The dielectric properties and bipolar polarization-electric field (P-E) and strain-electric field (S-E) dynamic hysteresis of a relaxor [001]c 0.73Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.27PbTiO3 (PMN-0.27PT) single crystal were investigated to reveal more details of the temperature-induced phase transitions. Different linear scaling relations for ferroelectric hysteresis area <A>, coercive field Ec, saturation polarization Ps and remnant polarization Pr versus temperature τ were measured in different temperature regions. For each measurement frequency f, all hysteresis parameters were found to decrease linearly with temperature in the temperature range of the single rhombohedral (R) phase or tetragonal (T) phase, and the rate of decrease in the T phase was observed to be much larger than the corresponding rate in the R phase. In the temperature range near the R-T phase transition, the exponent α in the power law <A>∝f α for the R phase was found to be smaller than that for the T phase, and the magnitude of α depended strongly on temperature when the crystal was in the R-T coexisting phase state. Our experimental and theoretical results indicate that the difference in the activation energy and dipole moment in the R and T phases may lead to the observed discrepancy for the P-E and S-E hysteresis behaviour in different temperature regions.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of polyethersulfone-matrix composites with 3-19 vol.% polycrystalline nickel filaments (0.4 (im diam) were investigated. These filaments were found to exhibit hysteresis energy loss 10800 J/m3 of nickel and coercive force 16.9 kA/m, compared to corresponding values of 4930 J/m3 and 4.7 kA/m for 2 μ.m diam polycrystalline nickel fibers, 1020 J/m3 and 0.5 kA/m for 20 μm diam polycrystalline nickel fibers, and 1280 J/m3 and 2.3 kA/m for solid polycrystalline nickel.  相似文献

Investigation into the magnets with different squareness of hysteresis loop (SHL) reveals that the microstructure of sintered NdFeB magnets has great effects on the SHL of the magnets. The abnormal grain growth deteriorates the SHL seriously. The shape of the grain and the grain boundary affect the intensity of demagnetization field, and consequently on the SHL. The added elements have effects on the phase structures and distributions in the magnets, which influences the uniform of demagnetization field.  相似文献

Magnetization measurements were carried out on bulk Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 (referred to as Tl-2212) and on various site-selective substituted Tl-2212 samples. At 5K between 0 and 4.5 T, the 5 at. % Mg-doped Tl-2212 (Tl,Mg-2212) samples displayed enhanced pinning as demonstrated by a field dependent increase of the magnetic critical-current density Jc by 18 to 25 percent over that of pristine Tl-2212. Excess Mg (10–15 at. %), however, is deleterious. Rietveld refinement of the x-ray diffraction pattern showed Mg on the Tl sites. Auger electron spectroscopy analysis showed part of the Mg on grain boundaries. The flux-creep activation energies are higher for flux expulsion than for flux penetration in both Tl-2212 and Tl,Mg-2212 samples; the latter displays higher individual values. Our results demonstrate an increase in the number density of flux lines as a result of increased density of atomic-size-structural, defects by Mg (5 at. %) doping. In the Tl2−yBa2(Ca1−zYz)Cu2O8−x(z=0–0.3; single phase; x and y represent oxygen and thallium vacancies) system also studied, the Tc decreases as z increases. At z=0.3, the sample becomes an antiferromagnetic semiconductor.  相似文献

This paper presents an indirect adaptive controller combined with hysteresis compensation to achieve high accuracy positioning control of piezoceramic actuators and illustrates the results with an atomic force microscope (AFM) application. A dynamic model of a piezoceramic actuator system in AFM is derived and analyzed. A feedforward controller based on the Preisach model is proposed to compensate for the nonlinear hysteresis effects. Then an indirect adaptive controller is designed to achieve desired tracking performance as well as deal with the uncompensated nonlinearity from hysteresis and the system parameter variation due to creep. Experimental results indicate that the proposed controller can significantly improve the positioning control accuracy of the piezoceramic actuator as well as achieve high image quality of the AFM system. The maximum scanning error was reduced from 2µm to 0.3µm in comparison with a proportional‐integral‐derivative (PID) controller. In this study, water temperature longitudinal and temporal patterns were investigated in four locations of the Yangtze River to identify their influence on spawning of the Chinese sturgeon (Acipenser sinensis Gray 1835). The results showed that, historically (1960–1980), the four locations, Pingshan (PS, 2,687 river kilometres [rkm]), Yichang (YC, 1,640 rkm), Chenglingji (CLJ, 1,265 rkm), and Hukou (HK, 805 rkm), all had similar average annual water temperatures (around 18.0 °C) but very different amplitudes: The upper two locations, PS (11.4–23.2 °C) and YC (9.1–25.9 °C), were relatively stable and had smaller amplitude than the lower two ones, CLJ (6.0–30.0 °C) and HK (5.9–30.8 °C). On the basis of the physiological effects for Chinese sturgeon, we defined three water temperature ranges: stressing (>23 °C), holding (23–20 °C), and spawning (20–16 °C). We found that the upper two locations with successful spawning of the Chinese sturgeon (PS and YC) had short or no stressing period but long holding and spawning periods. Currently (2013–2016), the impoundment of the Three Gorges Reservoir increases the time for water temperature decreasing to 20 °C at the current spawning ground (YC) in autumn, which increases the stressing and holding periods, and has significant negative impact on the spawning of Chinese sturgeon. Nonetheless, considering the very high stressing temperature and the short duration of the holding and spawning periods at CLJ and HK, we propose that YC is still the most suitable spawning location for the Chinese sturgeon.  相似文献

利用Hammerstein模型对超磁致伸缩作动器(Giant magnetostrictive actuators,GMA)的率相关迟滞非线性进行建模,分别以改进的 Prandtl-Ishlinskii(Modified Prandtl-Ishlinskii)模型和外因输入自回归模型(Autoregressive model with exogenous input,ARX)代表Hammerstein模型中的静态非线性部分和线性动态部分,并给出了模型的辨识方法. 此模型能在1~100Hz频率范围内较好地描述GMA的率相关迟滞非线性. 提出了带有逆补偿器和H∞鲁棒控制器的二自由度跟踪控制策略,实时跟踪控制实验结果证明了所提策略的有效性.  相似文献

针对智能材料执行器中非平滑、多映射的迟滞非线性,采用Bouc-Wen模型描述迟滞,并提出了一种基于误差变换的反步控制器设计方案.首先利用Bouc-Wen模型中的变量特性,通过预设性能函数,将误差约束在预设范围内.然后通过误差变换,将一个对输出误差存在约束的跟踪问题转化为一个无约束的镇定问题.最后利用反步控制法设计迟滞系统的控制器,该控制方法保证期望的跟踪精度,并能将误差限定在设定范围内且满足预设性能,提高了系统的暂态和稳态性能.仿真结果表明设计方法的有效性.  相似文献
