关于我省数字化城市建设的几点思考

通过对国内外数字化城市建设现状的分析 ,结合我省实际情况 ,提出我省建设数字化城市的对策及建设内容和原则 ,强调政府的组织行为 ,发挥社会各界的积极性 ,充分利用现有资源 ,以建设数字化城市门户网站为先导 ,快速启动全省数字化城市建设。     

A note on the Gauss-Jacobi quadrature formulae for singular integral equations of the second kind

A fast and efficient numerical method based on the Gauss-Jacobi quadrature is described that is suitable for solving Fredholm singular integral equations of the second kind that are frequently encountered in fracture and contact mechanics. Here we concentrate on the case when the unknown function is singular at both ends of the interval. Quadrature formulae involve fixed nodal points and provide exact results for polynomials of degree 2n − 1, where n is the number of nodes. Finally, an application of the method to a plane problem involving complete contact is presented.     

L－B膜修饰电极循环伏安行为模拟──（Ⅰ）电荷转移速度常数对循环伏安性能的影响

本文用计算机数字模拟方法研究了电活性分子多层Ｚ型Ｌ－Ｂ膜修饰电极的循环伏安行为。计算了电极与修饰Ｌ－Ｂ膜分子第一层之间的电荷转移速度常数Ｋ_ｏ，Ｌ－Ｂ膜分子层间的电荷转移速度常数ｋ_ｉ；对峰电位差△Ｅ_ｐ及阳极峰面积Ｑ的影响，以及在不同条件下各层分子的氧化态分数随扫描时间的变化。为研究和设计电活性分子修饰电极的实际体系提供了大量数据和信息。

数字程序控制计算机辅助教学是将计算机技术用于数字程序控制的教学过程，它帮助学生学习并模拟教学实验．本文介绍了数字程序控制中直线插补和圆孤插补的ＣＡＩ实现方法．     

A delta transform approach to loop gain-phase shaping design of robust digital control systems

This paper addresses the existence of loop gain-phase shaping (LGPS) solutions for the design of robust digital control systems for SISO, minimum-phase, continuous-time processes with parametric uncertainty. We develop the frequency response properties of LGPS for discrete-time systems using the Δ-transform, a transform method that applies to both continuous-time and discrete-time systems. A theorem is presented which demonstrates that for reasonable specifications there always exists a sampling period such that the robust digital control problem has a solution. Finally, we offer a procedure for estimating the maximum feasible sampling period for LGPS solutions to robust digital control problems.     

先张法预应力桥梁板施工工艺及应用实例

结合太原市向阳店桥梁板施工实例，介绍了采用先张法进行预应力桥梁板施工的过程。阐述了桥梁板的施工工艺，该工艺实现了整体张拉、整体放张，使钢绞线逐根受力均匀，施工速度快，能保证梁端的质量。指出拉杆系统的使用，降低了成本，增加了效益。     

欧洲无线DSL的发展现状及市场前景

对欧洲的立法者来说，目前最为关注的课题之一便是如何解决数字鸿沟这一困扰欧洲大陆信息与通信技术整体发展水平的矛盾。向人们提供高速因特网接入服务是消除数字鸿沟的有效手段，而无线数字用户线技术以及其成低、通信质量好、覆盖范围大及灵活性等优势成为宽带接入技术中的佼佼者，并获得很多欧洲国家电信运营商的青睐。     

用迭代法消除数字图像放大后的模糊

用迭代法对数字图像经过插值放大后产生的模糊问题进行了研究，把数字图像插值放大造成的模糊看成是点扩散函数与清晰图像卷积的结果，根据插值算法可以得到点扩散函数，由于数字图像解卷积是典型的解线性方程组的问题，用雅可比（Jacobi）迭代法得到了很好的结果。与频谱空间变换的方法相比，迭代法没有分母为0的问题和空间变换过程造成的舍入误差。     

Salt-water up-coning during extraction of fresh water from a tropical island

Rainwater can collect in a lens-shaped region within the rock of a tropical island, and may be separated from the underlying salt water by a sharp interface. This paper presents a nonlinear theory for determining the shape of this interface. The island is assumed to be saturated with rain, and provision is made for the outflow of rain-water through the sides of the island. The effect of a bore well on the shape of the interface is investigated, and the problem is solved using a spectral method. An integral-equation method is also presented for the case when the island has infinite width.     

User interfaces for communication bridges across the digital divide

Connecting people across the “digital divide” is as much a social effort as a technological one. We are developing a community-centred approach to learn how interaction techniques can compensate for poor communication across the digital divide. We have incorporated the lessons learned regarding social intelligence design in an abstraction and in a device called the SoftBridge. The SoftBridge allows communication to flow from endpoints through adapters, getting converted if necessary, and out to destination endpoints. Field trials are underway with two communities in South Africa: disadvantaged Deaf users and an isolated rural community. Initial lessons learned show that we have to design user interfaces that allow users to understand and cope with delay. We also learned that social concerns are often more important than the technical issues in designing such systems.
