《计算机网络应用基础》教学浅谈

计算机网络应用基础在我院教学过程中占有重要位置,笔者从三本教学目标和学生特点出发,在总结分析传统计算机网络应用基础教学方法、考核方式中的弊端和不足,实践结合教学,对计算机网络应用基础教学模式提出新的思路,从而全面提高学生学习兴趣,提高教学质量。     

建立和分析安全关键系统的错误传递图

一个大型的安全关键系统常常由成千上万的部件所组成．在这类系统中检测错误会耗费巨大的时间和代价。讨论如何根据系统的行为和功能．以及部件之间的关系来建立FPG;如何用形式方法描述FPG,以及使用多重错误检测（MFD2）算法来确定错误的源头,利用错误模式和后果分析方法有选择地在系统部件上放置警报器器。为系统来建立一个错误传递图来检测错误．能够极大的减少系统的重担。实验证明在识别错误的来源时使用多重错误检测算法能够识别出产生单一或多重错误的源节点．     

Using Fuzzy Cost‐Based FMEA,GRA and Profitability Theory for Minimizing Failures at a Healthcare Diagnosis Service

This paper proposes an integrated approach to identify, evaluate and improve the potential failures in a service setting. This integrated approach combines Fuzzy cost‐based service‐specific FMEA (FCS‐FMEA), Grey Relational Analysis (GRA) and profitability theory for better prioritization of the service failures by considering cost as an important issue and using the profitability theory in a way that the corrective actions costs are taken into account. Considering profitability with FCS‐FMEA and GRA reduces the losses caused by failure occurrence. Besides, a maximization linear mathematical problem is used to select the best mix of failures to be repaired. We apply our approach to an academic example concerning the potential failures diagnosis of the Internal Medicine service of a hospital located in Seoul, Korea. We applied our approach and solved the associated maximization problem by a commercial solver, producing an optimal solution which indicates the most convenient mix of failures to be repaired by considering available budget. 全新的模式全新的系统 北京林业大学园林学院风景园林设计课程教学模式改革探讨

伴随着风景园林事业的不断发展,风景园林设计教学理念、内容与手段也必将发生变革。在北京林业大学园林学院设计教研组的共同努力下,风景园林设计的教学工作发生了深刻变化,充分发挥了学科领军学者在本科教学中的引领作用,系统建构了风景园林设计教学的教学内容与教学进程,积极促进了教学成果的交流。并在此基础上建立了一个新的内容体系,支撑教学活动的全面展开,主要包括三个方面:作业体系的模块化,理论教学与实际操作的一体化和教学手段多样化。

概述宽带综合业务数据数字网ISDN的基本概念及发展,ISDN的协议和网络结构,技术热点AMT,说明ATM技术的主要优越性,对宽带业务网发展前景作了展望,以及对ISDN的应运前景。     

Effects of various baffle designs on acoustic characteristics in combustion chamber of liquid rocket engine

Effects of various baffle designs on acoustic characteristics in combustion chamber are numerically investigated by adopting linear acoustic analysis. A hub-blade configuration with five blades is selected as a candidate baffle and five variants of baffles with various specifications are designed depending on baffle height and hub position. As damping parameters, natural-frequency shift and damping factor are considered and the damping capacity of various baffle designs is evaluated. Increase in baffle height results in more damping capacity and the hub position affects appreciably the damping of the first radial resonant mode. Depending on baffle height, two close resonant modes could be overlapped and thereby the damping factor for one resonant mode is increased exceedingly. The present procedure based on acoustic analysis is expected to be a useful tool to predict acoustic field in combustion chamber and to design the passive control devices such as baffle and acoustic resonator.     

Business Continuity Management: A Standards-Based Approach

ABSTRACT

Business enterprises are increasingly realizing the importance of business continuity management (BCM). Availability BS 25999 Standard has facilitated a consistent methodology that organizations can follow in designing their BCM System. This paper intends to provide a conceptual understanding of BCM right from BCM Policy to BCM maturity by describing the steps involved in the implementation of BCM Standard – BS 25999 – to ensure business continuity in the event of an outage. The key BCM tasks have been categorized into three phases of business continuity – Pre-event Preparation, Event Management, and Post-event Continuity. This paper also highlights some of the challenges experienced by the author in carrying out Risk Assessment and Business Impact Analysis. The Business Continuity Maturity Model® of Virtual Corporation is provided (with their permission) as a tool to strengthen business continuity maturity or organizations.     

DNS／GPS组合导航系统研究

本文阐述ＤＮＳ与ＧＰＳ组合导航的必要性、可行性及组合方法，给出了误差模型和卡尔曼滤波模型。选取观测量不同可有三种组合方式，通过模拟计算给出了相应曲线。当采用伪距及其变化率作为观测量时，其组合方式最佳，定位精度可达米级，航向精度可提高到０．２°。

海外石油工程项目设备进出口两种清关模式各有利弊。结合具体案例，分析了设备进出口清关模式选择时要考虑的因素，探讨了设备进出口模式选择方案的优化途径。     

Two Modes and Criterion of Brittle Fracture

The plastic zone at the tip of the flaw (including acute cark and common notch) was investigated. Forthe notch specimen, a formula of toughness K was proposed, and its physical meaning was emphasized.Twomodes of brittle fracture was identified and the evaluating criterion was established.
