser array flip‐chip bonded to a 0.35 µm CMOS‐based PQR laser driver. The PQR‐CMOS smart pixel array, now operating at 30 MHz, will be improved to the GHz frequency range through device and circuit optimization.     

Nd3+ Doped Silicate Glass Photonic Crystal Fiber with Random Hole Distributions

The fabrication of one kind of large core area Nd3 doped silicate glass photonic crystal fiber, and demonstration of the fiber's waveguidence properties were reported. This fiber owns a random air hole distribution in the cladding. The measured minimum loss of this kind of fiber is 10 dB·m-1 at 660 nm. These fibers can sustain only a single mode at least over wavelength ranging from 660 nm to 980 nm.     

Analysis of polarization plane rotation characteristic in 2D photonic crystal waveguide with chiral medium by condensed node spatial network

Using the photonic band gap in photonic crystals, the fundamental waveguide structures for the light wavelength range have been developed. Based on the fine structure of these many functional devices have been proposed by analytical or numerical simulation methods and the experiments of trial manufacture. In this paper, the treatment of chiral dielectric in the Condensed Node Spatial Network for the vector potential is explained, and we show the polarization plane rotation property in air‐hole and pillar type photonic crystal waveguide structures with the chiral medium substrate. Then, we show the fundamental advantage of the air‐hole type photonic crystal waveguide structure in application to a mode converter. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 应力型大模面积光子晶体光纤的纤芯设计

通过施加完美匹配层,利用有限元法,研究热应力诱导的单偏振大模面积光子晶体光纤的偏振特性,计算纤芯参数对场能量分布系数和偏振损耗比的影响.结果表明,随着纤芯折射率提高,两正交偏振模的损耗比下降,当纤芯直径减小时,场能量分布系数降低.     

十二重准晶中负折射的研究

周期性的光子晶体中存在电磁波的负折射现象．然而,这些研究主要集中在周期性结构中,对非周期结构的研究还没有相关的报道．研究从实验和理论两个方面证明了非周期性十二重准晶光子结构同样存在负折射,并且可以实现超透镜的远场成像．利用楔形结构来验证这些条件：在频率为11．82GHz时,准周期光子晶体可以实现负折射,并且对应的有效折射率接近于-1．与周期性光子晶体相比准晶更接近于各向同性．     

双层芯色散补偿光子晶体光纤

为了抑制通信系统中脉冲的展宽,根据色散补偿理论,提出了一种由单一石英材料制成的双层芯光子晶体光纤(DCCPCF). 该光纤的色散值在155μm处可达到-6000ps/(nm〖DK〗•km). 理论分析表明,在传输过程中内芯基模和外芯缺陷模以相位匹配波长为临界状态,在内芯与外芯之间相互交替传输,并在匹配波长处因模式发生强烈耦合而引起折射率产生大幅度波动. 通过对结构参数d1、d2变化的情况下色散曲线的扰动情况进行分析,可为实际制备工作提供一定的理论指导.
