立柱加固型框架大楼的爆破拆除

采用定向控制爆破技术拆除立柱加固型7层框架大楼。为了彻底炸毁加固立柱,确保大楼顺利定向倾倒,通过多次爆破试验确定了炸药单耗、布孔参数和装药结构。为了控制大楼塌落时的触地震动,采取了秒差分区爆破、空中解体、铺垫缓冲层和开挖减震沟等技术措施。爆破过程中进行了震动监测。此外还介绍了起爆顺序、安全防护措施及爆破结果。     

Effect of an abrupt change in pulling rate on microstructures of directionally solidified Al2O3-Er3Al5O12 eutectic and off-eutectic composite ceramics

Directionally solidified microstructures of Al₂O₃-Er₃Al₅O₁₂ eutectic and off-eutectic in situ composite ceramics were explored under abrupt-change pulling rate conditions. Corresponding temperature distributions and interface locations were studied. In eutectic composition, fluctuation of eutectic spacing occurred when the pulling rate increased abruptly. A gradually increase or abrupt increase in eutectic spacing was observed when the pulling rate decreased abruptly. In hypoeutectic and hypereutectic compositions, formation of the primary phases were suppressed when the pulling rate increased abruptly from 10?µm/s to 100?µm/s, while primary phases precipitated when the pulling rate decreased abruptly from 100?µm/s to 10?µm/s. The interface altitude decreased after the pulling rate increased abruptly, but increased after the pulling rate decreased abruptly. The liquid composition restriction (around the eutectic composition) at the eutectic interface plays an important role in the suppression of the primary dendrite and coupled eutectic oxides can be obtained in off-eutectic compositions even under higher solidification rate conditions.     

一种宽带矢量调制器的设计及其应用

矢量调制器是一种可以同时控制微波信号幅度和相位的器件。本文介绍了一种基于新型微带定向耦合器的宽带矢量调制器。新的耦合器结构克服了传统微带耦合器耦合度低、方向性差的问题,也不需要Lange耦合器复杂的加工工艺,在平衡放大器、移相器和衰减器等场合具有广泛的应用。其次,研究了用串联电感对衰减器中PIN二极管的寄生参数进行补偿的一种简单方法,以改善衰减器衰减量变化时的相位性能。该方法原理简单,可在一定带宽内替代复杂的平衡结构,并给出相近的性能。最后给出了矢量调制器的测试结果和它在自适应天线阵等实际系统中的应用情况,并讨论了用于提高载波和边带抑制、满足高精度要求的校准方法。     

Mathematical modelling and numerical simulation of ordered porosity metal materials formation

Ordered porosity metal materials belong to a relatively new class of porous materials named gasars. This paper presents a mathematical model of the complex physical phenomena in the production of gasars. Analyses for heat transfer, solidification kinetics and gas diffusion were coupled to describe the formation of unique gasar structure. Several criterial functions were introduced to provide significant quantitative information about the relationship between the operating technological parameters and the final structure. The computational outcomes of the numerical simulation were compared with the characteristics of real gasar ingots. The model was applied to determine the boundary conditions that would provide approximately constant physical conditions on the solidification front. The structure sensitiveness of gasars with respect to the different technological parameters is discussed.     

A Multilayer Optical Packet Switching Network Based on the Kautz Graph and Optical Passive Star Couplers

The multihop optical network is the most appropriate solution to satisfy the increasing applications of Internet services. This paper extends the regular Kautz graph to one with multiple layers in order to produce more architectural variations. The connectivity between adjacent layers utilizes the systematic connection patterns of a regular Kautz graph. A routing algorithm based on its property is presented. Optical passive star (OPS) couplers are adopted to implement our new topologies. Three scheduling criteria that can solve the contention problem in the intermediate nodes are evaluated and compared in terms of their capability to improve the accessibility.     

21~28GHz波段平衡式放大器

采用OMM IC的0.2μm PHEM T工艺设计了工作在21~28 GH z的平衡式放大器。正交耦合电桥采用兰格电桥。兰格电桥和平衡式放大器的在片测试结果和仿真结果基本吻合,平衡式放大器在21~28 GH z的增益为18~20 dB,输入和输出回波损耗小于-20 dB,在26 GH z处的输出1 dB压缩点功率为21 dBm。     

声诱饵仿真试验系统

介绍了声诱饵仿真试验系统的组成、工作原理、对接装置结构等,建立了对接装置声耦合状态下的数学模型,对近场声压分布进行了仿真计算,得出了匹配材料厚度、发射和接收换能器的选取原则。     

光漂白法制备有机聚合物非线性定向耦合器

研究了用光漂白的方法制备PMMA/DR1聚合物非线性定向耦合器,提出了一种容易的制备方法来得到要求的耦合长度.测量了材料的光学非线性对定向耦合器两臂透过率的影响.实验结果表明由于光学非线性,耦合器的耦合长度随着入射光强度的改变而发生变化.     

Design of Polarization-independent Wavelength-interleave Coupler in Fluorinated Polyimide Waveguide

Based on the measurement of dispersion characteristic and birefractive index of the fluorinated polyimide film,a statistical optimum design method is proposed and used to realize the design of 32-and 36-wavelengths optical waveguide wavelength-interleave coupler (i,e.,interleaver) with the optimization of polarization fluctuation and wavelength interval of 0.8nm at 1550nm. The largest cross coupling ratios of the two interleavers are respectively less than 1.8% and 3.5%, while the least through coupling ratios are respectively greater than 98. 2% and 96. 5%. The output differences due to polarization fluctuation are less than 1.7% and 3.2%     

Realization of Tapered Waveguide by Stretching the Rod Waveguide

By stretching the rod waveguide with different velocities in opposite directions, the tapered waveguide can be fabricated. In condition of taking no account of volume expansion caused by heating and under the assumptions of volume conservation,the rod waveguide can be stretched freely in the heated region without being stretched outside of the heated region. A model,which shows the relation of the transition shape and the two factors, that is the ratio of two velocity and the heated region length, is presented for the shape of the taper transition through mathematic deduction. Based on this model, a desired tapered waveguide can be fabricated. The tapered waveguide are widely used for fabricating tapered fiber couplers and sensors. In addition, the conclusion can be used for fabricating fused fiber coupler.
