All-printed and highly stable organic resistive switching device based on graphene quantum dots and polyvinylpyrrolidone composite

We propose all printed and highly stable organic resistive switching device (ORSD) based on graphene quantum dots (G-QDs) and polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) composite for non-volatile memory applications. It is fabricated by sandwiching G-QDs/PVP composite between top and bottom silver (Ag) electrodes on a flexible substrate polyethylene terephthalate (PET) at ambient conditions through a cost effective and eco-friendly electro-hydrodynamic (EHD) technique. Thickness of the active layer is measured around 97 nm. The proposed ORSD is fabricated in a 3 × 3 crossbar array. It operates switching between high resistance state (HRS) and low resistance state (LRS) with OFF/ON ratio ∼14 for more than 500 endurance cycles, and retention time for more than 30 days. The switching voltage for set/reset of the devices is ±1.8 V and the bendability down to 8 mm diameter for 1000 cycles are tested. The elemental composition and surface morphology are characterized by XPS, FE-SEM, and microscope.     

Nature of heterophase inclusions in high-purity optical fiber materials as studied with 3D laser ultramicroscopy

3D laser ultramicroscopy (3D LUM) is intended specially for determining the concentration and size distribution of submicron inclusions in the bulk samples of high-purity materials for visible and IR fiber optics. In this work the 3D LUM technique is shown to be able to identify the nature of individual inclusions detected. The measurement of the light scattered by an inclusion at a varied probe beam wavelength and polarization and at a varied scattered light collection angle makes it possible to determine the inclusion refractive index. The 3D LUM possibilities are illustrated by the example of studying the inclusion nature in the As₂S₃ glass samples prepared by the direct synthesis from elements in a quartz container at elevated temperatures.     

宽带综合IP网的MPLS技术及其应用

多协议标记交换（MPLS）技术是综合利用网络第二层交换技术的有效性和第三层IP路由的灵活性等优点而产生的多层交换技术。通过在传统的IP包里加入标记，使路由转发依赖于标记，大大地提高IP包的转发速度，同时可使传统IP网络具有服务质量（QoS）能力。现主要分析MPLS体系结构，指出MPLS的一些应用。     

在基于MPLS的层次化移动IP网络中支持DiffServ的研究

MPLS支持DiffServ、流量工程,能为网络提供较好的QoS保证,而移动IP(MIP)能为移动设备提供较好的移动性支持。文章探讨了在无线接入网中MPLS和MIP结合实现DiffServ的方案,并给出了一种在基于MPLS的层次化MIP网络结构中支持DiffServ的体系结构,设计了其节点功能模型和关键协议。方案中利用了层次化结构的区域注册和重路由机制,减少了切换时延和网络的信令负荷。     

对基于交换网络分层结构的软件无线电方案的改进

通过比较各种软件无线电结构的优缺点,针对既具有交换网络结构又具有分层结构优点的基于交换网络的分层无线电结构方案,提出了部分改进思想。

基于虚拟分割机制的多服务交换路由器的研究

本文提出了一处基于虚拟分割机制的可编程多服务器由器实现结构：PVSMR，并对它的三个层面的主要构成及其关键技术进行了深入研究。PVSMR基于一种有效而灵活的资源虚拟分割算法，它能够提供与多类应用相适应的、灵活的报文处理和转发控制能力。     

Optical switching properties of RCo2-type alloy thin films by electrochemical hydrogenation

The switchable optical properties of Pd-protected RCo₂-type Ho_0.6Mm_0.4Co₂ alloy thin films have been investigated in a KOH electrolyte. The reversible optical switching has been carried out simultaneously by measuring transmitted light through the thin film during electrochemical charging–discharging of hydrogen. The dependence of switching speed and cyclic durability of the film on the charging and discharging current density as well as concentration of KOH electrolyte has been studied. In addition, cyclic voltammetric measurements have been performed to examine the hydride formation and decomposition reactions.     

粉煤灰降失水水泥浆在天然气井固井中的研究与应用

长庆天然气田属于低压、低渗透气田,存在承压能力较低的地层,固井设计要求全井段封固,并且采用双级双凝施工工艺。但由于用于低密度水泥浆中的漂珠生产量降低,价格上升,研究应用替代产品是固井技术发展的方向。在一级领浆中研究应用了粉煤灰水泥浆体系,其性能和固井质量可完全满足固井要求。粉煤灰水泥浆体系价格低和固井质量优良,使其成为漂珠水泥浆体系的替代配方。     

An adaptive tracking problem for a family of retarded time-delay plants

Most of the existing switching control techniques are developed specifically for finite-dimensional linear time-invariant (LTI) systems. In many practical applications, however, it is essential to take time delay into consideration in the modelling as the control system can be highly sensitive to delay. In this paper, a multi-model switching control algorithm is proposed for retarded time-delay systems. It is assumed that the plant is represented by a family of known multi-input multi-output, observable, LTI models with multiple delays in the states, and that corresponding to each model in the known family, there exists a high-performance finite-dimensional LTI controller. In addition, it is supposed that a bound on the magnitude of the external inputs and disturbances is available. It is then shown that the proposed switching controller can stabilize the uncertain system, and that under some mild conditions, output tracking can be achieved in the given problem setting.
