基于Jack虚拟仿真的老年人临终关怀转移机设计研究

目的 为了提升老年人临终患者的尊严感和舒适性,解决其移动、如厕、沐浴等生活行为受限问题,降低照护人员身体施力负荷,设计开发一款基于Jack虚拟仿真评估的转移机方案。方法 通过对目前市场上临终关怀辅助移动类产品的调研,发现产品在使用过程中存在功能结构单一、操作姿势不当、使用环境受限等问题,运用Jack软件中的RULA方法评估照护人员的工作姿势风险,采用观察法、访谈法及质性研究法对用户需求进行研究,结合人机尺寸分析,提出设计解决方案。结果 通过以上方法,实现了转移机的方案设计,对设计方案进行人机适配度评估、可视域分析、舒适度评估及快速上肢评估,验证了设计方案的合理性。结论 设计方案提升了临终患者的生活质量,满足了其在多种场景中的使用需求,减轻了照护人员的工作负荷,为后续的老年人临终关怀转移机设计提供了理论及方法支撑。     

Review of Transitions in Dying and Bereavement: A Psychosocial Guide for Hospice and Palliative Care.

Reviews the book by the Victoria Hospital Society et al (2003), which describes what palliative and bereavement counselors do and how they do it. The specific goal was to examine the psychosocial needs and care of individuals who are dying or bereaved, with the ultimate goal being the improvement of the quality of palliative psychosocial care services. The major strength of the book is the wealth of practical knowledge addressing the needs of dying individuals and their families, particularly if the family members are adults. The sensitive and caring approach described throughout the book gives the reader a great sense of respect for those clinicians who have mastered the art of treating dying individuals and their families with dignity and compassion. Psychologists and hospice: Where we are and where we can be.

Since the early days of the hospice movement, the role of psychologists in hospice care has been discussed. This study is based on questionnaire responses from hospice programs randomly drawn from those who were members of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. The results clearly demonstrate the need for psychology's role in hospice, but there is much to do to clarify and develop this role. Although psychologists have much to offer in the hospice field and end-of-life care in general, this study found that there are not many psychologists actively working in these settings. Hospices: Their Humanistic and Economic Value.

The author's hope is that hospice care in America can advance along the lines he outlines in this article, so that death will regain some of the dignity it lost when tubes, machines, and electronic monitors overwhelmed and depersonalized those to whom it was coming. If we can see and help our loved ones die in comfort and dignity then we can approach our own deaths with more equanimity, and life will be richer for it. 面向多维协同需求模型的临终关怀服务设计

目的 为保障老年临终患者的生存质量,减轻家属和医护人员的照护负担,基于我国现有的社区养老模式,建立本土化居家临终关怀服务设计。方法 通过对临终患者、家属、医护人员三类人群的访谈,借助NVivo编码分析与需求重要性层次分析,构建了面向居家临终关怀的多维协同需求模型与服务蓝图。结论 依据服务蓝图建立了以社区为基础的居家临终关怀服务模式,梳理了居家临终关怀四个阶段的发展特点,提出了共享辅具与社区范围内的共享辅具租赁服务理念。最终通过共享照护辅助机器人设计,验证了所提出的模型与方法的可行性。
