水下成像的现状和发展动向

本文以下水成像在军事，海洋开发工程应用为基础，论述了水下观测和成像中采用微光电视摄像机和激光器件及其系统的技术现状和发展动向。     

CH4传感系统微弱光电信号处理电路的研究

为改善以CH4为目标气体的检测系统的信噪比,提高系统的检测灵敏度.基于微弱信号的锁定检测原理,以方波调制系统LED为光源,设计以锁相放大器为核心的微弱信号处理电路和计算机控制电路,将携带浓度信息的光强信号转换为直流电压输出.实验结果表明,电路输出电压与检测甲烷气体浓度呈线性关系.分析表明,理论上电路对甲烷浓度检测极限值为1.5×10-4.系统灵敏度可通过设计光源功率稳定电路和温度控制电路得到进一步提高.     

景德镇元代高足杯分期研究

本文通过整理具有明确纪年元代墓葬中出土高足杯资料,对景德镇元代高足杯进行分期研究,分析各时期高足杯的相关特点,总结出其发展和演变规律,为鉴别其它元代景德镇窑高足杯的相应时代作初步尝试。     

基于EEMD-增强因子自适应的液压泵微弱故障特征提取

针对斜盘式轴向柱塞泵微弱故障特征难以提取的问题,提出了一种基于EEMD-增强因子自适应的液压泵微弱故障特征提取方法。对故障信号EEMD分解得到一组IMFs,采用增强因子作为各IMF权值合成信号以突出故障特征并抑制不相关成分;对合成信号EEMD分解,用敏感因子筛选出最能够表征故障信息的IMFs分量重构信号;对重构信号做Hil-bert变换求得包络谱,分析包络谱诊断出具体故障。仿真信号和液压泵实测信号的分析结果均很好地验证了该方法的有效性和优越性。

南朝陵墓石刻为南朝帝王、贵族陵墓神道石刻。由于千余年来不断遭受自然及人为破坏,南朝陵墓石刻已处于濒危境地。而三维数字化技术能够使石刻文物本体及其所处遗址环境的方位信息得以永存。文章介绍了南朝陵墓石刻的艺术价值与保存状况,并针对南朝陵墓石刻体态庞大、形态复杂、不可移动以及多数暴露在荒郊野外等特点,引入自适应三维重建系统与三维全景空间测量技术,构建南朝陵墓石刻数字化保护方案。     

Adaptive–interpolative binarization with stroke preservation for restoration of faint characters in degraded documents

A novel technique for binarization with stroke preservation of faint characters in degraded documents is proposed. It works in a multi-scale framework with an adaptive–interpolative thresholding technique. Instead of computing a global threshold value, it computes the local threshold values for a small set of grid points by observing the intensity pattern of the pixels lying in the concerned grid cells. Estimated thresholds are used, in turn, to compute the threshold values of all the remaining pixels using a fast-yet-efficient interpolation procedure. To handle noises in degraded images, this grid-based adaptive thresholding is applied in successively reducing scales to obtain the near-optimal binarization as a set of connected components. After a post-processing meant for stroke preservation with these connected components, we get the final output. Exhaustive experimentation and comparison with other existing methods have been successfully carried out with benchmark datasets and also with our own datasets.     

The elements of forming traditional Turkish cities: Examination of houses and streets in historical city of Erzurum

When the historical parts of cities—which are the cultural mosaics and which reflect the feelings, thoughts, tendencies, life experiences and the accumulations of the periods in which they were built—begin to disappear, it affects the historical identities of the cities negatively. Investigating, learning, documenting and transferring to the future the values of these spaces, which are bridges between past and future, are vitally important for the maintenance of the cities. This analytical study carried out in Üç Kümbetler and its vicinity in the historical city of Erzurum—where historical and traditional urban elements such as religious buildings, traditional houses, streets, and fountains are intense—aimed at fulfilling these ends.
