RSD开关暂态电流测试平台建模与仿真 总被引:4,自引:2,他引:2
为优化包括RSD开关暂态电流试验平台和罗氏线圈检测装置的整个系统的电气参数,分析了RSD开关暂态电流试验平台的构建原理、试验回路的简化模型和基于自积分式罗氏线圈检测系统的工作机理后利用MAT-LAB软件中的SINMULINK仿真环境,建立了该试验平台的仿真模型,给出其仿真分析方法及其实验测试结果。研究表明,利用MATLAB软件中的SINMULINK仿真环境描述基于自积分式罗氏线圈测控装置用于监测RSD开关试验时暂态电流的仿真模型可为RSD开关试验时测试暂态电流提供一套合适的计算机仿真平台,利于优化试验回路和检测系统的电气参数,确保试验成功。 相似文献

High power switch is one of the most important components in pulsed power technology. The RSD (Reversely Switched Dynistor), turned on by a thin layer of an electron-hole plasma, is a high power semiconductor switch. In this study, the RSD turn-on conditions were investigated by numerical analysis and device simulation as well as the experiments conducted to validate the turn-on conditions. A low power 10-bit 250-k sample per second(KSPS) cyclic analog to digital converter(ADC) is presented. The ADC’s offset errors are successfully cancelled out through the proper choice of a capacitor switching sequence.The improved redundant signed digit algorithm used in the ADC can tolerate high levels of the comparator’s offset errors and switched capacitor mismatch errors.With this structure,it has the advantages of simple circuit configuration,small chip area and low power dissipation.The cyclic ADC manufactured with the Chartered 0.35μm 2P4M process shows a 58.5 dB signal to noise and distortion ratio and a 9.4 bit effective number of bits at a 250 KSPS sample rate.It dissipates 0.72 mW with a 3.3 V power supply and occupies dimensions of 0.42×0.68 mm~2. 相似文献

A formula for calculating the equivalent relative standard deviation (RSD) for different sample sizes other than the Office of Generic Drugs (OGD) draft guidance was derived. These critical values vary with the population RSD and the sample size and guarantee the same confidence of passing a batch similar to the OGD blend uniformity test. Simulation results showed that the normal approximations give very close results to the simulation results. An assessment of the proposed OGD blend uniformity criteria against the first-stage USP content uniformity (CU) criteria for tablets was also made. 相似文献

In the present paper, we derive an efficient data structure for the organization of the nodes in the coupled finite element/element‐free Galerkin method. With respect to its implementation, we compare various approaches of recursive spatial discretizations that facilitate most flexible handling of the nodes. The goal of the paper is to refine the implementation issues of the data structure which is fundamental to the element‐free Galerkin method and thus to speed‐up this otherwise computationally rather expensive meshfree method. Minor fruit volatiles are likely to be missed using sampling techniques optimized for the extraction of major compounds. This can be a disadvantage if these minor compounds contribute to characteristic fruit flavors. In this comparative study, headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and dynamic headspace sampling (DHS) parameters were systematically optimized to ensure highest extraction yields of methylsulfanyl-volatiles from kiwifruit tissue samples. A significant “salting-out” effect from the fruit matrix was observed using both sampling techniques after (NH4)2SO4 saturation. HS-SPME at optimized conditions (polydimethylsiloxane-divinylbenzene-coated fiber, (NH4)2SO4 saturation, 5 min equilibration and 20 min sampling at 40 °C) was faster and more convenient to use than DHS for qualitative purposes. Despite this, the qualitative and quantitative methylsulfanyl-volatile profile was improved using optimized DHS ((NH4)2SO4 saturation; sampling time 20 h; flow rate 30 mL min− 1) compared with HS-SPME, making this the more sensitive and preferred method for quantitative studies. The optimization strategies for increasing headspace extraction yields of trace compounds presented in this study can easily be applied to tissue samples from other fruit. 相似文献
