浅谈超高压注水安全管理

在实际生产中,有必要对超高压注水进行管理。对超高压注水工艺进行风险评估,设计和施工分别参照《火力发电厂汽水管道零件及部件典型设计(2000版)》和GB/T12459-2005《钢制对焊无缝管件》执行。日常管理应建立健全各类操作作业指导书、超高压注水泵保养制度、巡回检查制度等各项规章制度,同时对安全阀、设备设施接地电阻、压力表、温度计等,进行强制定期检测。对超高压管线、管件参照《特种设备安全监察条例》每年检测一次壁厚的安全管理方法。

Activity measurements of Al and Cu in Si–Al–Cu melt at 1273 and 1373 K by the equilibration with molten Pb

For the effective control of Al introduction to solidified Si during the solidification refining of Si with the Si–Al-based melt for the solar cell material or the LPE Si film growth processes from the Si–Cu–Al solvent, thermodynamic properties of the Si–Al–Cu melt were investigated at 1273 and 1373 K. Activities of Al and Cu in the Si–Al–Cu melt were measured by the equilibration with molten Pb. Also, the excess Gibbs energy of the melt was studied by the ternary regular solution model.

The evaluated thermodynamic properties of the Si–Al–Cu melt indicated that Cu addition to the Si–Al melt brings the smaller activity coefficient of Al and is effective for reducing the Al content of solidified Si from the melt more effectively than its dilution effect for Al.

从用户产生和消费Feeds的角度分析社交网络变得不活跃的原因,通过分析人人网某大学社区用户长周期的Feeds行为来探讨该社区用户活跃度的变化。通过对用户活跃性周期和Feeds时间间隔的分析,发现越来越多的用户产生Feeds的活跃度在下降,并导致其他用户接收到的信息流的流速和多样性下降。社交网络用户由于各种原因离开或变得不活跃,并通过信息流对其朋友圈形成负向反馈,这可能是社交网络变得不活跃的深层原因。模拟实验表明,30%的初始不活跃用户会使得整个社区的信息流快速下降,并导致整个社区不活跃。     

Development of a generic activities model of command and control

This paper reports on five different models of command and control. Four different models are reviewed: a process model, a contextual control model, a decision ladder model and a functional model. Further to this, command and control activities are analysed in three distinct domains: armed forces, emergency services and civilian services. From this analysis, taxonomies of command and control activities are developed that give rise to an activities model of command and control. This model will be used to guide further research into technological support of command and control activities.

Optimal design of measurement network for neutronic activity field reconstruction by data assimilation

An optimal reconstruction of the neutronic activity field can be determined for a nuclear reactor core using a data assimilation framework to merge information from models and measurements. In this paper, we focus on solving the inverse problem of determining an optimal repartition of the measuring instruments within the core, to get the best possible results from the data assimilation reconstruction procedure. The position optimisation is realised using a Simulated Annealing algorithm, based on the Metropolis-Hastings proposition. Moreover, algebraic improvements of data assimilation have been developed, optimising their computational performance, and are presented here.     

The use of Information and Communication technology when completing instrumental activities of daily living

Purpose of the studyAn important aspect of cognitive assessment is inquiry of the patient’s ability to manage instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), including finances, medication, and transportation. Information and Communication technology (ICT, e.g. smartphones, computers) has become increasingly prevalent in American culture. We aimed to characterize what IADLs were being completed with ICT, and what factors predict ICT use to manage IADLs.Design and methodsWe administered a self-report survey to 505 Veterans seeking care at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System.ResultsSeventy percent reported regular ICT use. Of ICT users, 76% reported use for finances, 86% for shopping, 72% for health management, 75% for transportation, and 97% for communication. Logistic regression was used to identify predictors of high ICT use. Longer duration of computer use was significant in all models. Younger age, higher education, and better self-reported memory were associated with greater use for a subset of IADLs. Veterans with more health problems were more likely to use ICT to manage their healthcare.ImplicationsThese findings suggest that Veterans are using ICT to support IADLs. It appears appropriate for clinicians to incorporate questions about ICT use into IADLs assessment, which may assist in detecting subtle changes to day to day functioning and improve the accurate diagnosis of cognitive disorders.     

Technical Note: Method for objective assessment of physical work load at the workplace

This paper presents a method for objective assessment of physical work load at the workplace. The method is based on the DynaPort ADL Monitor. Using accelerometry, this monitor enables the assessment of gross motor activity as it occurs during the activities of daily living (ADL). A case study is conducted to explore the usefulness of the monitor in support of occupational research. The focus is on the cause and reduction of mechanical low back pain (LBP). A patient suffering from mechanical LBP participated in the study. He worked as messenger in contrast with his usual occupation. The patient was examined in both occupations using the monitor. The ADL profiles indicated that the messenger job was more likely to cause LBP than the other occupation of a mechanic.     

浅析社区商业的规模业态及其规划布局类型

随着我国城市化进程的快速发展,社区商业作为城市发展的重要组成部分,具有巨大的价值空间和发展前景。但是,我们国家的社区商业的发展还相对滞后,多数社区商业开发商仅以利率追逐为导向,缺乏了对项目整体的前瞻性思考,导致了规划失衡,业态组合不合理等众多问题。因此,本文主要针对这两个方面的问题,通过实地调研、总结,提出具体的社区商业规模业态判定方法及规划布局的操作策略。
