采用膜-粉末炭反应器处理微污染源水的试验结果表明,该工艺对水中的有机物具有较好的净化效果,在水温《10℃的条件下,处理可生化性很低的三家店水库水时对CODMn的去除率仍保持在65%左右;工艺对CODMn、UV254、UV410的去除效果依次增强.  相似文献

The oxidation behavior in air at 973 K of theaustenitic stainless steels 18Cr8Ni and17Cr-2.5Ni-10.5Mn-2Cu-0.17N (low-nickel content), wasstudied in a thermobalance. The steels were heated fromroom temperature up to 973K at 10 K min-1, oxidizedfor 80 hr and then cooled to room temperature at 80 Kmin-1. The two steels had the same weightgains, 0.18 mg cm-2, which is equivalent tooxidation layers about 1.15 m theoretical thickness. In both cases, thegeneral shapes of the WS-1 (mgcm-2) curves vs. t (hours) were parabolic,but X-ray diffraction of the oxidized surfaces, surfaceand crosssection optical microscopy and SEM observations and EDSmicroanalysis show important differences betweenthem.  相似文献

Niobium carbide coating was produced by thermal-reactive diffusion technique on AISI 52100 steel in salt bath at 1 123 K, 1 173 K, and 1 223 K for 1, 2, 4, and 6 hours. The salt consisted of borax, sodium fl uoride, boron carbide, and niobium pentoxide. The presence of NbC phase on the steel surface was confi rmed by X-ray diffraction analysis. Microscopic observation showed that niobium carbide coating formed on the substrate was smooth and compact. There was a distinct and fl at interface between the coating and substrate. The micro-hardness of niobium carbide coating was 2892±145HV. The thickness of coating ranged from 1.6 μm to 14μm. The forming kinetics of niobium carbide coating was revealed. Moreover, a contour diagram derived from experimental data was graphed for correct selection of process parameters. Some mathematical equations were built for predicting the coating thickness with predetermined processing temperature and time. The results showed that these mathematical equations are very practical as well as the kinetics equation.  相似文献

Refrigerated cooling air cutting of difficult-to-cut materials   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:1  
One approach to enhance machining performance is to apply cutting fluids during cutting process. However, the use of cutting fluids in machining process has caused some problems such as high cost, pollution, and hazards to operator's health. All the problems related to the use of cutting fluids have urged researchers to search for some alternatives to minimize or even avoid the use of cutting fluids in machining operations. Cooling gas cutting is one of these alternatives. This paper investigates the effect of cooling air cutting on tool wear, surface finish and chip shape in finish turning of Inconel 718 nickel-base super alloy and high-speed milling of AISI D2 cold work tool steel. Comparative experiments were conducted under different cooling/lubrication conditions, i.e. dry cutting, minimal quantity lubrication (MQL), cooling air, and cooling air and minimal quantity lubrication (CAMQL). For this research, composite refrigeration method was adopted to develop a new cooling gas equipment which was used to lower the temperature of compressed gas. The significant experimental results were: (i) application of cooing air and CAMQL resulted in drastic reduction in tool wear and surface roughness, and significant improvement in chip shape in finish turning of Inconel 718, (ii) in the high-speed milling of AISI D2, cooling air cutting presented longer tool life and slightly higher surface roughness than dry cutting and MQL. Therefore, it appears that cooling air cutting can provide not only environment friendliness but also great improvement in machinability of difficult-to-cut materials.  相似文献

This work investigates microbially-influenced corrosion (MIC) of stainless steel AISI 316 by two sulphate-reducing bacteria, Desulfovibrio desulfuricans and a local marine isolate. The biofilm and pit morphology that developed with time were analyzed using atomic force microscopy (AFM). Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) results were interpreted with an equivalent circuit to model the physicoelectric characteristics of the electrode/biofilm/solution interface. D. desulfuricans formed one biofilm layer on the metal surface, while the marine isolate formed two layers: a biofilm layer and a ferrous sulfide deposit layer. AFM images corroborated results from the EIS modeling which showed biofilm attachment and subsequent detachment over time.  相似文献

Inconel 718 with thickness ranged from 0. 1 - 1.7 mm was chosen as interlayer to promote weldability in friction welding of TiAl intermetallics and structural steel such as AIS14140, in which the welded joint presents single fin showing less welding deformation on TiAl side. The correlations between tensile strength and the interlayer thickness were analyzed and fitted to a model. It indicates an optimum interlayer thickness ranged from 0.9 - 1.1 mm where the tensile strength reaches as high as 360 MPa. Otherwise, while the interlayer thickness decreases to 0. 1 mm, brittle compounds of TiC, Al2Ti4C2 and MTC3 are formed in the welded zone so that the tensile strength decays. Thicker interlayer should be also avoided as double joints may occur at TiAl -lnconel 718 and lnconel 718 -AISI 4140, respectively, which lowers the tensile strength to some extent.  相似文献

Fatigue crack growth test was performed to evaluate fatigue behavior of 304 stainless steel specimens with or without laser processing (welding and surface treatment) in air and gaseous hydrogen. As the crack propagation normal to the laser welding or scan direction, the laser-processed specimens exhibited a higher resistance to crack growth in the low stress intensity factor range (ΔK) than the as-received steel plates regardless of testing environments. However, the marked retardation of crack growth behavior vanished for welded specimens subjected to a 850 °C/h stress relief treatment or with a shorter distance from notch tip to the weld centerline in the test.Fatigue-fractured appearance of the steel plate tested in air was composed of mainly transgranular fatigue fracture and some flat facets, along with a small amount of intergranular fracture. While quasi-cleavage fracture and few twin boundary separations were observed for the same specimen in hydrogen. On the other hand, the lower crack growth rate of laser-processed specimens in both air and hydrogen was accompanied with rubbed areas on the fracture surfaces. It was found that the extent of quasi-cleavage fracture was related to the formation of strain-induced martensite, which would contribute to an increased fatigue crack growth rate of all specimens in gaseous hydrogen.  相似文献
