人工神经网络在注塑参数预测中的应用

应用人工神经网络技术建立了注塑工艺参数值快速预测的双层BP网络模型。利用CAE软件进行模拟，获取训练样本。用Matlab语言编制了应用程序，对网络的训练及参数预测的过程进行求解。将网络预测结果与模拟所得验证数据进行比较和误差分析，显示出BP网络的稳定性和可靠性。经实例验证，表明人工神经网络技术应用于注塑参数值的快速预测和选取方面是可行的。     

一种新型变电站智能设备采样值接口方案

随着电子互感器技术的发展和IEC61850标准的推广,变电站间隔层智能设备的交流采样技术将由传统的对模拟信号A／D转换技术变革为以太网通信技术。为了不改变传统保护、测控装置算法,分析了采用Lagrange线性插值对合并单元输入的采样值进行数据抽取的可行性,研究了插值抽取的方法,进行了误差分析,同时分析了谐波信号对插值算法的影响。     

Matrix organizational structure,culture and commitment: a Hong Kong public sector case study of change

This paper reports on the impact of organizational change on a government department in Hong Kong. It focuses on the perceptions of professional personnel of the organizational culture developed in the depart4 ment and its mismatch with their expectations. The commitment of the professionals to their organization was measured, and found to be limited solely to a level of continuance commitment. The results of the study are discussed and explained in part by reference to Hofstede's cultural concepts of power distance and individualism, and by reference to traditional Chinese cultural values.     

The interplay between leadership and organizational culture in the Turkish construction sector

Organizational culture and leadership are purported to be deeply integrated and intertwined within an organization. Although there is a substantial amount of research demonstrating the importance of the interplay of culture and leadership, there exist few empirical examinations of the nature of this link. To examine this link, based on Cameron and Quinn's Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument and Hofstede's Values Survey Module, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The sample consists of 499 managerial personnel out of 107 contracting firms. With the aim of achieving a better understanding of how leadership style is influenced by organizational culture, Multinomial Logistic Regression was used. The findings demonstrate that managers in the contracting companies with different cultural characteristics tend to adopt different leadership styles to lead their employees to succeed in their business. Information contained in this paper will feed into country-specific understanding of leadership and organizational culture within the construction industry.

文章论述了近现代以来,中国建筑的创作主要围绕“科学性”与“民族性”两大主题展开。这两大主题的发展受社会价值取的影响,在社会各个时期表现出不同的态势;或比强彼弱,或互相交融。进行２０世纪８０年代以来,两大主题的发展与交融愈演烈,以此为契机形成中国当代建筑创作的多元化格局。     

微波暴露下儿童与成人电磁能量吸收比较研究

通过仿真人体模型和分层模型分析成人与儿童对电磁能量吸收的差别。用时域有限差分法计算了3GHz微波作用下成人和儿童全身平均比吸收率(SAR)、峰值SAR和各层组织平均SAR。结果显示儿童的全身平均SAR高于成人,但电磁波在成人体内能量沉积的梯度高于儿童;电特性参数升高使浅表组织SAR增高,深层组织SAR降低。
