Evaluation of tempering induced changes in the hardness profile of case-carburised EN36 steel using magnetic Barkhausen noise analysis

The effect of tempering on the magnetic Barkhausen noise (MBN) signal profile was studied in case-carburised EN36 steel using a range of magnetic excitation frequencies and a number of frequency ranges for analysis of the MBN signal. The MBN level generally increases with tempering due to coarsening of the microstructure. With higher values of excitation frequency, f_EX, the MBN profile exhibits a single peak, but with low values of f_EX, double peaks are observed. The MBN peak obtained with higher f_EX was found to correlate well with hardness changes in a region, down to 100 μm below the surface. The analysis of the MBN signal produced with low f_EX, in narrow frequency ranges selected by software frequency filtering, showed variations in the extent of changes in the relative height of the two MBN peaks in the profile. After taking into account the skin depth-frequency relation for the MBN signal, variations in the values of the two MBN peaks in different analysing frequency ranges were found to correlate well with hardness variations at different depths down to 425 μm below the surface. An empirical relationship has been established between the hardness-depth profile and the MBN measurements.     

Effects of sulfate-reducing bacteria on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel

The influences of the growing process of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in seawater system on the medium state and corrosion behavior of carbon steel were studied by detecting solution state parameters and using corrosion electrochemical methods. The growing process of SRB in the seawater shows the three stages of growing, death and residual phases. The solution state parameters of the concentration of sulfide, the pH value and the redox potential changed during the three stages of the SRB growing process. And the corrosion rate of D36 carbon steel was accelerated during the growing phase and stable during the death and residual phases. The results indicate that the medium state and the corrosion rate of the steel do not depend on the number of active SRB, but depend on the accumulation of the metabolism products of SRB.     

Monitoring slope deformation using a 3-D laser image scanning system:a case study

An ILRIS-36D 3-D laser image scanning system was used to monitor the Anjialing strip mine slope on Pingshuo in Shanxi province.The basic working principles,performance indexes,features and data collection and processing methods are illustrated.The point cloud results are analyzed in detail.The rescale range analysis method was used to analyze the deformation characteristics of the slope.The results show that the trend of slope displacement is stable and that the degree of landslide danger is low.This work indicates that 3-D laser image scanning can supply multi-parameter,high precision real time data over long distances.These data can be used to study the distortion of the slope quickly and accurately.     

Magnetic order and evolution of the electronic state aroundx=0.12 in La2?xBaxCuO4 and La2?xSrxCuO4

Muon spin rotation ( ⁺SR) measurement provides clear evidence of the antiferromagnetic order of Cu moments below 35 K for La_2–x Ba _x CuO₄ and below 15 K for La_2–x Sr _x CuO₄ in the narrow range ofx where the high-T _c superconductivity (SC) is suppressed remarkably. The results suggest that the change of the electronic state coupled with the lattice instability is relevant to the local suppression of SC and freezing of spin fluctuations of the Cu moment.     

Nonsmooth optimization for multiband frequency domain control design

Multiband frequency domain synthesis consists in the minimization of a finite family of closed-loop transfer functions on prescribed frequency intervals. This is an algorithmically difficult problem due to its inherent nonsmoothness and nonconvexity. We extend our previous work on nonsmooth H_∞ synthesis to develop a nonsmooth optimization technique to compute local solutions to multiband synthesis problems. The proposed method is shown to perform well on illustrative examples.     

火电机组高压抗燃油系统检修及缺陷处理

目前大、中型汽轮发电机组,广泛采用以抗燃油为液体工质的数字电流调节系统(DEH系统),高压抗燃油系统(EH系统)是汽轮机DEH系统的重要组成部分,根据DL/T 838《发电企业设备检修导则》电力行业标准的要求,EH系统为A类设备,并按A级检修项目定期进行大修.EH系统较为庞大,设备类型较多,专业性较强,通过大修可恢复功能、消除缺陷,确保机组安全、稳定运行.     

具有子串检索功能的可扩展分布式数据结构

EH*S是可扩展分布式数据结构EH*的一个改进，增加了子串检索功能。通过对子串和关键字计算描述符向量，为EH*文件中的每个桶添加一个桶描述符向量，然后把子串描述符向量分别与关键字和桶的描述符向量进行比较，得到包含子串的关键字集。     

落锤试验测定船板的无塑性转变温度

无塑性转变温度是安全设计的重要参量，广泛应用于材料研究和产品质量控制过程。利用落锤试验方法，测定了AH36级船板的无塑性转变温度为-25℃，并对试验结果进行了评定。结果表明，落锤试验方法简单，试验数据重复性好，当船板的服役温度高于NDTT时，基本保证船板不会发生脆断。     

ABB-SYMPHONY系统在DEH改造中的应用

目前国内越来越多的电厂都在进行或即将进行自动控制系统的改造,而且自动控制系统的改造方案和技术也越来越成熟。针对巴蜀江油电厂330 MW机组DEH（ALSTOM公司产品）的结构和特点、改造实施以及ABB Bailey公司的DCS系统Symphony在巴蜀江油电厂DEH控制系统改造中的实际应用,进行技术交流,进一步了解进口机组控制系统的改造经验。
