确定了试样以盐酸分解,重铬酸钾滴定法测定金属铁和亚铁合量,再减去金属铁含量,通过换算得到氧化亚铁含量。通过对不同条件下的试验优化,建立了重铬酸钾滴定法测定金属化球团中氧化亚铁含量试验方法,其测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.41%~0.94%,回收率大于96.0%。  相似文献

Novel MgO-doped CaO sorbent pellets were prepared by gel-casting and wet impregnation. The effect of Na+ and MgO on the structure and CO2 adsorption performance of CaO sorbent pellets was elucidated. MgO-doped CaO sorbent pellets with the diameter range of 0.5-1.5 mm exhibited an excellent capacity for CO2 adsorption and adsorption rate due to the homogeneous dispersion of MgO in the sorbent pellets and its effects on the physical structure of sorbents. The results show that MgO can effectively inhibit the sintering of CaO and retain the adsorption capacity of sorbents during multiple adsorption-desorption cycles. The presence of mesopores and macropores resulted in appreciable change of volume from CaO (16.7 cm3∙mol1) to CaCO3 (36.9 cm3∙mol1) over repeated operation cycles. Ca2Mg1 sorbent pellets exhibited favorable CO2 capture capacity (9.49 mmol∙g1), average adsorption rate (0.32 mmol∙g1∙min1) and conversion rate of CaO (74.83%) after 30 cycles.  相似文献

摘要:研究了焦粉粒度对烧结混合料制粒的影响,包括焦粉在制粒小球中的分布规律与混合料制粒效果。结果表明:粒度小于0.5mm焦粉主要起黏附粉作用,较为均匀地黏附到各粒级制粒小球中;粒度在0.5~1mm的焦粉作为核颗粒,分布在0.5~1mm、1~3mm制粒小球中的占比总和为81.3%,部分以共核形式存在于3~5mm及以上粒级的制粒小球中;粒度在1~3mm及以上粒级焦粉作为核颗粒分布于相同粒级与大一粒级的制粒小球中;粒度在1~3mm及以上粒级焦粉对烧结混合料制粒无明显影响,粒度小于1mm的焦粉会提高制粒后混合料中小粒径制粒小球的含量,不利于混合料制粒,应尽可能减少焦粉中粒度在05~1mm的含量,将焦粉中粒度小于0.5mm的质量分数控制在20%~30%。  相似文献

According to the pulverized coal combustion flame image texture features of the rotary-kiln oxide pellets sintering process,a combustion working condition recognition method based on the generalized learning vector(GLVQ) neural network is proposed.Firstly,the numerical flame image is analyzed to extract texture features,such as energy,entropy and inertia,based on grey-level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM) to provide qualitative information on the changes in the visual appearance of the flame.Then the kernel principal component analysis(KPCA) method is adopted to deduct the input vector with high dimensionality so as to reduce the GLVQ target dimension and network scale greatly.Finally,the GLVQ neural network is trained by using the normalized texture feature data.The test results show that the proposed KPCA-GLVQ classifer has an excellent performance on training speed and correct recognition rate,and it meets the requirement for real-time combustion working condition recognition for the rotary kiln process.  相似文献

A new iron-making process using carburized pre-reduced iron ore pellets and microwave heating is investigated. The pre-reduced pellets, with a porous structure, and fine particles are carburized homogeneously at 400-650 ℃ in a CO atmosphere. The carburized carbon not only acts reaction as a reduction agent, but also absorbs microwave in the reduction process. Hence, the carburized pre-reduced pellets can be rapidly reduced by microwave heating. There are three procedures involved in the process, namely, gas-based pre-reduction, low-temperatttre carburization and deep reduction by microwave heating. Carburized pre-reduced iron ore pellets show a rapid temperature rise that is twice as fast as the results for pre-reduced pellets in the laboratory. This not only improves the efficiency of the microwave heating, but also accelerates the reduction of iron oxides. The temperature of the pre-reduced pellets rises to 1050 ℃ in 45 min when the carburization rate is 2.02%, and the metallization rate and compressive strength reach 94.24% and 1725 N/pellet, respectively.  相似文献

以榆钢铁精矿和膨润土为原料,通过造球试验和球团预热焙烧试验,确定适宜的温度制度:鼓风干燥温度200℃,时间3min;抽风干燥温度400℃,时间6min;预热温度950~1000℃,时间10~12min;焙烧温度1150~1200℃,时间12min。在此基础上进行投笼试验并检测成品球团矿质量,结果表明:成品球团矿w(TFe)61%,w(FeO)1%,其抗压强度均在3000N以上,冶金性能满足炼铁要求。  相似文献

通过恒温还原实验,研究C,O摩尔比(C/O)、还原温度、还原时间和煤粉粒度4个因素对铁矿含碳球团还原后金属化率、孔隙率和抗压强度等性能的影响,观察球团断面的显微结构,分析球团还原过程和强度形成机理。结果表明:随还原温度的升高和还原时间的延长,球团的孔隙率降低,铁连晶的致密度增加,抗压强度提高;在C/O为0.67,还原温度1 200℃,还原时间35 min,煤粉粒度45μm以下质量分数为98.4%的实验条件下,含碳球团还原后的金属化率88.15%,孔隙率22.05%,抗压强度2 870 N。  相似文献

Double-layered pellet (DLP) roasting is a novel pretreatment method for sulfur and arsenic-bearing gold concentrates. In this process, preparation of DLPs is a fundamental step which is required to produce DLPs with favorable mechanical strength and thermal stability. Studies were carried out to investigate the affecting factors and conditions on the preparation and properties of DLPs. The results show that moisture content has significant influence on DLPs preparation. With the increase of moisture content in the range of no more than 9.8%, drop resistance and compressive strength of green DLPs are raised and the pelletizing dynamics is improved accordingly. The optimum conditions are determined as moisture content of 9.8%, coating time of 14-16 min, drying temperature 〈80 ℃and drying gas velocity 〈1.2 m/s. When DLPs prepared under these conditions are roasted at 600 ℃ for 1 h, favorable removal and solidifying rates can be obtained, in which the removal rates of arsenic and sulfur are 94.38% and 82.55%, and the solidifying rates of arsenic and sulfur reach 99.62% and 99.79%, respectively.
