一种变步长D-Rake多用户检测器

在时变多径衰落信道下,接收到的CDMA信号功率变化较大,此时D-Rake盲自适应多用户检测器性能显著下降,将变步长LMS算法与基于主分量的相干合并引入到D-Rake(DecorrelatingRake)检测器中,构成一种变步长D-Rake,称之为VD-Rake(Variablestep-sizeDecorrelatingRake)检测器。该检测器能克服原D-Rake检测器对信号功率变化较敏感等缺点,有效地改善了D-Rake检测器的性能。     

海河流域河道外生态需水研究

水土流失是海河流域较为突出的生态环境问题之一。经对比研究发现，植被覆盖度的变化会通过影响洪充量，土壤侵蚀量等因子，进而改变水土流失的状况。从提高植被覆盖度尤其是低覆盖度草地植被的角度出发，定量研究了为改善流域水土流失状况河道外生态需水的具体数额，得出海河流域现状年河道外生态耗水（降水）385亿m^3。另外，为改善河道外生态环境状况将低覆盖度草地提高地提高至中等覆盖度水平，则需要增加生态需水12．5亿m^3。     

Random errors caused by temperature in magnitude of principal strains evaluated ith 3-element strain gauge rosettes

The effects of the uncertainties associated ith the apparent strain and gauge factor data, given by the manufacturer, in the evaluation of principal strains are examined. Principal strains are obtained by a reduction of the strains measured ith electrical resistance strain gauge rectangular or delta rosettes. The theoretical analysis points out the relevance of the effects caused.

Prediction of spectral reflectance factor distribution of automotive paint finishes

It is necessary to determine the accurate reflectance of painted surfaces for the review of paint finishes by computer graphics (CG) before actual painting of the exterior color of automobiles, and for quality control during production and inspection processes. We have optimized a method for measuring reflectance by using a statistical technique. We have found that the reflectance of a painted surface is best measured at an incident angle of 60° and at five aspecular angles of 10°, 18°, 28°, 40°, and 90°. Our method makes it possible to accurately reproduce reflection characteristics of paint finishes containing special flake pigments, such as pearl mica. Also it was proved that our method can apply not only to solid and metallic coatings but to all painted surfaces. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The role of the American Board of Professional Psychology in professional mobility.

This article describes the role of certification by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP) in easing the process by which psychologists move beyond their original jurisdictional boundaries to practice psychology. Meeting the requirements for licensure or certification in the various jurisdictions can be a difficult task because these requirements vary considerably from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Other mechanisms that are available to facilitate this process include the Certificate of Professional Qualification in Psychology issued by the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards and certification by the National Register of Health Service Providers in Psychology. The ABPP certificate/diploma has been regarded by many state psychological associations and state boards of psychology as an appropriate way in which to recognize psychologists who are eligible for licensure/certification in a jurisdiction because of the examination requirements for board certification.
