Nanopowders of LaGaO3- and LaMnO3-based complex perovskites (P) and ceria-based fluorites (F) were prepared by mechanosynthesis. Compatible nanocomposites F + P and P + P with mixed ion and electron conducting (MIEC) properties were prepared and sintered at moderate temperatures up to dense ceramics. The obtained materials were studied by means of XRD, SEM, TEM, electrical conductivity measurements, temperature programmed (TP) reduction/oxidation and preliminary estimations of permeability were obtained. A new strategy based on the advantages of the mechanochemical ceramic approach is proposed to design multilayer ceramic membranes for CMR. Casting technology and one-step sintering were used for the production of thin film membranes with MIEC properties on porous substrates. The coarse fraction of as-milled powders from agglomerates with density 70% was used for the porous substrate, and fine fractions of aggregates with sizes <1 μm were used in preparation of composites for thin dense films. Ceria-based composites prepared by the Pechini route and/or mechanochemical method are proposed as materials for protecting thin films. 相似文献

Ferromagnetic and perovskite-like thin films (<1m) of La1–xCaxMnO3+ have been routinely prepared by heat treatment of an amorphous La–Ca–Mn precursor. The precursor was electrodeposited cathodically in the absence of oxygen and water onto polished silver substrates from a nonaqueous solution of the components' nitrates. Analysis by X-ray diffraction and SQUID magnetometry shows these materials exhibit the appropriate structural and magnetic phases indicative of colossal magnetoresistance. 相似文献

The present paper deals with the theoretical investigation of temperature-dependent resistivity of the perovskite manganites
La0.78Pb0.22MnO3-δ within the framework of the classical electron–phonon model of resistivity, i.e., the Bloch–Gruneisen model. Due to inherent
acoustic (low-frequency) phonons (ωac) as well as high-frequency optical phonons (ωop), the contributions to the electron–phonon resistivity have first been estimated. At low temperatures the acoustic phonons
of the oxygen-breathing mode yield a relatively larger contribution to the resistivity as compared to the contribution of
optical phonons. Furthermore, the nature of phonons changes around T = 215 K exhibiting a crossover from an acoustic to optical phonon regime with elevated temperature. The contribution to resistivity
estimated by considering both phonons, i.e., ωac and ωop, when subtracted from experimental data, infers a T4.5 temperature dependence over most of the temperature range. Deduced T4.5 temperature dependence of ρdiff = [ρexp − {ρ0 + ρe-ph( = ρac + ρop)}] is justified in terms of electron–magnon scattering within the double exchange (DE) process. M-T curves, ρ-T curves and MR-T curves of La0.67Sr0.33Mn1-xCrxO3(0.00≤ x ≤0.30) were studied. Experimental results indicate that the substitution of Cr on Mn sites is impotent in driving TC, but with an increase of Cr content, there appear two peaks in resistivity and MR response, thus the temperature range of CMR response is significantly broadened. The extraordinary transport behavior and the abnormal CMR effect could be the results of coexistence and competition of Mn3 -O-Mn4 and Mn3 -O-Cr3 channels. 相似文献

Magneto-transport measurements have been performed on La0.67Sr0.33Mn1−xFexO3 (x = 0.0, 0.05 and 0.07) manganites synthesized by solid state route. The overall nature of AC susceptibility is found to be frequency independent. With the substitution of Mn by Fe, the transport properties dramatically change suppressing the double-exchange interaction. This in turn weakens the ferromagnetism and consequently decreases the paramagnetic to ferromagnetic transition temperature (Tc). However, DC electrical resistivity of the samples show board hump at metal-insulator transition temperature (TMI) in contrary with sharp transition at Tc and TMI < Tc indicating decoupling of electrical and magnetic properties. Resistivity behavior of these samples can be well explained by the consideration of bond percolation model which is basically developed from effective approximation method. 相似文献

针对民用航海雷达的信号干扰会使舰艇雷达侦察告警设备出现重频分频和虚假信号增批现象的问题,提出一种民用航海雷达脉宽、重复间隔等典型特征参数的定量分析方法。通过对民用航海雷达影响侦察告警设备信号分选进行分析,得出由脉宽和重复周期确定的占空比是信号分选的重要依据,并结合实际问题,在舰载侦察告警设备信号分选处理过程中,选择合适的占空比值来检验雷达信号的真实性。分析结果表明,该方法能够有效地减少民用航海雷达产生的重频分频和虚假信号增批现象。 相似文献
