BT项目实施模式分析

根据实践中出现的各种BT项目管理模式，归纳出了具有代表性的“施工二次招标型BT模式，直接施工型BT模式，施工同体型BT模式，带资承包型BT模式”四种BT项目管理模式，并根据现行法律法规对其适用性和实施中应注意的问题进行了论述。     

热强钛合金BT25组织与性能

介绍了前苏联航空发动机用热强钛合金（或高温钛合金）BT25的发展概况，并对BT25合金的成分特点、热处理强化优点等做了进一步阐述，给出了退火状态下的物理性能，在说明热强钛合金微观组织与力学性能关系的基础上给出了BT25合金的各种力学性能。     

Dependence of dielectric properties on BT particle size in EP/BT composites

The polymer-ceramic composites of epoxy resin (EP) and barium titanate (BT) were prepared.BT powders of different BT particle sizes from 100 nm to 1 μm were used in the preparation.The dielectric properties, such as dielectric constant, dielectric loss and electrical breakdown strength, of the EP/BT composites were studied.The morphology of the composites was characterized by the means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results show that the dielectric constant of the composites is much higher than the epoxy matrix at frequency range from 1 kHz to 10 MHz, and it is also obviously dependent on the size of BT particles.The electrical breakdown strength of the composites decreases with the increase of the BT content.The dependence of electrical breakdown strength on BT particle sizes was also discussed.     

基于BT技术的局域网文件传输

随着网络技术的不断发展,网络传输的速度越来越快,随之文件的体积也就越来越大,如果局域网内部还是采用传统的HTTP或FTP进行文件传输,就会对服务器性能要求越来越高,这种模式已经不能满足大规模的文件分享和传输,本文设计了基于BT技术的局域网文件传输模型。     

Effect of temperature on vacuum hot bulge forming of BT20 titanium alloy cylindrical workpiece

Temperature is one of the key parameters for BT20 titanium alloy cylindrical workpiece manufactured by vacuum hot bulge forming. A two-dimensional nonlinear thermo-mechanical coupled FE model was established. Numerical simulation of vacuum hot bulge forming process of titanium alloy cylindrical workpiece was carried out using FE analysis software MSC Marc. The effects of temperature on vacuum hot bulge forming of BT20 titanium alloy cylindrical workpiece were analyzed by numerical simulation. The simulated results show that the Y-direction displacement and the equivalent plastic strain of the workpiece increase with increasing bulge temperature. The residual stress decreases with increasing bulge temperature. The optimal temperature range of BT20 titanium alloy during vacuum hot bulge forming is 750-850 ℃. The corresponding experiments were carried out. The simulated results agreed well with the experimental results.     

BT20钛合金高效数控开槽铣削技术研究

提高切削效率是钛合金广泛使用的重要保证。本文针对钛合金BT20壁板数控开槽铣削效率低的问题，通过分析钛合金切削加工性和壁板数控加工工艺，提出了优化数控切削刀位轨迹、增加切削系统刚性、优化刀具结构的措施．并通过切削试验验证之。结果表明，文中的技术方案对BT20钛合金开槽铣削切实有效，使数控开槽效率提高100％以上.     

BT16钛合金紧固件加工工艺分析

分析了不同规格俄制BT16钛合金自锁螺母显微组织、流线和显微硬度，并与俄制该合金φ8min丝材进行对比。研究结果表明：BT16钛合金紧固件显微组织为单相区变形获得的超细片状组织；其组织形态与退火态丝材一致，表明紧固件是在退火状态下直接使用的，未经过固溶时效强化处理；BT16钛合金紧固件采用了冷变形制造工艺。     

Single display gamut size metric

To measure the relative gamut sizes of wide‐gamut displays, it is herein proposed that the CIE 1931 xy chromaticity diagram be used rather than the nominally perceptually uniform CIE 1976 u′v′ chromaticity diagram. High correlations were found between the area‐coverage ratios in the xy diagram and the volume‐coverage ratios in the CIE 1976 L^*a^*b^* color space for major standard wide‐gamut color spaces. It is also demonstrated herein that performing planimetry in the uniform u′v′ diagram does not yield accurate relative display gamut sizes, even though the large sizes obtained using the u′v′ diagram are often reported regardless of the fact that its uniformity is valid only when the luminance factor is constant. The single display gamut size metric using the xy diagram will facilitate the unbiased development of wide‐gamut displays.
