采用SEM 和 Magiscan-2A 图像分析系统研究了晶须取向对SiCw/6061Al复合材料在300℃压缩变形行为的影响.结果表明:晶须取向影响着晶须折断程度和转动角度; 随着晶须取向角的增加,晶须转动和折断行为所导致的软化效果下降.同时晶须取向也影响复合材料的热压缩应力-应变曲线的形状.在热压缩变形过程中,晶须取向角为0°和30°的复合材料表现出明显应变软化现象, 晶须取向角为45°的复合材料无明显软化现象.晶须取向角为90℃的复合材料表现出应变硬化现象. 相似文献

In prior papers the responses of concretes to 50,000 ppm MgSO4 exposure depending on cement type, w/cm and the presence of slag were described. The present paper completes this analysis by examining the effects of immersion of concretes produced using slag blended cements, in solutions containing 50,000 ppm of sodium sulfate. The spatial evolution of microstructure associated with carbonation and sulfate attack show differences which can be related to the nature of the cation associated with the sulfate, the cement type, and the w/cm ratio. 相似文献

An electron-emission theoretical model integrating the change in the grain size of nanocrystalline cubic boron nitride (c-BN) thin films was established. To understand better the essence of field emission, an accurate numerical scheme, the transfer matrix method, that can be used to compute the tunneling coefficients of the actual surface barrier, was also adopted. CuIn5Se8 homogeneous crystals of n-type conductivity have been grown. Donor centers activation energy has been estimated. In/n-CuIn5Se8 Schottky barriers have been created and the first spectral dependencies of quantum efficiency of photoconversion of these structures have been derived. The nature of interband optical transitions has been interpreted and the band gap values for direct and indirect transitions in CuIn5Se8 crystals have been determined on the results of analysis of the Schottky barriers photoactive edge absorption. A possibility of utilization of CuIn5Se8 crystals in wide-band photoconverters of the optical radiation has been established. 相似文献

Games such as CHESS, GO and OTHELLO can be represented by minimax game trees. Among various search procedures to solve such game trees,- and SSS* are perhaps most well known. Although it is proved that SSS* explores only a subset of the nodes explored by-, - is commonly believed to be faster in real applications, since it requires very little memory space and hence its storage management cost is low. Contrary to this folklore, however, this paper reports, using the OTHELLO game as an example, that SSS* is much faster than-. It is also demonstrated that SSS* can be modified to make the required memory space controllable to some extent, while retaining the high efficiency of the original SSS*.This research was partially supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of Japan, under a Scientific Grant-in-Aid. 相似文献

为了掌握高Al2O3条件下(w(Al2O3)为15%以上)高炉渣系的熔化特性,利用差式扫描量热仪分析了不同w(MgO)/w(Al2O3)、碱度(R)以及w(Al2O3)对高铝高炉渣的熔化温度及熔化热的影响。试验结果表明,炉渣熔化开始温度为1 248~1 291 ℃、熔化结束温度为1 432~1 485 ℃、熔化热为137~211 J/g;当w(Al2O3)=15%、高w(MgO)/w(Al2O3)时,发生了共晶逆反应,导致高炉炉渣熔化开始温度逐渐降低,但由于高炉炉渣的液相线温度基本未变,所以炉渣熔化结束温度基本未发生改变;w(Al2O3)为20%时,随着w(MgO)/w(Al2O3)的增加,炉渣中易生成熔点较高的镁铝尖晶石,导致高炉炉渣熔化开始温度逐渐增大,与此同时,炉渣液相线温度逐渐降低,导致炉渣熔化结束温度逐渐降低;随着碱度R的增加,高炉炉渣中生成了具有高熔点的化合物、炉渣的液相线温度升高,使得高炉炉渣的熔化开始温度逐渐增加、炉渣熔化结束温度逐渐升高;随着w(Al2O3)的增加,发生了共晶逆反应,故炉渣的熔化开始温度逐渐降低,而随着w(Al2O3)的增加,炉渣中键能较大的Al—O键增多,需要在更高温度下才能实现炉渣的最终熔化,即熔化结束温度逐渐增加;随着w(MgO)/w(Al2O3)、R以及w(Al2O3)的增加,炉渣熔化热逐渐增多。分析认为,随着R的增加,炉渣中有高熔点化合物的生成,熔化热增加;随着炉渣中w(Al2O3)的增加,炉渣中Al—O键增多,解聚破坏熔渣结构消耗的热量增多;而随着w(MgO)/w(Al2O3)增加,高熔点化合物的生成或熔化开始温度降低,造成熔化热增加。 相似文献
