大亚湾核电站18个月换料对流体系统的影响分析和论证

分析了大亚湾核电站18个月换料对流体系统可能产生的影响，根据改进后的燃料管理策略以及相关参数变化，遵照系统设计准则的要求。对14个流体系统的容量和能力进行了计算和论证。论证结果表明，大亚湾核电站现有系统基本满足18个月换料的需求     

PDB-18C6对TI(Ⅰ),An(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附及从α轰击的金靶中分离~(199)TI

本文研究了用冠醚树脂二苯并-18-冠-6甲醛聚合物(简称PDB-18C6)对T1(Ⅰ),Au(Ⅲ),Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附行为。实验表明,在盐酸溶液中冠醚树脂的吸附效率顺序为Au(Ⅲ)>T1(Ⅰ)>Cu(Ⅱ)。用高氯酸和乙二醇乙醚淋洗T1(Ⅰ),Au(Ⅲ),它们的回收率一般在82-98.9％和98-100％。还在1.2m回旋加速器的外靶装置上,用25-27MeV的α粒子轰击金靶,累计束流强度为27μA·h,经处理分离后得到仅含0.50％~(200)T1的较高纯度的~(199)T1。     

Semiparametric Estimation in Time‐Series Regression with Long‐Range Dependence

Abstract. We consider semiparametric estimation in time‐series regression in the presence of long‐range dependence in both the errors and the stochastic regressors. A central limit theorem is established for a class of semiparametric frequency domain‐weighted least squares estimates, which includes both narrow‐band ordinary least squares and narrow‐band generalized least squares as special cases. The estimates are semiparametric in the sense that focus is on the neighbourhood of the origin, and only periodogram ordinates in a degenerating band around the origin are used. This setting differs from earlier studies on time‐series regression with long‐range dependence, where a fully parametric approach has been employed. The generalized least squares estimate is infeasible when the degree of long‐range dependence is unknown and must be estimated in an initial step. In that case, we show that a feasible estimate which has the same asymptotic properties as the infeasible estimate, exists. By Monte Carlo simulation, we evaluate the finite‐sample performance of the generalized least squares estimate and the feasible estimate.     

Reaction scheme and kinetic modelling for the MTO process over a SAPO-18 catalyst

A kinetic model for simulation of the MTO process over SAPO-18 catalyst in a wide range of operating conditions has been proposed. The kinetic model predicts the experimental evolution of reaction products with time on stream, which follows three consecutive periods: initiation (where olefin production increases), a period of maximum olefin production and a period in which this production decreases. The kinetic scheme takes into account these three steps that evolve with time on stream: formation of active intermediate compounds, an step where olefins are formed by reaction of oxygenates (methanol/DME) with these intermediates and deactivation of intermediates by degradation to coke. The presence of water in the reaction medium attenuates the reaction rate of these steps. Discrimination of kinetic equations and calculation of the parameters of best fit have been carried out by solving the mass conservation equations of the individual components of the kinetic scheme together with the kinetic equation for deactivation and taking into account the effect of water on the kinetics of each step.     

微型生化分析仪样品室温度控制系统研究

结合微型生化分析仪样品室的要求,设计了一种基于单片机的微型生化分析仪样品室温度控制系统.它以AT89S51为核心,采用单总线高精度数字温度传感器DS18B20对样品室温度采样,同时利用汇编语言编写温度设定与控制程序,采用半导体制冷的方式,实现了温度在25℃、30℃、32℃和37℃四个温度值的稳定,控制精度达±0.5℃.

Bestehen ausreichende Anhaltspunkte für die Hochwassergef?hrdung, ist die Gemeinde verpflichtet, sich durch Nachforschungen Gewissheit über das Vorliegen oder Nichtvorliegen eines Hochwasserabflussgebietes gem § 38 Abs 3 WRG zu verschaffen. Liegt ein solches vor, hat sie gem § 12 Abs 1 Z 2 krnt GplG dieses im Fl?chenwidmungsplan ersichtlich zu machen. Erteilt die Gemeinde eine Baubewilligung ohne diese von der Erteilung einer wasserrechtlichen Bewilligung abh?ngig zu machen, haftet sie für die Kosten der Bauführung, die bei gesetzes-konformer Vorgangsweise unterlassen worden w?re.

Stable Oxygen and Carbon Isotopic Compositions of Lates stappersii Otoliths from Lake Tanganyika,East Africa

In this study, we measured growth trends in oxygen and carbon isotopic ratios in whole sagittal otoliths from three adult centropomid fish (Lates stappersii) from each of three sub-basins of Lake Tanganyika, East Africa. Sampling density was 20 to 50 samples per otolith. Both δ¹⁸O and δ¹³C values increase with age. The δ¹⁸O data suggest that otoliths were precipitated near the expected equilibrium with the ambient environment (ca. +3.5‰) and support a migration pattern from surface waters during larval stages to deeper waters (40 to 80 m) for mature fish. Relatively high δ¹⁸O values in the southern sub-basin are consistent with cooler temperatures in the region during seasonal upwelling. The δ13C increase from otolith core to edge is large (up to 4‰) and is interpreted as due to ontogenetic changes in diet and contributions from a decrease in the proportion of respired CO₂ incorporated into otolith carbonate as metabolic rates of the fish dropped with maturity. The data seem to successfully reveal life strategy and migration patterns of L. stappersii, document regional differences in lake conditions, and provide a record of temperature within the water column during which the fish lived. Higher resolution studies and analyses of historical samples could be used to constrain modern and past growth patterns, and to reconstruct past temperature gradients and productivity patterns in the lake.     

The PET18 locus of Saccharomyces cerevisiae: a complex locus containing multiple genes

The basis of pleiotropy shown by the pet18 mutants of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (rho-0,KIL-0 and temperature sensitive growth) was examined by cloning the fragment which complements the defect in growth at 37 degrees C of the pet18 mutants. The cloned DNA could complement the defect in the maintenance of the killer plasmid but did not give the cell the ability to maintain mitochondrial DNA. Sequence analysis of the cloned DNA revealed the presence of four open reading frames, at least two of which are necessary for the complementation activity. By using the cloned DNA as a probe, we found that two independent pet18 mutants have a deletion covering the entire sequence contained in the probe. From these results we predict that the traits of the pet18 mutants that concern temperature sensitivity and killer of the pet18 mutants are controlled by a separate gene(s) from that which participates in the maintenance of mitochondrial DNA.
