Fresh and frozen-thawed (F-T) pork meats were classified by Vis–NIR hyperspectral imaging. Eight optimal wavelengths (624, 673, 460, 588, 583, 448, 552 and 609 nm) were selected by successive projections algorithm (SPA). The first three principal components (PCs) obtained by principal component analysis (PCA) accounted for over 99.98% of variance. Gray-level-gradient co-occurrence matrix (GLGCM) was applied to extract 45 textural features from the PC images. The correct classification rate (CCR) was employed to evaluate the performance of the partial least squares-discriminate analysis (PLS-DA) models, by using (A) the reflected spectra at full wavelengths and (B) those at the optimal wavelengths, (C) the extracted textures based on the PC images, and (D) the fused variables combining spectra at the optimal wavelengths and textures. The results showed that the best CCR of 97.73% was achieved by applying (D), confirming the high potential of textures for fresh and F-T meat discrimination.  相似文献

To improve the defrosting accuracy and the energy efficiency of the air-source heat pump (ASHP) under frosting and defrosting conditions, a novel Temperature–Humidity–Time (T–H–T) defrosting control method, based on a frosting map for the ASHP unit, is proposed in this paper. A field test was conducted for two heating seasons, to verify the feasibility and applicability of the T–H–T method. The advantages of the T–H–T method, compared to the conventional Temperature–Time (T–T) defrosting control method, are presented. In total, eight cases are shown in this paper. Cases 1 to 4 were chosen to reveal the T–H–T performance under different frosting conditions. It was found that no matter what kind of frosting conditions, defrosting was always initiated in a similar situation: ∼90% of the outdoor coil surface was covered by frost; the temperature difference between the compressor suction and discharge increased by ∼20%; and the heating capacity decreased by ∼30%. These results indicate that the T–H–T method can make an accurate decision under different frosting conditions. Cases 5a, 5b and Cases 6a, 6b were two groups of cases to compare the advantages of the T–H–T method against the conventional T–T method. Cases 5a and 5b were chosen for the non-frosting condition. It was found that the T–T method initiated the defrosting operation 31 times within 24 h. However, none of the defrosting operations was conducted for the T–H–T method. Cases 6a and 6b were chosen to compare these two methods under consecutive and variable frosting conditions. For the T–T method, 63% of the defrosting processes were found to be executed under conditions where defrosting was not necessary. However, for the T–H–T method, all the defrosting controls were found to be accurate and reasonable. These results indicated that the novel T–H–T method is suitable for the defrosting control of the ASHP, and has a more competitive performance than the conventional T–T method.  相似文献

The aim of this study is to investigate the required refrigerant speed, hence minimum refrigeration load, for carrying the lubricating oil up in vertical sections of refrigerant lines. It is assumed that the downward flow of the thin oil layer over the inner surface of the riser due to gravity is to be balanced with the upward flow of the oil film due to the shear force created by the upward flow of the refrigerant vapor. Velocities are converted to refrigeration capacities by considering a saturated cycle between specified condenser and evaporator pressures. General relationships thus developed are enumerated for R134a by preparing minimum capacity tables for copper suction and discharge risers.  相似文献

The development of the novel direct digital control (DDC)-based capacity controller for a direct expansion (DX) air conditioning (A/C) unit having variable-speed compressor and supply fan to simultaneously control indoor air temperature and relative humidity (RH) in a conditioned space served by the DX A/C unit has been reported in Part I of the two-part series. The results of preliminary controllability tests for the novel capacity controller presented in Part I, however, suggested that the controller developed was operational, with acceptable control accuracy but rooms for improvement with respect to control sensitivity. This paper, the second part of the two-part series, reports on the further development of the controller to improve its control sensitivity and the associated controllability test results. Both control accuracy and reasonable control sensitivity were achieved by incorporating a traditional Proportional–integral (PI) controller into the DDC-based capacity controller.  相似文献

This paper presents a one-dimensional mathematical model for heat and mass transfer of water droplets in a spray chamber. The model includes drop size distribution and velocity of the droplets generated by a nozzle of inlet diameter 3.2 mm. By using the conservation of mass and energy, the changes in water temperature, air temperature and humidity along the spray cone in the spray chamber can be calculated. This model is tested with two different water mass flows. The results look reasonable from practical point of view and they also show that higher water mass flow results in a higher air temperature drop and higher humidity.  相似文献

A mathematical model of desiccant wheels is established and validated by experimental results. The different effects of substrate, air mixing, and rotation speed on the performance of enthalpy recovery wheels and dehumidification wheels are analyzed. Substrate with high heat capacity and low heat conductivity is recommended for enthalpy recovery wheels, while substrate with low heat capacity and low heat conductivity is suitable for dehumidification wheels. Air mixing should be considered in evaluating recovery wheels' performance but can be ignored for dehumidification wheels. For recovery wheels without considering air mixing, higher the rotation speed, higher the recovery efficiency; when considering air mixing, the optimal rotation speed is lower than the corresponding rotation speed at a 5% air mixing rate. There also exists an optimal rotation speed to obtain better dehumidification performance for dehumidification wheels. Meanwhile, the reasons behind the discrepancies between recovery wheels and dehumidification wheels are discussed.  相似文献

The cooling load in the winter season becomes significant in commercial buildings and hotels because of the wide usage of office equipment and improved wall insulation. In this study, a simultaneous heating and cooling multi-heat pump having four indoor units and an outdoor unit was designed and tested in five operation modes: cooling-only, heating-only, cooling-main, heating-main, and entire heat recovery. The performance of the system with R410a was optimized by adjusting the system's control parameters. In the cooling-main mode, the rate of the bypass flow to the heating-operated indoor unit was optimized by controlling the EEV opening of the outdoor unit. In the heating-main mode, the mass flow rate to the cooling-operated indoor unit was optimized by adjusting the EEV opening in the outdoor unit. In the entire heat recovery mode, the compressor speed was controlled to improve the system COP with appropriate heating and cooling capacities.  相似文献

A model for predicting the dynamic product heat load and weight loss during beef chilling has been developed using finite element analysis. The beef geometry is approximated by 13 sections, each represented by a two-dimensional finite element grid using triangular elements. Longitudinal heat conduction was neglected. The model was tested against data from 55 industrial beef chilling trials covering a wide range of carcass size, fat cover and chilling conditions. The heat removal during the first 2 h predicted by the model was on average 5.6% higher than the experimental value. The average percentage error in the predicted weight loss after 20 h was 2.3%.  相似文献

The operation of a scroll compressor at high compression ratios can cause excessively high discharge temperatures, which can be detrimental to the reliability and efficiency of the compressor. In the present study, the performance of an inverter-driven scroll compressor with liquid refrigerant injection was measured with a variation of compressor frequency, injection pressure, and injection location. The influence of the liquid injection on the performance is presented as a function of operating parameters and injection location by comparing the results with those for the non-injection case. It was found that liquid injection under high frequency was very effective at attaining higher performance and reliability of the compressor, but injection under low frequency showed some disadvantages. For high frequency at a given injection ratio, the injection at α=180°, for an injection angle at an injection port, yielded slightly better performance of the compressor as compared to that at α=90°.  相似文献

A thermodynamic model for a variable speed scroll compressor with refrigerant injection was developed using continuity, energy conservation and real gas equation. The model included energy balance in the low-pressure shell compressor, suction gas heating, motor efficiency, and volumetric efficiency considering gas leakages as a function of compressor frequency. The developed model was verified by comparing the predicted results for the no injection condition with the experimental data. The deviations of the predicted from the measured values were within 10% for approximately 90% of the experimental data. Based on the model, mass flow rate, suction gas heating, cooling capacity and power consumption of the compressor were estimated and analyzed as a function of frequency. The effects of refrigerant injection on the performance of the compressor were also discussed as a function of frequency, injection conditions, and injection geometry.

Résumé

相似文献
