Family-Responsive Interventions, Perceived Organizational and Supervisor Support, Work-Family Conflict, and Psychological Strain.

This study examined organizational family-responsive policies, perceptions of the organization as family supportive, and supervisor support as issues that may be salient to the experience of conflict between paid employment (work) and family roles. Data were collected from 355 managerial personnel in New Zealand. Although work-family conflict and psychological strain were strongly linked, the availability of organizational policies had no significant association with levels of conflict or strain, whereas policy usage was related only to work-to-family interference and not to family-to-work interference. On the other hand, perceptions of the organization as family supportive and supervisor support for work-family balance displayed significant relationships with key variables, highlighting the importance of these variables for interventions designed to ameliorate the negative impact of work-family conflict on managerial well-being. Supervised Multi‐Rejector of Periodic Disturbances for Nonlinear Systems Using Decoupled State Multimodel

In this paper, a multi‐rejector of periodic disturbances is proposed for discrete‐time nonlinear systems represented by a decoupled state multimodel. We report a decoupled state multimodel repetitive‐predictive control based on a supervised algorithm to ensure reference trajectory tracking and periodic disturbances rejection. Partial predictors associated to the local controllers make the best choice of the most valid partial controller that meets the desired closed loop performances. The effectiveness of the supervised multi‐rejector is shown via a simulation example. The obtained results are satisfactory and show a good rejection of periodic disturbances and reference trajectory tracking.     

分层异构控制软件的构件化建模和设计

在分离控制软件计算功能成分与交互行为成分的基础上,提出了一种异构控制软件构件化建模设计方法。采用层次化思想实现软件构架,管理异构控制模型,实现构件与设计模式复用。引入“管理器”的概念来描述构架如何将一组原子构件的计算成分集成为支持异构模型的复合构件。在分布式实时平台上通过实现简化的构件化分层异构控制软件验证该方法的可行性。

给出了一个计算机监控系统的实例,采用威达通公司的工控 机和组态软件实现主控机,并采用其模块实现受控机,软件开发速度快,系统安全可靠。     

能源监测系统的自动化实现

针对纸厂具体情况,以降低生产成本,提高经济效益为目的,采用了管理中心设置1台奔腾350MHz微机为上位机,设备层采用80C196KB单片机为下位机的方法构成了分布式的监测系统,经过实际进行表明该系统结构简单功能强大,各项性能指标均达到生产要求。

一种复杂热工系统控制过程的设定点优化

控制层运用预测PID控制代替常规的PID控制；监控层利用测量信息不断进行反馈校正，为控制层提供优化设定点.仿真结果表明，与设定点固定的控制方法相比，消除了不确定性影响，控制性能和经济目标均有了改善.应用于燃烧炉压力控制系统，得到了较好的控制效果.     

高炉供水计算机监控系统的开发设计

结合高炉供水计算机监控系统的实际，论述了满足此要求的以数据库为核心的软件设计方法．采用分布式系统结构、智能数据测控网络开发的系统软件可满足在线维护、组态性及开放性的要求．系统的良好运行证明了该系统设计方法的有效性和实用性．     

Moderators of the Relationships Between Coworkers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Fellow Employees' Attitudes.

The authors developed and tested the prediction that the relationship hetween coworkers' organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) and fellow employees' attitudes depends on the supervisors' abusiveness. Results of a longitudinal study using data collected from 173 supervised employees at 2 points in time (separated by 7 months) suggested that coworkers' OCB was positively related to fellow employees' job satisfaction and affective commitment when abusive supervision was low. However, when abusive supervision was high, coworkers' OCB was negatively related to job satisfaction and was unrelated to organizational commitment. The results of a 2nd study were consistent with the idea that the attributions employees make for their coworkers' OCB explains the moderating effect of abusive supervision on the relationship between coworkers' OCB and job satisfaction.
