试论普通高校成人高等教育的地位和现状

文章首先分析成人高等教育在构建终身教育体系中的地位和作用,指出成人高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,在实现大众化教育过程中起着重要且不可或缺的作用.然后,结合我国入世后全面参与全球化的大背景,在向市场经济转轨,经济和社会实现跨越式发展的关键时期,在普通高校不断扩招的形势下,论述我国成人高等教育的发展所面临的一系列挑战.     

Failed empathy--a central theme in the survivor's holocaust experience.

In this article, we concern ourselves with massive traumatic events deliberately inflicted on individuals by fellow human beings. Specifically, we focus on the Holocaust and the fact that massive failure of the environment to mediate needs, as in genocide, will throw into question the existence of empathy, human communication, and ultimately ones own humanity, to which any mirroring ceases to exist. Such a life experience will represent, to the survivor of trauma, failure of a responsive empathic agent or function. Because it is precisely representations of need-satisfying interactions that provide the basis for links between personal existence and social connectedness, undermining the individual's representation of the need-mediating context will deconstruct the link between self and other. Destruction of the victim's representational matrix of interpersonal relatedness results in a vulnerability and loneliness in his or her internal world representation which is the sine qua non of man-made trauma. Contributions of source and inhibitory mechanisms to age-related retroactive interference in verbal working memory.

Determining contributions of source-monitoring and inhibitory function to age-related forgetting has been an elusive goal for cognitive theorists. Five studies used a verbal working memory paradigm to examine mechanisms accounting for disproportionate retroactive interference (RI) experienced with adult aging. Participants distinguished studied target-word pairs from interfering pairs that were read aloud. Source-monitoring and inhibitory task components varied through manipulations of response requirements. RI effects were primarily due to source-monitoring failures rather than to inhibitory failures. Removing both source and inhibitory components eliminated age differences in RI. When source monitoring was emphasized, RI continued to be observed in all age groups but disproportionately for older adults. Dyadic perfectionism as a predictor of relationship continuity and distress among college students.

This study examined the nature and impact of dyadic perfectionism over a 3-month interval within a sample of 116 college students who were currently involved in an intimate heterosexual relationship. Dyadic perfectionism scores were stable and correlated as expected with scores on concurrent measures of adult attachment orientations and relationship satisfaction. Logistic regression analyses revealed that, controlling for initial commitment status and adult attachment orientations, Time 1 dyadic perfectionism scores significantly and uniquely predicted relationship continuity 3 months later. Lastly, controlling for social desirability, relationship commitment status, and Time 1 adult attachment orientation scores, Time 1 dyadic perfectionism scores also uniquely predicted Time 2 relationship distress. Extreme experience, psychological insight, and Holocaust perception: Reflections on Bettelheim and Frankl.

This article describes the psychological theories of the Holocaust survivors Bruno Bettelheim and Viktor Frankl. Both Bettelheim and Frankl claimed that their peculiar forms of psychotherapy, in the case of Bettelheim mileau therapy, and Frankl, logotherapy, were based on their survival. However, their radically different forms of psychotherapy, when at least elements of their camp experience was similar, suggests that their psychotherapies were based more upon the worldviews before their interment along with their need to work over the humiliation and profound victimization they experienced in the camps. Specific and general attributional patterns of Holocaust survivors.

Members of Holocaust survivor groups and participants at survivor gatherings were asked to fill out questionnaire batteries, which included two measures of attribution. One asked their views of the factors that had led to survival during the Holocaust; the other was the Attributional Style Questionnaire (ASQ), a standard measure of attributional styles. The results were compared with the responses of age-matched Jewish respondents who had spent the period of the Holocaust safe from Nazi persecution (mostly in North America). Concerning Holocaust survival, survivors mentioned significantly more factors, and 91% of survivors but only 51% of controls cited external factors (e.g., luck, help from others), with the reverse pattern (71% vs. 34%) for internal factors such as psychological strength and determination. There were no significant intergroup differences on the Attributional Style Questionnaire as a function of sex, age, or survivor versus comparison group membership. 面向老年人的社会化网络服务平台研究

针对目前已有社会化网络服务对社会影响的研究更侧重于青少年,对老年人群体研究相对较少的情况,本文研究了面向老年人的社会化网络服务平台,介绍了平台的体系结构,阐述了社交系统、数据分析和信息服务。此平台利用面向老年人的社交网络服务系统获得用户行为数据,在数据集成、时空数据仓库存储的基础上,通过建立老年人社会网络行为的数学模型,运用统计学方法进行建模分析,分析结果可为多层次人员提供不同的信息服务。     

4种杀螨剂对二斑叶螨抗性种群不同发育阶段的致毒作用研究

运用浸渍法和叶片残毒法测定了4种杀螨剂及其混剂对二斑叶螨抗性种群不同发育阶段的致毒作用。结果表明：阿维菌素对雌成螨的毒力最高，LC50为0．0864mg/L；其次为溴虫腈和阿维菌素＋哒螨灵（1：15），LC50分别为9．5377mg/L和1.4412mg/L。对卵的毒力溴虫腈最高，LC50为0.1223mg/L；其次为阿维菌素和阿维菌素＋哒螨灵（1：15），LC50分别为0.4425mg/L和0.6827mg/L。对二斑叶螨的室内控制效果依次为溴虫腈＞阿维菌素＋哒螨灵（1：15）＞哒螨灵＞阿维菌素＞哒螨灵＋甲氰菊酯（1：1）＞甲氰菊酯。     

拓展成人高等教育生源的思考

成人高等教育是我国高等教育的有机组成部分。由于受1999年以来高校持续扩招和国家对成人高等教育政策调整等影响,直接导致成人高等教育生源的萎缩。本文分析了成人高等教育生源下降的原因,并提出拓展成人高等教育生源的思考。     

江苏农村成人教育培训供需分析

我国的农村成人教育培训相对城市而言一直处于落后状态,在农村成人教育培训工作中,农民需求的广度和深度不够,教育供给的数量和质量不足,且存在错位现象、耦合度不高等问题。小农经济模式、农业产品的单一经营、教育资源供给不足、监管不力以及农民的低文化与旧观念等因素阻碍了农村成人教育培训发展。
