采用分段烧结的试验工艺,通过改变原料中钴的含量来研究钴含量对硬质合金梯度结构和性能的影响。试验主要从钴含量对梯度烧结后、涂层后合金的机械性能、梯度结构的变化情况进行了探索,并研究了梯度硬质合金刀片的切削性能。试验表明,随着合金钴含量增多,合金梯度结构越明显,梯度层厚度增加;合金的强度与磁饱和提高,硬度、磁力和密度减小。同时随着合金钴含量增多,经涂层处理的硬质合金刀片的切削性能提高,达到同一磨损高度VB=0.12mm时,FGCC-Co-8刀片的切削寿命较FGCC-Co-6刀片提高了三分之一。 相似文献

The Maldives is a group of tropical atolls, considered globally to be one of the most desirable holiday destinations. There is an urgent requirement to decrease their dependency on fossil fuels that are currently the main source of energy, and a number of renewable energy alternatives are being evaluated. Among these, due to the favorable oceanographic and bathymetric conditions, ocean thermal energy conversion (OTEC) systems represent a viable opportunity for clean and reliable power. However, the stresses the OTEC platform will need to endure during adverse environmental conditions are not well defined. The magnitude of these stresses will then have a direct influence on the design of the OTEC device. In order to overcome this uncertainty, this paper uses hindcast data sets from global weather and ocean models to assess the metocean conditions of the Maldives, with particular reference to extreme conditions. After selecting a suitable location for the deployment of the devices, return values calculated using the peaks‐over‐threshold (POT) methodology are estimated for wind, waves, and currents. The 100‐year return value for the significant wave height is found to be 4.5 m, with a joint occurrence of energy periods between 7.5 and 8.5 seconds, whereas the 100‐year return wind has a velocity of 17.8 m/s and the 100‐year return current of 1.9 m/s. The directionality of these extreme events is also considered, showing the southern and western sub‐quadrants as the prevailing sources, which provides essential information for positioning of the platform. Additional evaluations of tropical revolving storms (TRS) and variations in temperature and salinity patterns are also provided over a 1500‐m water column; temperature varies by approximately 24°C, and salinity by around 2 ppt, showing the suitability of OTEC platforms in the Maldives. This work is therefore of interest to offshore renewable energy stakeholders interested in developing a project in the Maldives or those conducting an analogous analysis in other locations. 相似文献

A transgenic rice line (TRS) enriched amylose and resistant starch has been developed by antisense RNA inhibition of starch branching enzymes. In this study, gelatinisation and crystalline properties, swelling power, water solubility, morphological and structural changes of starches from TRS and its wild-type Teqing (TQ) were carefully investigated during heating. Compared to TQ, TRS starch showed higher gelatinisation temperatures, lower gelatinisation enthalpy and swelling power. Morphological and structural changes showed that TQ starch drastically swelled after 70 °C, then gradually disrupted with increasing heating temperature. The surrounding band of TRS starch restrained granule swelling, though the subgranules disrupted to form the cavity. The results of spectroscopic analyses indicated that A-type crystalline of TQ changed to amorphous starch after 75 °C, while C-type crystalline of TRS gradually changed to B-type crystalline after 75 °C, then became amorphous starch at 95 °C. These results add to our understanding of the effect of heating on the high-amylose rice starch. 相似文献

Recent studies of Escherichia coli thymidylate synthase (ecTSase) showed that a highly conserved residue, Y209, that is located 8 Å away from the reaction site, plays a key role in the protein’s dynamics. Those crystallographic studies indicated that Y209W mutant is a structurally identical but dynamically altered relative to the wild type (WT) enzyme, and that its turnover catalytic rate governed by a slow hydride-transfer has been affected. The most challenging test of an examination of a fast chemical conversion that precedes the rate-limiting step has been achieved here. The physical nature of both fast and slow C-H bond activations have been compared between the WT and mutant by means of observed and intrinsic kinetic isotope effects (KIEs) and their temperature dependence. The findings indicate that the proton abstraction step has not been altered as much as the hydride transfer step. Additionally, the comparison indicated that other kinetic steps in the TSase catalyzed reaction were substantially affected, including the order of the substrate binding. Enigmatically, although Y209 is H-bonded to 3''-OH of 2''-deoxyuridine-5''-monophosphate (dUMP), its altered dynamics is more pronounced on the binding of the remote cofactor, (6R)-N5,N10-methylene-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrofolate (CH2H4folate), revealing the importance of long-range dynamics of the enzymatic complex and its catalytic function. 相似文献

High-amylose cereal starch has a great benefit on human health. Acid modification is very helpful for application of high-amylose starch in food and non-food industries. In this study, the ordered structure of acid-modified high-amylose rice starch was investigated by GPC, HPAEC, 13C CP/MAS NMR and XRD. Acid preferentially degraded the amylose, then A chain and short B chain of amylopectin. Relative double helix content and crystallinity both initially increased sharply and then progressively with acid hydrolysis. The relative crystallinity of starches obtained from 13C CP/MAS NMR was higher than that from XRD. The onset gelatinisation temperature decreased, while the peak and conclusion temperatures increased with increasing hydrolysis time. The endothermic value initially increased and then decreased with acid hydrolysis. The swelling power decreased while solubility increased after acid hydrolysis. These results add to our understanding of the effect of acid hydrolysis on the high-amylose rice starch. 相似文献

分析了淬火和回火对WC-15Co-0.2VC-0.4Cr3C2超细晶硬质合金力学性能、微观组织及相结构的影响。研究发现,1 050℃淬火后横向断裂强度(TRS)由烧结态的4 020 MPa提高到4 590 MPa。TEM观察发现WC晶变得圆整,XRD分析显示高温淬火后的试样中塑性粘接相α-Co的含量明显高于烧结态,这使得合金的横向断裂强度显著提高。淬火后低温回火时消除淬火残余应力,TRS进一步提高,但回火温度高于300℃后TRS值下降,原因是高温回火时塑性粘结相α-Co转变成为ε-Co。 相似文献
