In this contribution, SnFe2O4 nanoparticles were prepared by the solvothermal method, the structural properties were performed using X-Ray Diffraction (DRX) to prove the success of tin ferrite formation and to determine de crystals parameters. The size and morphological study were build using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Transmission Electron microscopy (TEM), the results showed that the size of particles is uniform with a range of particles (5–7 nm). The magnetic properties were carried out using the SQUID device, the SnFe2O4 nanoparticles have a magnetic transition at 750 K. In addition, the hysteresis loops at low temperature displayed Ms and Mr equals to 23 emu/g and 6 emu/g, respectively. The magnetoresistance properties were investigated, the SnFe2O4 nanoparticles present a large magnetoresistance effect (80%). The experimental results are supplemented by model calculations utilizing density functional theory and Monte-Carlo simulations.  相似文献

This paper reports an investigation on the structure-properties correlation of trivalent metal oxide (Al2O3)-doped V2O5 ceramics synthesized by the melt-quench technique. XRD patterns confirmed a single orthorhombic V2O5 phase formation with increasing strain on the doping of Al2O3 in place of V2O5 in the samples estimated by Williamson-Hall analysis. FTIR and Raman investigations revealed a structural change as [VO5] polyhedra converts into [VO4] polyhedra on the doping of Al2O3 into V2O5. The optical band gap was found in a wide semiconductor range as confirmed by UV–visible spectroscopy analysis. The thermal and conductivity behavior of the prepared samples were studied using thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) and impedance analyzer, respectively. All the prepared ceramics exhibit good DC conductivity (0.22–0.36 Sm-1) at 400 ?C. These materials can be considered for intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cell (IT-SOFC)/battery applications due to their good conductivity and good thermal stability.  相似文献

The presented work is part of a larger research program dealing with developing tools for coupling biogeochemical models in contaminated landscapes. The specific objective of this article is to provide researchers with a data porting tool to build hexagonal raster using information from a rectangular raster data (e.g. GIS format). This tool involves a computational algorithm and an open source software (written in C). The method of extending the reticulated functions defined on 2D networks is an essential key of this algorithm and can also be used for other purposes than data porting. The algorithm allows one to build the hexagonal raster with a cell size independent from the geometry of the rectangular raster. The extended function is a bi-cubic spline which can exactly reconstruct polynomials up to degree three in each variable. We validate the method by analyzing errors in some theoretical case studies followed by other studies with real terrain elevation data. We also introduce and briefly present an iterative water routing method and use it for validation on a case with concrete terrain data.  相似文献

Meteorological changes urge engineering communities to look for sustainable and clean energy technologies to keep the environment safe by reducing CO2 emissions. The structure of these technologies relies on the deep integration of advanced data-driven techniques which can ensure efcient energy generation, transmission, and distribution. After conducting thorough research for more than a decade, the concept of the smart grid (SG) has emerged, and its practice around the world paves the ways for efcient use of reliable energy technology. However, many developing features evoke keen interest and their improvements can be regarded as the next-generation smart grid (NGSG). Also, to deal with the non-linearity and uncertainty, the emergence of data-driven NGSG technology can become a great initiative to reduce the diverse impact of non-linearity. This paper exhibits the conceptual framework of NGSG by enabling some intelligent technical features to ensure its reliable operation, including intelligent control, agent-based energy conversion, edge computing for energy management, internet of things (IoT) enabled inverter, agent-oriented demand side management, etc. Also, a study on the development of data-driven NGSG is discussed to facilitate the use of emerging data-driven techniques (DDTs) for the sustainable operation of the SG. The prospects of DDTs in the NGSG and their adaptation challenges in real-time are also explored in this paper from various points of view including engineering, technology, et al. Finally, the trends of DDTs towards securing sustainable and clean energy evolution from the NGSG technology in order to keep the environment safe is also studied, while some major future issues are highlighted. This paper can ofer extended support for engineers and researchers in the context of data-driven technology and the SG.  相似文献

Perceived psychosocial and biomechanical exposures, individual factors and pain in the shoulder and neck were recorded in two groups of female service workers (healthcare and shopping centre workers). The jobs investigated were characterized by ‘much’ direct human relations, ‘little’ sitting and ‘much’ standing, and were light work by physiological or biomechanical criteria but potentially psychosocially demanding. A screening survey (n = 400 females) was the basis for the selected sample (n = 66 females), which was the object of the main investigation of this study. Reliability of the questionnaires was tested in a separate group of female healthcare workers (n = 29). Heart rate recordings through the work day estimated workload. There was a high prevalence of shoulder and neck pain (>50%) for both work groups. In the two populations it proved difficult to explain shoulder and neck pain by reported physical and psychosocial exposures or individual factors, except by the variable ‘perceived general tension’, which clearly differentiated workers with and without pain. The findings in this study indicated, first, that perceived general tension might be an independent risk factor for muscle pain and, second, that this might be related to personality factors. However, this putative relationship must be verified in a longitudinal study. As no variable describing exposures in the working environment was associated with shoulder and neck pain, the question is posed whether such complaints can be considered work-related. Alternatively, the variables used to describe mechanical and psychosocial exposures in this study may have low specificity in characterizing work-related risk factors for service workers with customer relations.  相似文献

There has been a great deal of research activity in the area of identification of distributed parameter systems over the past two decades. An extensive treatment of off-line schemes ( e.g. , output least squares, estimation error, etc. ) together with a comprehensive survey of the literature can be found in the monograph by Banks and Kunisch [4] . In the case of on-line, or adaptive, schemes, the available literature is less extensive and more recent ( Isermann et al . [7] ). The on-line methods give estimates recursively as the measurements are obtained within the time limit imposed by the sampling period. These include recursive projection algorithm ( Baumeister et al. [5] ), recursive least squares algorithm ( Glentis et al . [6] ), on-line excitation algorithms ( Ludwig et al. [8] ), etc . In this paper an equivalent 2nd order dynamical system is formulated from a given trajectory representing the pattern to be recognised and simulated in order to estimate the parameters for hierarchical distributed systems using 1st and 2nd order dynamics. Recommendations for the best estimation strategy are given.  相似文献
