黑匣子高温测试仪的开发

采用物质的相变吸热原理，可以将高温环境传人保温箱的热量重新排回至高温环境，有效地提高了保温箱的抗高温能力，并对保温箱的隔热性能做了简单的理论推算和测温反向试验。温度测试仪选用超低功耗CPU，具有体积小、耗电少的优点，使黑匣子高温测试仪在运行过程中具有很好的安全可靠性。     

流变仪在覆铜板工序中的应用

本文简要叙述利用流变仪对覆铜箔层压板生产工序中的胶液和半固化片参数进行控制,从而更好地保证胶液和 半固化片性状的一致性,以有利于控制板材流胶和品质。     

Breakdown characteristics of oil and paper insulation for a very fast transient voltage

This paper describes the dielectric breakdown characteristics of oil and oil‐impregnated paper for very fast transient (VFT) voltages. Blumlein circuits generate VFT voltages of 60 and 300 ns in a pulse width that simulates disconnecting switching surges in gas‐insulated switch gears. We measured the breakdown voltages of needle‐to‐plane, plane‐to‐plane oil gaps and several pieces of paper between plane electrodes for VFT and lightning impulse voltages. The measured data were formulated in V‐t characteristics and Weibull probability distributions. The inclination n of V‐t characteristics of insulating paper is 150, which is less than n = 13.7 of the plane‐to‐plane oil gap in the VFT time range. The shape parameters of Weibull distribution obtained in this study show that the scattering of breakdown voltages of paper is much less than that of oil. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Preparation and properties of novel polyurethane insulating coatings based on glycerin‐terminated urethane prepolymers and blocked isocyanate

Novel polyurethane insulating coatings were prepared from the reaction of glycerin‐terminated polyurethane prepolymers (GPUPs) and a blocked isocyanate curing agent (BIC). The GPUPs were prepared from the reaction of one equivalent of polycaprolactone polyol (CAPA 210) with an excess amount of 4,4′‐methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate) (MDI) and subsequent reaction of the NCO‐terminated polyurethane with glycerin. The BIC was prepared from the reaction of trimethylol propane (TMP), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) and N‐methylaniline (NMA). The polyols and curing agent were characterized by conventional methods while the curing condition was optimized via gel content measurements. The curing kinetics of the polyurethane coating were investigated and the kinetic parameters derived. The crosslink densities of the samples were determined via the equilibrium swelling method, using the Flory–Rehner equation. The relationships between the crosslink density and the electrical, physical, mechanical and dynamic mechanical properties of the coatings were also studied. 聚氨酯泡沫夹克管生产材料的代用

介绍一种用于生产聚氨酯泡沫夹克管保温层的新材料聚酯聚醚，报道选用这种材料生产泡沫夹克管的工艺及工要工艺参数和产品达到的技术指标及现场应用情况。     

水泥膨胀珍珠岩砂浆的保温试验研究与应用

荆江分洪北闸加固工程２号护坦（斜面）混凝土的保温层采用了水泥膨胀珍珠岩砂浆，并对这种材料的保温效果进行了试验研究。试验表明：水泥膨胀珍珠岩砂浆降低最高温差，减小内表温差，缩小表温变幅和防止混凝土表面裂缝效果显著。在北闸２号护坦混凝土表面铺设１万平方米保温层，获得良好效果。     

电力变压器局放超声传感器及其应用

作者研制成一种带光纤的电力变压器局放超声PZT传感器.文中分析了它的灵敏度与宽频带特性,介绍了原理、结构设计、实验数据及现场成功实例.理论与实验研究表明:具有这种高灵敏传感器的超声定位系统是确定电力变压器绝缘故障部位的一种方法.     

罩面金属氟碳涂料的配方设计及应用

介绍了氟碳金属涂料和氟碳罩面清漆的参考配方、生产工艺,探讨了罩面金属氟碳涂料配方的设计及喷涂效果,表明金属氟碳漆罩清漆效果良。     

Varnish layer hardness of oriental beech (fagus orientalist L.) wood as affected by impregnation and bleaching

The impacts of impregnation and bleaching on the varnish layer hardness of Oriental beech (Fagus orientalist L.) wood were investigated. A number of bleaching combinations {[NaOH−H₂O₂], [NaOH−Ca(OH)₂−H₂O₂], [NaOH−MgSO₄−H₂O₂] [NaHSO₃−H₂C₂O₄], [NaSiO₃−H₂O₂], [KMnO₄+NaHSO₃+H₂O₃]} were applied at 18% concentration for bleaching to both impregnated and unimpregnated specimens of Oriental beech wood. Subsequently, water-based (WB) varnish was coated over the samples and the varnish layer hardness values were determined in accordance with ASTM D 4366-95. All of the chemicals used for bleaching reduced the surface hardness. However, after varnish coating, the hardness of most samples was similar to that of the varnish-coated natural (control) samples.     

水性聚氨酯木器漆中消泡剂的选用

水性聚氨酯木器漆极易产生气泡,影响其装饰性。通过系列试验,筛选出适宜的消泡剂,并确定其最佳用量。
