新媒体环境下智慧化阅读推广研究——以重庆第二师范学院为例

开展智慧化阅读推广,紧跟时代步伐,有效提升读者多重阅读体验和满意度,增强智慧化阅读推广的价值,促进智慧化阅读推广服务的有效化、规范化、科学化、常态化、长期化发展,已成为当前阅读推广研究中一个重要的切入点。文章基于智慧化阅读研究,结合"新媒体"高新技术环境,提出智慧化阅读推广的内容分析、具体实施、环境构建、推广评估与效果、推广改进等几个方面组成的以读者为中心的核心服务体系。本文分析了智慧化阅读基本方面,以我校图书馆实际运用推广效果,智慧化阅读存在的优、劣势及相应的对策。     

Benchmark experiment of large-angle scattering reaction cross section of iron at 14 MeV using two shadow bars – Comparison of experimental results with ENDF/B-VIII –

ABSTRACT

It is important to perform neutron transport simulations with accurate nuclear data in the neutronics design of a fusion reactor. However, absolute values of large-angle scattering cross sections vary among nuclear data libraries even for well-examined nuclide of iron. Benchmark experiments focusing on large-angle scattering cross sections were thus performed to confirm the correctness of nuclear data libraries. The series benchmark experiments were performed at a DT neutron source facility, OKTAVIAN of Osaka University, Japan, by the unique experimental system established by the authors’ group, which can extract only the contribution of large-angle scattering reactions. This system consists of two shadow bars, target plate (iron), and neutron detector (niobium). Two types of shadow bars were used and four irradiations were conducted for one experiment, so that contribution of room-return neutrons was effectively removed and only large-angle scattering neutrons were extracted from the measured four Nb reaction rates. The obtained experimental results were compared with calculations for five nuclear data libraries including JENDL-4.0, JEFF.-3.3, FENDL-3.1, ENDF/B- VII, and recently released ENDF/B-VIII. It was found from the comparison that ENDF/B-VIII showed the best result, though ENDF/B-VII showed overestimation and others are in large underestimation at 14 MeV.     

结合公钥加密和关键字可搜索加密的加密方案

带关键字搜索的公钥加密(PEKS)是一种有用的加密原语，它允许用户将在加密数据上搜索的功能委托给不可信的第三方服务器，而不影响原始数据的安全性和隐私性。但是，由于缺乏对于数据的加密以及解密能力，PEKS方案不能单独进行使用，必须与标准的公钥加密方案(PKE)相结合。因此，Baek等人在2006年引入了一种新的加密原语，称为结合PKE和PEKS的加密方案(PKE+PEKS)，它同时提供了PKE和PEKS的功能。目前，已有文献提出了几种PKE+PEKS方案。然而，他们都没有考虑关键字猜测攻击的问题。本文提出一个新的高效且能够抵抗关键字猜测攻击的PKE+PEKS方案，与已有方案相比，该方案在性能上有很大的提升，并且在生成关键字和数据密文时，不需要使用双线性对，极大地降低了计算和存储成本。安全性分析表明，本文中所提出的方案能够满足密文隐私安全性、陷门不可区分性和抗关键字猜测攻击的安全性。效率分析表明，本分提出的方案更加高效。     

Developing social impact assessment guidelines in a pre-existing policy context

Few jurisdictions have translated internationally agreed social impact assessment (SIA) principles into statutory provisions. Governments and regulatory bodies tend to provide developers with high-level frameworks, or require that social impacts be ‘considered’, without specifying how this is to be done. In Australia, this lack of clarity leaves all parties uncertain about requirements for SIA. The New South Wales (NSW) Government’s 2017 release of the SIA guideline for State-significant mining, petroleum and extractive industry development represents an attempt to clarify requirements and provide guidance. In this paper, we describe the process of bringing this guideline to fruition from the perspective of being directly involved in its development, and highlight the challenges involved in integrating leading-practice principles into the state’s pre-existing policy framework. While the guideline represents a significant advance in policy-based SIA guidance, some aspects leave room for improvement. The real test of the guideline’s impact will lie in its influence on SIA practice in NSW, and ultimately in social outcomes for communities affected by resources projects.

无线网络融合的安全技术研究

融合多种网络可满足用户长日寸间连接和尽可能获得较高数据传输速率的需要，但融合后的网络也将各种网络的安全缺陷带进融合网络中。这不但给融合网络的运行带进各种原有的安全问题，而且增加了一些新的安全问题。对此，文章提出了基于恢复的多重防护解决方案，并使用公钥加密算法鉴权。使用私钥对通信数据进行加密。该方案可以为系统提供可靠的安全性，并实现用户对服务的不可抵赖性。该方案还处于研究起步阶段，下一步还需要明确各层的正确行为，以及出现多个恶意节点对某个合法节点诬陷时所应采取的行动。     

GSM无线公话产品中的干扰研究

GSM90 0 /1 80 0固定无线公用电话桌面型话机在开发过程中遇到严重的噪音问题 ,一度成为开发工作的瓶颈。本文就这一噪音问题进行了分析与测试 ,并针对干扰源采取相应的措施 ,在产品开发中付诸应用 ,最终解决了 GSM桌面型无线公话的噪音问题     

电视电缆故障点的确定

根据惠斯通电桥工作原理，采用回路法可以简便快捷地确定电视地下电缆接地、短路故障点的位置。电容法也是一种常用的检查开路的检测方法。这样维修人员可以迅速排除故障，保证电视节目的正常传送。     

Child Death From Pediatric Illness: Conceptualizing Intervention From a Family/Systems and Public Health Perspective.

Despite the universal and understandable distress associated with the death of a child from pediatric illness, do psychologists help surviving families in ways that match their need for assistance? Many families do not seek psychological help and cope adaptively with their loss. Indications for psychotherapy with bereaved families are based largely on experience with families who engage in treatment and who have greater distress. Other families may not receive sufficient services but are at risk for ongoing difficulties and unlikely to engage in treatment.
