Influence of Different Additives on the Interaction of Quinolone Antibiotic Drug with Surfactant: Conductivity and Cloud Point Measurement Study

Conductometric and cloud point (CP) measurement studies have been performed to investigate the interaction of tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (TTAB) and Triton® X-100 (TX-100) with ciprofloxacin hydrochloride (CFH) in different solvents over the temperature range of 295.15–315.15 K. CFH is used for the treatment of various bacterial infections. The observed critical micelle concentration (CMC) values of TTAB were found to be reduced in the presence of electrolytes (Na₂SO₄/Na₃PO₄), and this reduction proceeds with the elevation of salt concentration. The order of the CMC of TTAB follows the trend: > >. The observed CMC values of TTAB were found to increase with increasing temperature and decrease with increasing concentration of CFH in aqueous medium. The values of Gibbs free energy of micellization () for the TTAB/TTAB + CFH mixture were found to be negative, implying spontaneous micellization. The estimated CP of TX-100 decreases with increasing concentration of TX-100 in aqueous medium. The CP values first decrease with increasing concentration of CFH and then increase at higher concentration of CFH almost in all cases investigated. The values of free energy of clouding were found to be positive in all cases studied implying that phase separation of TX-100 was nonspontaneous. The other thermodynamic parameters associated with the micellization of TTAB and the phase separation of TX-100 were estimated and explained.     

Interaction of triton X-100 on silica: A relationship between surface characteristics and adsorption isotherms

Adsorption of Triton X-100 on various silica substrates has been investigated. A number of solids, including a natural quartz, this quartz washed with HCl acid and subsequently heated at 1273 K; two aerosils and one Kieselgel silicas were studied. These solids exhibit surface areas in the range of 5 to 430 m² g^?1. All the Triton adsorption isotherms display an S-shape at the adsorption temperatures studied (298 and 308 K). It has been found that the pretreatments of natural quartz (by water washing, impurities removed by acid and/or high temperature calcination) affect considerably the amounts of TX-100 adsorbed. Measurements of surface composition have been made by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) with particular emphasis on the presence of impurities and on the number of OH groups at the surface of the samples. The nature of the surface hydroxyl has also been studied by infrared spectroscopy. Furthermore, the specific number of hydroxyl groups on the surface of the silica samples has been determined by thermogravimetric analysis. Finally an attempt to correlate solid surface characteristics with adsorption isotherms has been developed.

压电复合材料PT－P（VDF／TeFE）的静水压压电性

用热轧辊机制备了压电复合材料ＰＴ－Ｐ（ＶＤＦ／ＴｅＦＥ），并利用ＬＣＲ电桥和Ｂｅｒｌｉｎｃｏｕｒｔ电路分别测量了其介电常数和压电常数，实验结果表明它具有良好的静水压压电特性。最后讨论了该复合材料在水听器中的应用     

激光在材料中感生的瞬态光声波和光热波

研究了锁模激光在材料中产生频率达GHz的光声波和相应探测技术,用回波分析法无损坏测量了薄材料的厚度。研究了激光在材料中感生的光热波,热沉测量可用于解释材料的破坏机理。     

φ100mm定径机轧辊孔型设计改进

针对定径机换辊后定径钢管所出现的质量问题,提出了成品机架的轧辊孔型不分配变形量和适当增大孔型直径的改进措施。     

用87LPC764实现遥控信号的解码

本文针对家电遥控系统中使用专用解码芯片解码的方法消耗系统资源多、占用空间大、成本高等问题，提出了一种用单片机对遥控编码芯片PT2262的信号进行解码的方法，并介绍了其硬件结构和软件实现的流程。     

Structural properties of 0.65Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3–0.35PbTiO3 relaxor ferroelectric thin films on SrRuO3 conducting oxides

Coating of 0.65Pb(Mg_1/3Nb_2/3)O₃–0.35PbTiO₃ (PMN–PT) relaxor ferroelectrics by a sol–gel method is followed by growth of epitaxial SrRuO₃ (SRO) metallic oxide electrodes on SrTiO₃ (STO) single-crystal substrate by pulsed laser deposition. High-quality PMN–PT films on SRO with preferred growth orientation were successfully fabricated by controlling the operation parameters. Structural properties of relaxor ferroelectric PMN–PT thin films on SRO/STO substrates have been studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). In-plane and out-of-plane alignments of the heterostructure are confirmed and the structural twinning of the materials are also revealed.     

高纯氯化锂中微量铜、锌、铁、锰的测定-Tritonx-100增感原子吸收光谱法

采用Tritonx-100为铜、锌、铁、锰的增感剂,对高纯氯化锂中的铜、锌、铁、锰进行了原子吸收光谱分析,结果令人满意。其特征浓度铜为0．018μg．ml-1／1％吸收、锌为0．004μg．ml-1／1％吸收、铁为0．021μg．ml-1／1％吸收,锰为0．011μg．ml-1／1％吸收。     

智能高压开关柜自动识别系统研究

开关柜误操作造成的事故越来越成为影响电力行业安全生产的主要事故类型之一。鉴于此,文章研究了一套智能高压开关柜自动识别系统。本系统中开关柜侧的装置在柜门被打开时可播放语音提示信息,并将开关柜开门关门等事件通过PT2262编码,再无线发送传输到后台。后台接收后,经F330单片机软件解码,并在触摸屏上记录事件的类型和时间。该系统对防止由于工作人员选错开关柜造成的误操作有一定的效果。
