介质基板电容分压器幅度线性度研究

高功率电脉冲装置常使用电容分压器来监测其电压值。电容分压器的幅度线性度表征了分压器在大电压与小电压下分压比的一致程度,线性度的好坏直接关系到监测的电压值的准确程度。本文通过对介质基板电容分压器进行原理分析,并通过仿真软件在脉宽为200 ns的矩形脉冲高压源(500 V～4 kV)与半高宽约为10μs的冲击高压源(10～100 kV)下分别对介质基板电容分压器的性能进行仿真,并设计加工。之后分别采用两种高压源对分压器进行实验研究,结果显示,介质基板电容分压器的幅度线性度在500 V～100 kV之内为1.16%,线性度较好,可以将小信号下校准的分压比用于大信号的测量中。     

Toward Self-Integrating Software Applications for Supply Chain Management

Each paper in this special issue deals with a particular aspect of supply chain management. Nevertheless, they all point to a common need for meaningful and timely information exchange across the supply chain. The Internet and the existing Web technologies have made the exchange of information essentially free and instantaneous. On the other hand, determining the meaning of that information, which we call integration, is still very costly. Millions of dollars and hundreds of man-years have been spent developing and coding interface specifications and software applications to achieve this integration. While this approach has been successful in the past, it is not a viable approach for the future in which the Semantic Web is becoming an important business strategy. In this paper, we discuss a new approach, called self-integration in which software applications are imbedded in an environment that allows them to integrate automatically. We first provide some background information on integration and then focus on our research on semantic querying, semantic mapping, and semantic inferencing.     

Independent integration practice on revamping 4200/3500 mm medium and heavy plate rolling mill of Bayi Steel in terms of process and make-up equipment

This study systematically reviews and summarizes relocation and revamping project of medium and heavy plate rolling mill in Bayi Steel.After detailed analysis was made on the main deficiency and problems of the original production line of Pudong Steel,systematical integration and improvement for the process and equipment were carried out accordingly.Through innovative practice of integration,Baosteel Engineering has greatly improved the technical process and equipment make-up,as well as the grades and quality of the products.The original man-operating line is redesigned into an automatic system controlled by Level 2 computer,reaching the advanced technical level of home-made medium and heavy plate production line in recent years.The project is constructed in two phases;The original product mix of Pudong Steel is maintained as much as possible in Phase I.After 3 500 mm single stand finishing mill is put into operation, capacity of hot- rolling medium and heavy plate reaches 650 000 t/a,with the maximum thickness at 40 mm.Equipment or facilities are reserved for production of pipeline steel and other grades.Pipeline steel, vessel plate,wind power plate and other TMCP and heat treatment products are projected in PhaseⅡ.After 4 200 mm roughing mill and its matched facilities are put into operation,capacity of hot-rolling medium and heavy plate will reach 120 000 t/a,with the maximum thickness at 80 mm.Through the optimization of process equipment and its function,the relocated medium and heavy plate mill production line has reached advanced level among similar domestic mills.The prominent achievements of the project are the revamping of thickness control system of the finishing mill and the newly installed shape control system.Automation control of the whole line is realized.     

Countertransference management.

The empirical literature on countertransference (CT) and, in particular, CT management as they relate to immediate, proximate, and distal treatment outcomes, is examined. Although there is a paucity of research connecting CT and its management to distal outcomes, the existing empirical literature strongly supports the idea that the acting out of CT hinders therapy, whereas effective CT management aids treatment. A theory of five factors that are central to CT management has received provisional empirical support and is described here. These factors are self-insight, self-integration, anxiety management, empathy, and conceptualizing ability. Further research is needed on the relation of CT and its management to distal outcomes, and on how CT management operates and affects treatment.
