A Hermitian Box-scheme for One-dimensional Elliptic Equations – Application to Problems with High Contrasts in the Ellipticity

We introduce a new box-scheme, called ``hermitian box-scheme' on the model of the one-dimensional Poisson problem. The scheme combines features of the box-scheme of Keller, [20], [13], with the hermitian approximation of the gradient on a compact stencil, which is characteristic of compact schemes, [9], [21]. The resulting scheme is proved to be 4th order accurate for the primitive unknown u and its gradient p. The proved convergence rate is 1.5 for (u,p) in the discrete L ² norm. The connection with a non standard mixed finite element method is given. Finally, numerical results are displayed on pertinent 1-D elliptic problems with high contrasts in the ellipticity, showing in practice convergence rates ranging from 1 to 2.5 in the discrete H ¹ norm. Φ76mm自动轧管机组穿孔机顶杆小车的改进

通过校核Φ７６ｍｍ自动轧管机组穿孔机顶杆小车的轴承寿命，提出了顶杆小车的改进措施，如重新选配合适的轴承型号，修改有关装配尺寸等。改进后，顶杆小车的使用效果良好。     

深过冷Fe76B12Si12超细晶材料的凝固组织与软磁性能

首次采用深过冷加水淬的方法,成功地制备了直径为16 mm的样品,高为15 mm,组织中颗粒平均尺寸约为120nm左右的Fe76B12Si12合金超细晶材料.其磁损耗P1T400和P1T1000分别为普通硅钢片的40%和65%.系统研究了组织类型及Fe2B(Si)相尺度对该合金软磁性能的影响,发现该合金的最佳软磁性能位于Fe2B(Si)相完全粒化的非规则共晶组织区,并且当Fe2B(Si)相尺寸细化至0.36～0.50μm时,其软磁性能随着相尺寸的减小而大幅度改善.对以上结果产生的原因进行了讨论.     

Viscous flow past a porous sphere with an impermeable core : effect of stress jump condition

An arbitrary flow of a viscous, incompressible fluid past a porous sphere of radius `a' with an impermeable core of radius `b', using Brinkman's equation in the porous region is discussed. At the interface of the clear fluid and porous region, stress jump boundary condition for the tangential stresses along with the continuity of normal stresses and the velocity components are used. On the surface of the impermeable core no slip condition is used. The corresponding Faxen's laws are derived to compute the drag and torque acting on the surface r=a. It is found that the drag and torque not only change with the change of the permeability, but also a significant effect of the stress jump co-efficient is observed. The variation of drag and torque with permeability for different thickness (a-b) of the porous region as well as for different values of stress jump coefficient is discussed when the basic flow is due to uniform flow, two dimensional irrotational flow, doublet in a uniform flow, stokeslet, rotlet. In case of uniform flow the flow field has been plotted. In all the cases, a significant effect of the stress jump coefficient has been realized.     

GAAS80焊机焊接U76CrRE钢轨工艺研究

分析了GAAS80/580焊接原理,结合GAAS80闪光焊机焊接工艺特点,制定了U76CrRE钢轨的焊接工艺。采用落锤试验检验焊头质量,并对断口形貌进行扫描,能谱分析表明,断口缺陷处低熔点共晶硫化物的形成是裂纹产生的主要原因。在此基础上优化焊接工艺参数,降低预热阶段的电压、减小烧化阶段的位移、提高烧化阶段的闪光速度。优化后的U76CrRE钢轨焊接工艺通过了落锤试验,各项力学性能符合铁道部钢轨焊接标准的相关要求。     

φ76mm连轧管机组的设备改造

连轧管机组生产无缝钢管质量好、产量高。简要介绍了国內首台自行设计制造的φ76mm连轧管机组的设备布置及工艺流程概况。重点介绍了该机组的毛管和芯棒送进装置、自动涂润滑剂装置以及预热炉等设备的改造情况。     

基于TRIZ的中频加热弯管机创新设计研究

中频加热弯管机是现在市场上较为流行的弯管机之一，由于设备本身是在对管材加热之后进行弯折，因此在加工过程中存在一些技术问题。通过对76个标准解的研究，对其流程进行了适当的改进，并将此理论应用于中频加热弯管机的设计中，对该产品提出了新的设计方案。     

Numerical stability of symmetric solitary-wave-like waves of a two-layer fluid—Forced modified KdV equation

Forced internal waves at the interface of a two-layer incompressible fluid in a two-dimensional domain with rigid horizontal boundaries are studied. The lower boundary is assumed to have a small obstruction. We derive a time-dependent forced modified KdV equation when the KdV theory fails and study the stabilities of four types of symmetric time-independent solitary-wave-like solutions numerically.     

基于I2C总线的键盘显示模块设计

介绍了利用P87LPC76X系列单片机设计的一个键盘显示模块，通过12C总线与主控芯片相连，具有灵活、控制方便等特点。文中给出了部分硬件设计和软件流程。
