The microstructures of Cu films deposited by the self-ion assisted, partially ionized beam (PIB) deposition technique under
two different accelerating potentials, 0 KeV and 6 KeV, are compared. The 6 KeV film shows a bimodal (111) fiber and (100)
fiber texture with an abundance of twin boundaries and a relatively large average grain size with a typical lognormal distribution.
The 0 KeV film consists of small, mostly (111) oriented grains with islands of abnormally large (100) grains. The controlling
factors for the abnormal growth of the (100) grains are discussed in relation to the observed microstructures, showing that

In order to alleviate the energy consumption problem caused by the increasing number of Internet of things (IoT) nodes,an energy-efficient (EE) maximization based resource allocation algorithm was proposed for multi-carrier wireless-powered backscatter communication network.Firstly,a multivariable and nonlinear resource allocation model was formulated to jointly optimize transmit power,transmission time,reflection coefficient,and energy-harvesting allocation coefficient,where the maximum transmit power constraint of the power station and the minimum harvested energy constraint at the backscatter device were considered.Then,the original non-convex optimization problem was transformed into a convex one which was solved by using Dinkelbach’s method and the variable substitution approach.Furthermore,the analytical solution of the resource allocation problem was obtained based on Lagrange dual theory.Simulation results verify that the proposed algorithm has better EE by comparing it with the existing algorithm under pure backscatter mode and algorithm under the harvested-then-transmit mode. 相似文献

In this study, the very high cycle fatigue (VHCF) properties of 7050-T7451 aluminum alloy and its friction stir welding (FSW) butt welds have been investigated. The results show that the failure of FSW joints still occurs at 7.0 × 108 cycles. The fatigue properties of the FSW joints are superior to those of the base material, especially in the super long life regime. Most fatigue cracks initiate at the thermo-mechanically affected zone and heat affected zone on the advancing side of the FSW joints, and the susceptibility of these zones to fatigue is attributed to the metallurgical heterogeneity. 相似文献

提出超声背散射Tsallis信息熵成像评价脂肪肝的新方法。利用滑动窗口法,估算窗口内局部背散射包络信号的Tsallis信息熵参数值,对信息熵参数值矩阵进行扫描变换、颜色映射及感兴趣区域设置,叠加到超声B模式图像,实现Tsallis信息熵成像。分析72名肝脏捐献者和204名患者的超声背散射信号,参考标准分别为磁共振波谱测得的肝脏脂肪分数(Hepatic Fat Fraction, HFF)和肝活检组织学检查测得的脂肪肝程度。对于72名肝脏捐献者,Tsallis信息熵与lg(HFF)的相关系数r=0.67(P<0.000 1)。对于204名患者,受试者工作特征曲线下面积分别为0.82、0.88、0.89(≥轻度、≥中度、≥重度),而超声背散射零差K成像分别为0.76、0.82、0.82。超声背散射Tsallis信息熵成像可以直观定征并定量评价脂肪肝的严重程度,其诊断性能优于超声背散射零差K成像,可作为一种超声评价脂肪肝的新方法。 相似文献

Crystallographic texture measurements were made on a series of rolled aluminum sheet specimens deformed in equi-biaxial tension up to a strain level of 0.11. The measurement techniques used were neutron diffraction with a 4-circle goniometer, electron backscatter diffraction, conventional powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), and XRD using an area detector. Results indicated a complex texture orientation distribution function which altered in response to the applied plastic deformation. Increased deformation caused the {1 1 0} planes, to align parallel to the plane of the sheet. The different techniques produced results that were very consistent with each other. The advantages and disadvantages of the various methods are discussed, with particular consideration of the time taken for each method, the range of orientation space accessible, the density of data that can be obtained, and the statistical significance of each data set with respect to rolled sheet product. 相似文献

The plastic deformation resulting from shot peening treatments applied to the ferritic heat resistant steel FV448 has been investigated. Two important effects have been quantified: surface roughness and strain hardening. 2D and 3D tactile and optical techniques for determining surface roughness amplitude parameters have been investigated; it was found that whilst Ra and Sa were consistent, Sz was generally higher than Rz due to the increased probability of finding the worst case surface feature. Three different methods for evaluating the plastic strain profile have been evaluated with a view to establishing the variation in yield strength near the surface of a shot peened component. Microhardness, X-ray diffraction (XRD) line broadening and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) local misorientation techniques were applied to both uniaxially deformed calibration samples of known plastic strain and samples shot peened at intensities varying from 4A to 18A to establish the variation in plastic strain and hence the variation in yield strength. The results from the three methods were compared; XRD and EBSD profiles were found to be the most similar with microhardness profiles extending much deeper into the sample. Changes in the measured plastic strain profile after exposure to low cycle fatigue and the correlation of these changes with the cyclic stress–strain behaviour of the material are also discussed with a view to assessing the importance of the dislocation profile in component life assessment procedures. 相似文献

The FCC-structured equiatomic CoCrFeMnNi high-entropy alloy was produced by arc melting and drop casting. After homogenization, the drop-cast ingots were cold rolled to sheets with six different final thicknesses (thickness reductions of 21, 41, 61, 84, 92 and 96%). Samples were cut from the rolled sheets and annealed for 1 h at temperatures between 400 and 1000 °C. The recrystallization temperature was then determined as a function of cold work by means of scanning electron microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction measurements. Additionally, Vickers indentation was performed on these samples. It was found that the microhardness first tends to increase slightly upon annealing below the recrystallization temperature but then drops steeply for higher annealing temperatures due to the onset of recrystallization. To study grain growth kinetics, samples that underwent 96% cold rolling were first recrystallized for 1 h at 800 °C, which is the lowest temperature at which complete recrystallization occurs, and then annealed at temperatures between 800 and 1150 °C for various times. The grain growth exponent was determined to be approximately n = 3, and the activation energy Q = 325 kJ/mol, both of which agree well with published values for this alloy. EBSD measurements were made in the as-recrystallized and grain growth samples to analyze the annealing twins. The density of annealing twins in the grain growth samples was found to depend only on grain size, i.e., it was independent of annealing temperature and time. No such correlation could be found for the as-recrystallized samples. These observations are discussed in the framework of existing theories for the formation of annealing twins. 相似文献
