药物相互作用研究在新药研发和审评决策中的应用

药物相互作用改变了剂量效应关系，可能会降低疗效或增加毒性，是临床应用中合并用药治疗时重要的考虑因素。预测具有临床意义的药物相互作用是药物研发过程中获益风险评估的重要环节。本文概述了药物研发过程中药物相互作用研究的目的和意义，体内和体外研究的主要内容；梳理分析了2020年国家药品监督管理局（National Medical Products Administration, NMPA）和美国食品药品监督管理局（Food and Drug Administration, FDA）批准上市的新药药物相互作用研究情况，旨在为我国药物研发过程中药物相互作用研究及其监管审评提供参考。     

青年医学工作者科普能力培养新模式

为了培养青年医师运用医学科普语言传播医学知识的能力，向社会提供更优质、可及的健康知识，改善医患关系，促进社会和谐；同时出于向社区、媒体推送一批优秀青年医学科普人才的考虑，本文在总结北京协和医院培养青年医务人员医学科普能力经验的基础上，尝试构建一套适合大型公立医院（尤其是教学医院）培养青年医务人员医学科普能力的新模式——“科普训练营”。本文旨在系统介绍该模式的产生背景、实践经验及初期效果，阐释实施后的重要意义，及实施过程中的挑战与应对策略。     

智能化救援监控系统在煤矿安全生产中的应用

针对煤矿发生事故后传统救援监控系统无法实时对井下人员进行动态定位，导致矿井救援盲目性大、救援效率差、救援难度大等技术难题，为了进一步提高煤矿救援效率，通过技术研究，设计了一套以通信基站为核心的智能化救援监控系统，分析了该系统结构组成、工作原理，通过在担水沟煤矿井下实际应用效果来看，智能化救援监控系统对人员定位精准度达95%，实现人员动态位置三维成像，救援效率提高至80%以上，有效缩短了煤矿事故救援时间，取得了显著应用成效。     

A semantic modeling approach for image retrieval by content

We introduce a semantic data model to capture the hierarchical, spatial, temporal, and evolutionary semantics of images in pictorial databases. This model mimics the user's conceptual view of the image content, providing the framework and guidelines for preprocessing to extract image features. Based on the model constructs, a spatial evolutionary query language (SEQL), which provides direct image object manipulation capabilities, is presented. With semantic information captured in the model, spatial evolutionary queries are answered efficiently. Using an object-oriented platform, a prototype medical-image management system was implemented at UCLA to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed approach.     

Alpha induced reactions on Sn: An experimental study of excitation functions and possible production pathways

In the frame of a systematic study of light ion induced threshold reactions on natural tin (Sn) excitation functions for alpha particles induced reactions are presented in a 12–38 MeV energy domain. Using a stacked foil activation method the following radioisotopes were identified: ¹¹⁶Te, ¹¹⁷Te, ¹¹⁸Te, ¹¹⁹Te, ¹²¹Te, ¹²³Te, ¹¹⁷Sb, ¹¹⁸Sb, ¹²⁰Sb, ¹²²Sb, ¹²⁴Sb, ¹²⁶Sb, ¹¹⁷Sn, ¹¹¹In. The experimental cross sections for these isotopes are presented for the first time in this energy range and a direct comparison with values calculated with the ALICE-IPPE code is discussed. Possible use of these data for production of some isotopes relevant in nuclear medicine is suggested.     

Mass customization of medical devices and implants: state of the art and future directions

The medical field is one in which the need for customization can be clear cut, as providing tailored devices and implants for unique physiologies can provide for a better overall treatment than the use of 'off the shelf' devices and implants. Customization in the production of medical products can be roughly divided into consideration of medical devices, and of implantable parts or systems. The present paper outlines the current state of the art in both of these areas, presents details of projects that are ongoing at the University of Leeds and outlines future research directions.     

宝鸡市医用诊断X线照射频度调查

本文报道从1984年6月1日至1985年5月31日对宝鸡市五县(区)医用诊断 X 线照射频度的调查结果。结果表明,胸透和群检胸透医照率最高,占医疗照射总人次数的68.7%,门诊医照率为70.8人次/千人·年,人群受照率为344。5人次/千人·年。按年龄比较,青壮年组医照率最高,占医照总人次数的57.2%。按性别比较,男性多于女性。

正向设计了一种适合于听觉神经刺激的可编程双相恒流脉冲发生器，它可根据耳聋患者的要求和不同的语音信号，控制刺激电流脉冲的幅度和宽度，以及脉冲之间的间隙。本文阐述了电路的设计要求和方法，并给出了实验结果。采用标准３μｍｐ阱ＣＭＯＳ工艺，在上海贝岭微电子制造有限公司流片。目前已成功地用于多道人工电子耳蜗接收刺激器中。
