Wheat bran is rich in functional ingredients, but the high level of lipase limits its applications. Tempering–preservation treatment (at 70–90 °C with moisture of 20%–40% for 1–4 h) was exploited for stabilising wheat bran and its effect on polyphenols was investigated. The results showed that more lipase was inactivated at higher tempering moisture, temperature and longer time. The optimum condition for inactivation of wheat bran lipase was 30% moisture and 90 °C for 4 h. The inactivation rate reached 93.8% with a residual enzyme activity of 0.264 U g−1. Under the optimum condition, the sum of free phenolic acids rose from 25.4 to 55.8 µg g−1. As for bound phenolic acids, there was a slight increase of hydroxybenzoic acid derivatives but a slight decrease of hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives. The total contents of phenolic acids before and after stabilisation were not significantly different. This study showed the possibility of using tempering–preservation as an efficient method for inactivation of wheat bran lipase while maintaining its phenolic compounds, which could be used in the production of whole wheat flour. 相似文献

Simulation based on discrete element method (DEM) coupled with computational fluid dynamics (CFD), coupled DEM-CFD, is a powerful tool for investigating the details of dense particle–fluid interaction problems such as in fluidized beds and pneumatic conveyers. The addition of a mechanical vibration to a system can drastically alter the particle and fluid flows; however, their detailed mechanisms are not well understood. In this study, a DEM-CFD model based on a non-inertial frame of reference is developed to achieve a better understanding of the influence of vibration in a vibrated fluidized bed. Because the high computational cost of DEM-CFD calculations is still a major problem, an upscaled coarse-graining model is also employed. To realize similar behaviors with enlarged model particles, non-dimensional parameters at the particle scale were deduced from the governing equations. The suitability and limitations of the proposed model were examined for a density segregation problem of a binary system. To reduce the computational costs, we show that the ratio between the bed width and model particle size can be reduced to a minimum value of 100; to obtain similar segregation behaviors, the ratio between the bed height and model particle size is considered unchanged. 相似文献

The object of study is nonlinear stationary controlled system of ordinary differential equations with constant disturbance in the right part. The problem of constructing the synthesising control function providing the transfer of this system from the initial state to the origin is considered. The sufficiently simple for numerical implementation algorithm of solution of the above-mentioned problem is obtained. It is shown that for local null controllability of the considered system, it is sufficient that the conditions of the Kalman's type were satisfied. In addition, the estimates restricting the choice of initial conditions and external disturbances under which the transfer is guaranteed are obtained. The main idea of the method of construction of the desired control function consists in reducing the original problem to stabilisation of a special kind linear non-stationary system and solving the Cauchy problem for an auxiliary system of ordinary differential equations closed by stabilising control. The simplicity of the realisation of this algorithm is determined by the construction of the auxiliary system and its stabilisation that could be obtained by analytical methods. 针对线、面特征匹配的激光雷达测距与地图构建算法(Lightweight and Ground-Optimized Lidar Odometry And Mapping,LeGO-LOAM)在自动导引运输车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)室内室外实时建图与定位时,易出现激光里程计累积误差大和旋转估计不准确等问题,本工作采用惯性测量单元(Inertial Measurement Unit,IMU)与激光雷达紧耦合的LeGO-LOAM算法,通过IMU为激光雷达提供的初始位姿信息,构建IMU与激光雷达联合误差函数,实现位姿共同迭代优化.其中,对于室外结构化信息较少时,在点对点的迭代最近点算法(Iterative Closest Point,ICP)较高定位精度的基础上,结合LeGO-LOAM算法和ICP算法互补性,进一步提出基于IMU与激光雷达紧耦合的混合匹配算法:当环境中结构信息较多时,激光里程计采用LeGO-LOAM算法,而当环境中结构化信息较少时采用ICP算法.实验结果表明,基于IMU与激光雷达紧耦合的混合匹配算法可有效降低激光里程计相对位姿误差和累积误差,提高AGV小车定位精度以消除部分地图重影. 相似文献

融合超宽带(UWB)和惯性导航系统(INS)能够实现消防员室内精确定位。为实现UWB的非视距(NLOS)误差检测,设计一种双级EKF框架。该框架以松耦合形式实现UWB/INS的数据融合,通过INS获取的初始位置估计坐标以检测UWB测量值的NLOS误差,根据检测结果计算残差矩阵来动态调整融合滤波器的测量噪声矩阵,以达到缓解NLOS误差的目的。实验结果表明,与三角不等式原理检测算法和无NLOS检测的UWB/INS简单融合算法相比,所提NLOS检测算法具备良好的检测能力、较强的稳定性及较高的定位精度。 相似文献
