Influence of Se and Te substitutions at Tl-site of Tl(Ba,Sr)CaCu2O7 superconductor on the AC susceptibility and electrical properties

The Sr and Ba bearing Tl-1212 phase, Tl(Ba,Sr)CaCu₂O₇ is an interesting superconductor. The Sr only bearing TlSr₂CaCu₂O₇ is not easily prepared in the superconducting form. The Ba only bearing TlBa₂CaCu₂O₇ on the other hand does not show improvement in the transition temperature with elemental substitution. In this work the influence of multivalent Se (non-metal) and Te (metalloid) substitutions at the Tl-site of Tl_1-xM_x(Ba,Sr)CaCu₂O₇ (M = Se or Te) superconductors for x = 0–0.6 was studied. The samples were prepared via the conventional solid-state reaction method. XRD patterns showed a single Tl-1212 phase for x = 0 and 0.1 Se substituted samples. The critical current density at the peak temperature, T_p of the imaginary (χ”) part of the AC susceptibility (χ = χ’ +χ”), J_c-inter(T_p) for all samples was between 15 and 21 A cm⁻². The highest superconducting transition temperature was shown by the x = 0.3 Se-substituted sample (T_c-onset = 104 K, T_c-zero = 89 K, T_cχ’ = 104 K and T_p = 80 K). Te suppressed the superconductivity of Tl-1212 phase. The order of highest transition temperatures are as follows: Tl_1-xTe_x(Ba,Sr)CaCu₂O₇<Tl(Ba,Sr)CaCu₂O₇<Tl_1-xSe_x(Ba,Sr)CaCu₂O₇. This work showed that Se was better than Te in improving the transition temperature and flux pinning of the Tl-1212 phase. The roles of ionic radius of Se and Te on the superconductivity of Tl(Ba,Sr)CaCu₂O₇ are discussed in this paper.

南京老虎山黄土-古土壤剖面不同粒级组分的磁化率及其古气候意义

利用沉降离心法将老虎山黄土-古土壤的酸不溶相分离成<2μm、2～45μm和>45μm三个粒级组分,并分别测定了这些组分和全岩的磁化率。结果表明,无论是全岩,还是三个不同粒级组分,它们的磁化率都可以单独作为长江中下游地区古气候演变的参考指标。其中,<2μm粒级的质量磁化率明显大于全岩和2～45μm、>45μm两粒级,而且其分辨率也明显高于2～45μm和>45μm这两个粒级组分。本实验结果还显示,虽然<2μum的质量磁化率最大,但对全岩质量磁化率的贡献率与2～45μm粒级相当,>45μm粒级的贡献率较低。

Superconductivity and magnetism in niobium doped YBa2Cu3O7 Related high Tc ceramics

Magnetic characterization has been performed on the members of the cuprateniobate RBa₂Cu₂NbO₈ (R = Pr, Nd, and La) series and R_1.5Ce_0.5Sr₂Cu₂NbO₁₀ (R = Pr, Eu, Nd, and Sm) series. The PrBCNO samples show a signature in the magnetization of a magnetic ordering at 12K. The PrCSCNO sample is nonsuperconducting and shows two distinct orderings at 17K and 53K. No such magnetic phase transition is observed down to 2K in the Nd and La based RBCNO materials or the Nd, Sm, and Eu based RCSCNO materials. Measurements of the lower critical field curve, dc irreversibility line, and critical curent densities are reported for each of the superconducting NdCSCNO, SmCSCNO, and EuCSCNO compounds.     

Flashover voltage characteristics of contaminated station insulators under temporary ac overvoltages in the ac system connected with a frequency converter station

According to the recent analysis results of temporary ac overvoltage in the ac system connected with a frequency converter station, large-magnitude over-voltages were confirmed to occur under some special system conditions. Most of the station insulators currently used cannot withstand such overvoltages according to an evaluation based on the data obtained earlier. The necessity of tests to be done to evaluate such performance more accurately was recognized. Both power frequency and switching impulse overvoltage flashover tests were made on contaminated insulators by the method well simulating the natural wetting condition. Switching impulse flashover voltage with the waveshape having a long wavefront time of 2 ms can be well correlated with the flashover voltage characteristics of temporary ac overvoltage. Higher flashover voltage characteristics were obtained by a clean fog test method compared with those obtained by equivalent fog test method.     

光纤接入网步入快速发展期

碲酸盐系统玻璃组成和结构对非线性光学性能的影响

碲酸盐系统重金属氧化物玻璃是一种优秀的非线性光学玻璃材料，具有较大的三阶非线性光学效应、超快光学响应、较宽红外透过范围、较好稳定性以及广泛应用前景。碲酸盐系统玻璃中的中间离子和网络外离子的加入会改变组成网络的配位多面体组成、键性和能带结构，进而影响玻璃的非线性光学性能。探讨了碲酸盐系统玻璃的网络结构，阐述了玻璃组成、结构以及纳米簇和非线性光学性能之间的相互关系。     

新一代高强韧性WDL系列钢综合性能及应用

本文着重介绍武汉钢铁公司近年来研制开发的第二代高强度低合金钢—高强韧性WDL系列钢的综合性能及应用情况。该钢具有优异的焊接性能和低温韧性,板厚≤50mm钢板焊前不预热或稍加预热而不产生焊接裂纹,是制造大型压力容器（特别是低温和常温球罐）、水电站压力钢管和水轮机蜗壳、高寒地区使用的大型工程机械、大跨度桥梁及海上采油平台等装备的理想用材。     

聚腈分子的飞秒时间分辨光克尔效应

本文利用飞秒时间分辩光克尔效应，对主链为Ｃ＝Ｎ结构的两种共轭聚腈高分子的溶液和薄膜进行研究，所测得的时间分辨光克尔信号均表现为超快响应。
