Scale and sludge from Bulalo geothermal field, Philippines, have been characterized by whole rock analysis, radioactivity counting, size analysis, light microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. Their leachability was assessed by regulatory leaching procedures and by sequential extraction. Both scale and sludge consisted mostly of oxides of Si, Al, and Fe with no radionuclides detected. The scale had 10% S content. Sulfides and silicates were important phases in both samples having size ranges from submicron to 2 mm. Geothermal soils at Bulalo have higher than normal soil levels of As, S, Cu, Cr, Zn, and Pb but regulatory leaching tests indicated that these elements are not released. However, the sequential extraction showed that As, Cu, and Zn were leachable under extreme conditions.  相似文献

以H_2SiO_3、CaCO_3、TiO_2、Nd_2O_3和Al_2O_3为原料,通过固相法合成的榍石固溶体,对合成榍石固溶体进行PCT粉末浸泡实验和~(60)Co源辐照试验,借助X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、原子吸收光谱(AAS)、荧光光谱(FS)、激光拉曼光谱(LRS)分析等手段,研究榍石固溶体的化学稳定性和抗γ射线辐照的稳定性.结果表明,在pH值为5~9的水溶液中掺钕榍石固溶体具有良好的化学稳定性;辐照累计剂量为5.76×10~5 Cy的~(60)Co源辐照没有造成榍石固溶体晶格的的辐射损伤,榍石固溶体具有良好的抗γ射线辐照稳定性;在90℃、pH值为7的浸泡条件下,榍石固溶体的Ca~(2+)、Ti~4和Nd~(3+)的42 d归一化浸出率分别为6.32×10~(-3)、3.9×10~(-5)、5.38×10~(-3)g/(m~2·d).  相似文献

Most of the extraction processes developed for the polymetallic sea nodules concentrated mainly on the recovery of strategically important metals viz. Cu, Ni and Co. The residue generated in such processes is quite high enough to upset the environmental balance for industrial scale operation. The economics of the process too cannot be favourable if manganese in the residue is not recovered. In this study an attempt has been made to utilize this residue, containing appreciable amount of manganese (about 20%) for producing ferrosilicomanganese, an important ferroalloy primarily used for deoxidation in the steel industry, through smelting process. In order to have an alloy of standard grade, the residue is enriched in its manganese content, by blending it with ferromanganese slag. Bench scale studies indicate that it is possible to produce ferrosilicomanganese, of the grade required by the steel industry, by reduction smelting of the sea nodule residue with ferromanganese slag. Metal recovery, however, was less because of metal entrapment.  相似文献

在无砾石微孔管中试系统中,设置了土壤、植物、管径三个参变量进行正交实验,对系统中各个单体产生的不同处理效果进行分析,并研究了降雨量、温度、进水水质对污染物去除率的影响。结果表明:大管径和砂壤土处理效果较好,系统中氮的去除率随进水浓度和气温变化较大。  相似文献

对三和金业生物氧化—氰化炭浸提金工艺进行了优化改造。通过优化生物氧化作业参数,使其处理能力提高了42.49 t/d;增设氧化洗涤液二段沉淀回收高品位含金微细氧化渣、采用二段沉淀—压滤工艺回收粉炭、增设摇床重选工艺回收氰渣中的金等,金的总回收率提高了0.46%。企业年增产黄金884.4 kg,取得了显著的经济效益。  相似文献

The classification of imbalanced data is a major challenge for machine learning. In this paper, we presented a fuzzy total margin based support vector machine (FTM-SVM) method to handle the class imbalance learning (CIL) problem in the presence of outliers and noise. The proposed method incorporates total margin algorithm, different cost functions and the proper approach of fuzzification of the penalty into FTM-SVM and formulates them in nonlinear case. We considered an excellent type of fuzzy membership functions to assign fuzzy membership values and got six FTM-SVM settings. We evaluated the proposed FTM-SVM method on two artificial data sets and 16 real-world imbalanced data sets. Experimental results show that the proposed FTM-SVM method has higher G_Mean and F_Measure values than some existing CIL methods. Based on the overall results, we can conclude that the proposed FTM-SVM method is effective for CIL problem, especially in the presence of outliers and noise in data sets.  相似文献

A series of large scale direct shear experiments is used to investigate the effect of the geomembrane (GMB) surface roughness, geotextile (GTX) properties, and GTX ageing, on the GMB-GTX interface shear behaviour. Interfaces involving smooth, coextruded textured, and structured surface GMBs underlying four different nonwoven needle-punched staple fibres (GTXs) with mass per unit areas between 200 and 2400 g/m2, and a geocomposite drain (GCD) are examined at normal stresses between 250 and 1000 kPa. The results showed that the interlocking between the GMB and GTX increased with increasing the GMB asperity height and/or decreasing the mass per unit area of the GTX. For the interfaces that involved GTXs preaged prior to the shear box experiments for up to 2 years at 85 °C, it was found that the 2400 g/m2 heat bonded two-layered GTX exhibited internal shear failure at low shear displacements. However, all the highly aged single layered GTXs showed an increase in the peak interface friction angles with the increase in their ageing. For these single layered GTX, the results suggest that assessing the interface friction angles using unaged GTXs for the stability analysis is conservative as long as the GTX remains intact in the field.  相似文献
