乌江洪家渡水电站坝址河谷深切300余m,硬质岩与软质岩相间分布,岸坡地形陡峻,软弱夹层发育,卸荷、崩塌等物理地质作用强烈。根据坝址地质条件与电站枢纽布置,工程存在:隧洞群进水口同向高边坡整体稳定问题;坝肩开挖、隧洞进出口开挖、厂房开挖及料场开挖等高边坡稳定问题;泄洪冲刷及雾化区1号、2号塌滑体高边坡稳定问题;王家渡堆料场、瓦房寨砂石系统高边坡稳定问题。因此,工程高边坡稳定问题是本工程的主要工程问题之一,但通过参建各方共同努力,本工程高边坡处理都取得了圆满成功。

The effects of recent practice on task switching.

Four experiments investigated the effect of recent selective practice on the cost of switching between 2 tasks afforded by letter-digit pairs: alphabet arithmetic and shape comparison. Experiments 1 and 2 found a greater cost associated with switching to the more recently practiced task: evidence that task-set inertia contributes to switching costs. Experiment 3 found this effect to be limited to trials on which a recently trained stimulus followed another such stimulus: a result problematic for all current theories of task-set priming. Experiment 4 showed that the effect of recent practice was eliminated by active preparation for a task switch: It appears that endogenous task-set preparation reduces the effects of task-set inertia. The Structure of Clusters and Jets of Pulsed Plasma Expanding into Vacuum

The space-time distribution of the basic kinetic parameters of a plasma is experimentally determined under conditions of expansion of plasma clusters and jets into vacuum. It is demonstrated that the dynamics and structure of plasmoids injected by pulsed erosion plasma accelerators of the electrothermal type are characterized by two successive stages or two modes of acceleration, namely, the Joule heating of electrons in the initial region of the path and the collisionless expansion of rarefied plasma.

综述了硫酸锆，碳酸锆产品的性质，生产技术及应用，收集整理了国内外部分厂家和公司该产品的化学指标与生产技术；介绍了“分步液相沉淀法”生产工艺，与“一步法”生产工艺相比，其具有流程短，投入少，操作简单，制造成本低等优点。     

On basic definitions of unified fracture mechanics terminology

The adoption of unified fracture mechanics terminology (UFMT) will promote efficient communication between specialists in different fields of fracture research, harmonization of national and international standards relating to fracture mechanics, and last but not least improvement of the existing methodology for teaching and education in fatigue and fracture. In this paper the definitions of some basic and related terms included in different standards on fracture mechanics terminology are confronted with one another. Alternative definitions of the same terms are offered. By this strategy the author tries to show that the definitions of basic and related terms appropriate for the UFMT should emerge as a consequence of harmonizing a crack model with an actual crack and then both taken together with a fracture model, laboratory test methods, and failure assessment codes.Published in Problemy Prochonsti, No. 1, pp. 17–29, January, 1996.This paper is published as a matter of discussion.
