引入微分概念和复合材料铺层刚度分配原则,形成一种改进的求解复合材料斜面对接结构胶层应力的半解析方法 MAM(Modified semi-Analytical Method)。首先,针对铺层角度及铺层数不一致的情况,采用有限元法(FEM)平面应变模型对MAM进行验证;然后,分别用平均剪应力法、FEM及MAM预测了复合材料斜接结构的承载能力并与试验值进行对比;最后,利用MAM分析工程应用问题,考虑了被粘结体刚度不匹配及胶层厚度的变化。研究结果表明:MAM适于设计复合材料斜接结构;采用MAM能得到胶层应力的尖峰值,且应力分布与FEM计算一致。 相似文献

The influence of pregrafting of cotton fabrics with mixed monomer on the dyeing kinetics of direct dyes was investigated. The results of this research show that the equilibrium absorption (ae) and activation energy (ΔE*) in the dyeing of grafted fabrics are smaller than those of ungrafted fabrics. The experimental results show that the value of the equilibrium absorption is smallest when the molar ratio of MAA/MAM (methacrylic acid/methylacryl amide) is 4/6. However, the rate constant (k′) is larger for grafted fabrics than for ungrafted fabrics. No significant difference was observed between the structural diffusion resistance constant (n) of grafted and ungrafted fabrics. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Accumulation of misfolded proteins is a common phenomenon of several neurodegenerative diseases. The misfolding of proteins due to abnormal polyglutamine (PolyQ) expansions are linked to the development of PolyQ diseases including Huntington’s disease (HD). Though the genetic basis of PolyQ repeats in HD remains prominent, the primary molecular basis mediated by PolyQ toxicity remains elusive. Accumulation of misfolded proteins in the ER or disruption of ER homeostasis causes ER stress and activates an evolutionarily conserved pathway called Unfolded protein response (UPR). Protein homeostasis disruption at organelle level involving UPR or ER stress response pathways are found to be linked to HD. Due to dynamic intricate connections between ER and mitochondria, proteins at ER-mitochondria contact sites (mitochondria associated ER membranes or MAMs) play a significant role in HD development. The current review aims at highlighting the most updated information about different UPR pathways and their involvement in HD disease progression. Moreover, the role of MAMs in HD progression has also been discussed. In the end, the review has focused on the therapeutic interventions responsible for ameliorating diseased states via modulating either ER stress response proteins or modulating the expression of ER-mitochondrial contact proteins. 相似文献

A relative thick plate of composite being repaired by scarf bonding was substituted as the scarf joints and studied under tensile load in this paper. The experimental investigation told us the ultimate capability of load and failure mechanism of composite scarf joints. In order to explain failure mechanism for scarf bonding repair of composite structures distinctly, FEM based on continuum damage mechanics (CDM) was carried out. CDM equations were derived by adding the delamination mode and 3D Hashin criteria based on strain into the composite constitutive relation. Furthermore, a modified semi-analytical method (MAM) was developed to obtain shear stress distribution in theory. MAM can improve the accuracy of Harman and Wang method, solve the stress asymmetry, obtain secondary peak of shear stress, and increase the highest peak of stress. In the end, the discussions for the methodologies of MAM, CDM and linear FEM were executed to compare the errors of predicting ultimate load. The discussion revealed that MAM has sufficient accuracy as an analytical methodology which could be utilized to design composite scarf repairs in a short cycle simply. 相似文献
