We have assessed the antimicrobial, vapor-phase activity of the following natural essential oils (EOs) when used in paraffin-based “active coatings” for paper packaging materials intended to come into contact with foods: clove (Sygzium aromaticum), cinnamon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), and oregano (Origanum vulgare) EOs, and cinnamaldehyde-enriched cinnamon EO. This paper presents an electromechanical wheel suspension, where the upper arm of the suspension has been provided with an electric levelling and a damper actuator, both are allowed to work in a fully active mode. A control structure for the proposed suspension is described. The complex design task involving the control of the electric damper and its machine parameters is tackled by genetic optimisation. During this process, these parameters are optimised to keep the power dissipation of the electric damper as low as possible, while maintaining acceptable comfort and road-holding capabilities. The results of the evaluations carried out demonstrate that the proposed suspension can easily adopt its control parameters to obtain a better compromise of performance than that offered by passive suspensions. If the vehicle is to maintain acceptable performance during severe driving conditions, the damper has to be unrealistically large. However, if the electric damper is combined with a hydraulic damper, the size of the electric damper is significantly reduced. Design of active vehicle suspension has tradeoffs between three main performance metrics (passenger comfort, suspension deflection
and road holding ability). It has been known that each performance can be achieved by H
∞ controller and they can be gathered by LPV (Linear Parameter Varying) method. However, because the suspension deflection
limit was not explicitly considered, this limit may be exceeded. In this paper, the authors propose a “reference shaping“
based method in order to improve the control performance. In this approach, a “virtual reference” signal is imposed to the
system such that the suspension deflection is kept small. The effectiveness of the approach is examined by numerical simulations.

In semantic data models, abstract relationship (e.g. generalization, aggregation, etc.) semantics are defined, specifying how insertion, deletion and modification operations made at a higher level of abstraction can affect the objects abstracted over and vice versa. These semantics, also known as structural constraints, are expressed through so-called update rules. This perspective has been somewhat lost in most object-oriented systems, where user-defined relationships are supported as simple pointers and their semantics are embedded, distributed and replicated within the operations accessing these pointers. This paper inherits and extends the treatment of relationships found in semantic data models to behavioural object-oriented models by presenting an approach to uniformly capture the update rules for user-defined relationships. The stress is not on supporting relationships as first-class objects, but on describing their update rules (or operational semantics) through a set of constructors namely, reaction, anticipation, delegation and exception. 对活性组分非均匀分布的负载型催化剂的湿浸法制备过程进行了计算机模拟,其模拟程度可适用于任意多个活性组分的浸渍。发现单组分浸渍时,通过控制浸渍时间可获得活性组分由薄到厚的蛋壳型分布和均匀分布,但通过预浸渍吸附至一定分布后,再在空白溶液中浸渍洗脱,控制洗脱条件也可获得蛋黄、蛋白型的分布;加入竞争吸附剂,进行双组分及多组分浸渍,通过控制浸渍溶液性质及浸渍时间可获得各种类型的活性组分分布,诸如蛋壳型、蛋白型、蛋黄型和均匀型。通过对制备过程参数(如竞争吸附剂的选择、各组分有效扩散系数、初始浓度、吸脱附速率常数等)与活性组分分布形式之间关系的分析,可实现对任一分布形式的催化剂的制备过程参数的优化。这对实际制备催化剂具有指导意义。 相似文献

提出一种引入趋近律的滑模变结构控制(SMVSC)方法来实现有源功率因数校正(APFC),减少电流的谐波成分.SMVSC是一种解决非线性时变系统(如APFC系统)问题的良好办法,但是实际应用中SMVSC的"抖振"现象问题必须要解决好.引入趋近律来削弱APFC系统在滑模控制中的"抖振"现象,并且依此推导出了控制APFC系统中的功率开关的PWM占空比.采用Matlab平台进行仿真验证控制策略控制APFC电路几乎得到单位功率因数,同时超调减小、响应时间缩短. 相似文献
