提出了一种轴向极化压电圆环和圆片的径厚二维耦合等效电路模型。应用这一模型分析了它们的耦合振动,比较了不同尺寸比例下耦合振动与单一模式振动的异同,发现这种方法比一维等效电路方法能在较宽尺寸范围内更准确的分析压电振子的振动问题。有限元计算和试验测量结果验证了这一模型对压电振子频率计算的准确性。  相似文献

This paper presents an indirect adaptive controller combined with hysteresis compensation to achieve high accuracy positioning control of piezoceramic actuators and illustrates the results with an atomic force microscope (AFM) application. A dynamic model of a piezoceramic actuator system in AFM is derived and analyzed. A feedforward controller based on the Preisach model is proposed to compensate for the nonlinear hysteresis effects. Then an indirect adaptive controller is designed to achieve desired tracking performance as well as deal with the uncompensated nonlinearity from hysteresis and the system parameter variation due to creep. Experimental results indicate that the proposed controller can significantly improve the positioning control accuracy of the piezoceramic actuator as well as achieve high image quality of the AFM system. The maximum scanning error was reduced from 2µm to 0.3µm in comparison with a proportional‐integral‐derivative (PID) controller. 压电陶瓷迟滞特性是影响压电陶瓷驱动器位移输出精度的主要因素。在仔细研究现有的解决方案的基础上,采用Preisach模型对压电的迟滞性进行建模,并进行了相应的实验研究。实验结果证明该方法可以很好地降低压电陶瓷迟滞特性对位移输出性能的影响。而且采用压电陶瓷位移输出不回复到初始0电压状态的处理方法能够更地吻合实际情况。  相似文献

Aiming to get the NBT-based lead-free ceramic with high strain and low strain hysteresis for practical actuator applications, a solid solution of complex-ion (Fe1/2Nb1/2)4+doped 0.75Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3-0.25SrTiO3 ((Na1/2Bi1/2)0.75Sr0.25Ti1-x(Fe1/2Nb1/2)xO3, abbreviated as NBST-100xFN) was designed and prepared, and its phase structure, micromorphology, ferroelectric, strain, dielectric and piezoelectric performances were systematically investigated. It was found that the incorporation of (Fe1/2Nb1/2)4+ causes a structure transition from the ferroelectric/relaxor (FE/RE) mixed phases to relaxor (RE) phase, increasing to a promising strain performance at x = 0.04 featured by not only a moderate strain value of 0.26%, corresponding normalized strain d33* of 371 pm/V, but also a very small strain hysteresis of 22%. In addition, the NBST-4FN ceramic sample also exhibits an unexceptionable frequency-dependence of unipolar strain. This study provides a new understanding and design idea for the practical actuator application of high strain NBT-based lead-free ceramics with ultra-low hysteresis.  相似文献

用常压烧结法制备铋掺杂铌酸钾钠无铅压电陶瓷(K0.5Na0.5)1-3xBixNbO3(KNBN)。研究不同铋掺杂量对KNN陶瓷结构、形貌、致密度及电学性能的影响。结果表明:在1 120℃烧结的含铋量为1%(摩尔分数)的陶瓷表现出最好的铁电和压电性能及较好的介电性能,即压电常数最大121pC/N,P-E回线形状达到饱和,且剩余极化为12.67μC/cm2,矫顽场Ec为13.58kV/cm,介电常数为575,损耗为5.82%(频率为1kHz)。陶瓷样品在131℃从正交结构转变到四方结构,Curie温度为400℃。  相似文献

A series of morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) compositions of (1–x)Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3-xBaTiO3 (x = 0.05, 0.055, 0.06, 0.065, 0.07), with and without 0.5 mol% Zn-doping was synthesized using the solid-state route. The samples were characterized using X-ray diffraction, dielectric analysis, and electromechanical measurements (piezoelectric d33 coefficient, coupling factor kp, mechanical quality factor Qm, and internal bias field Ebias). The increase in the ferroelectric-relaxor transition temperature upon Zn-doping was accompanied by a shift of the MPB toward the Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3-rich side of the phase diagram. Higher tetragonal phase fraction and increased tetragonal distortion were noted for Zn-doped (1 – x)Na1/2Bi1/2TiO3-xBaTiO3. In addition, ferroelectric hardening and the presence of an internal bias field (Ebias) were observed for all doped compositions. The piezoelectric constant d33 and the coupling coefficient kp decreased by up to ∼30%, while a 4- to 6-fold increase in Qm was observed for the doped compositions. Apart from establishing a structure–property correlation, these results highlight the chemically induced shift of the phase diagram upon doping, which is a crucial factor in material selection for optimal performance and commercialization.  相似文献

Herein, the effect of the binder content in lead zirconate titanate (PZT) slurry has been systematically studied to improve the piezoelectric properties of PZT ceramics prepared via material extrusion 3D printing. For smooth printing, a slurry with a binder concentration ranging from 6 to 12 wt% was proposed. The porosity of the green body first decreased and then increased with an increase in the binder concentration, and the minimum porosity was obtained when the binder concentration reached 10 wt%. Samples with increased density were obtained after debinding and lead-rich atmosphere sintering. PZT piezoceramics fabricated using a binder content of 10 wt% exhibit the maximum relative density (96.9%), largest piezoelectric constant (342.6 pC/N) and dielectric constant (1621). Based on the above process, the wood pile structure and helical twentytetrahedral structural components were successfully fabricated using the material extrusion process. This research lays the foundation for the engineering application of 3D printing to fabricate high-performance piezoceramics with complex shapes.  相似文献

Approximate formulas are obtained for various parameters of a piezoelectric material in the form of a disk, which do not require the calculation of the least (first) root of the frequency equation. To calculate approximately the planar electromechanical coupling coefficient, one can simplify the measurement procedure because it is not necessary to measure the first overtone frequency and determine Poisson's ratio.  相似文献
