基于BOSS的移动营业操作系统的设计与实现

为解决移动业务数据日稽核、监控物资发放情况等问题,设计并实现了基于BOSS的移动营业操作系统。通过对BOSS克隆数据库中自动抽取业务数据与营业操作系统中业务数据的对比实现了业务稽核功能,满足了公司精细化管理的要求。实践表明,该系统有效提高了工作效率,减少了员工工作量,节约了大量的人力成本。     

透明塑料组件的注射模设计

通过对某测试台上“仿飞机”＋“翅膀”透明塑料组件的工艺分析,介绍了带活动镶件的注射模结构和设计要点,分析了活动镶件推出抽芯模具的原理,给出了有侧凹的、不能留推出痕迹的透明塑料组件模具的设计方法,解决了不同形状配套使用的多个零件偏心进料引起的受力不均衡的问题,实现了透明塑料组件的顺利生产。     

粗纱机牵伸罗拉定位工具的改进

为了提高粗纱机牵伸罗拉的装配精度及调试速度,通过分析原有罗拉装配系统及原有调试方法存在的缺点,改进设计出一种将车面板的前侧面作为定位基准面,再将罗拉轴线作为第二基准的罗拉定位工具。实践表明,通过使用罗拉定位工具不同的定位面作基准,既能保证一罗拉轴线与车面板前侧面平齐的要求,又能保证一罗拉轴线与牵伸传动托架侧面垂直的要求。认为,该罗拉定位工具是粗纱机左、右两种机型通用的一种工具,能完全满足提高整机调试精度及调试速度的要求。     

相变换热对压铸模具局部冷却能力影响的数值分析

以凸台型热节为对象，采用ANSYS软件对铸造过程中由于型芯形成的热节进行分析。研究热管结构对压铸模具冷却能力影响的定量关系。结果发现在冷凝长度比为1时，热管直径对换热的影响不明显，但随着冷凝段与蒸发段长度比的增大，其影响显著增大。虽然冷凝管长度比对换热影响明显，但冷凝管内径有一定限度，同时给出了不同冷凝管的长度比值。     

Evaluation of interfacial friction condition by boss and rib test based on backward extrusion

Proper consideration of tribological problems at the contact interface between the tool and workpiece is crucial in metal forming, since interfacial friction condition plays an important role in metal forming by influencing the metal flow, forming load, die wear, etc. In order to quantitatively estimate such friction condition, a new friction testing method “Boss and Rib Test” based on the backward extrusion process is proposed in this work. In boss and rib test, a key design is to use a tube-shaped punch so that the boss and rib at the deforming workpiece along the inner and outer surfaces of the punch are formed during backward extrusion. It was experimentally and numerically revealed that the heights of the boss and rib vary according to the friction condition applied. It was also found that the height of the boss is higher than that of the rib when the friction condition at the contact interface is severe. From this finding, the shear friction factor can be evaluated according to lubricant characteristics assigned. In addition, simulation results revealed that calibration curve demonstrating deformation pattern of the workpiece is affected by strain-hardening exponent of the workpiece.     

Joining sheets to rods by boss forming

This paper proposes a new joining by plastic deformation process to connect sheets to rods that extends a previous idea of the authors to connect sheets to thin-walled tubes. The process makes use of boss forming for compressing the outer radius of the rods and pile-up material into annular flanges with controlled cross-section geometry and size. Special emphasis is put on the identification of the major operating parameters and on understanding their influence on material flow. Two different modes of deformation are identified and a distinction is made between unacceptable chip formation and successfully material pile-up to form the annular flanges that are needed to connect the sheets to the rods. Special design of the upper die to include a pressure ring is introduced as an efficient solution to prevent cracking of the new freshly formed surfaces of the rods during material pile-up. The presentation is supported by experimentation and finite element modelling and the overall performance of the new proposed joint is evaluated by means of a destructive pull-out test.     

液氯钢瓶缝隙腐蚀的机理分析及防范措施

针对检测中发现的在役液氯钢瓶塞座存在腐蚀的问题，分析其腐蚀机理，并从锥螺纹牙形、螺纹连接形式和加工过程等方面对缝隙腐蚀原因进一步分析论证。指出GB8335的欠缺，结构设计和制造工艺不合理是腐蚀的重要原因，并提出了防范措施。     

老板数独的方程求解算法研究

从老板数独的定义建立了与原问题等价的方程组,由该方程组推导出一系列数学性质,包括候选数删除性质、唯一确定法性质、矛盾性质、不变性性质,说明了数独的人工推理规则包含在这些性质之中。利用这些性质提出了求解该方程组的算法。数值实例表明,提出的方法对于不同难度的数独难题都是有效的。     

Heidegger as depicted by Binswanger and Boss.

The often turbulent but nevertheless short history of psychology as a science reveals a strange and often strained relationship with its parent, philosophy. Martin Heidegger played a prominent role in the developing dialogue between philosophy and psychology in this country. As such, he was identified as a principal contributor to the philosophy of existentialism. And Ludwig Binswanger was seen as being the bridge between existential philosophy and psychotherapy. Heidegger's method of inquiry, meticulously thought through and developed, has become an eloquent expression of man's never-ending search for knowledge and the clarification of what "is." This method, along with the scope of his questioning, has generated the development of a phenomenological foundation for medicine and psychology. In this paper, the author attempts to demonstrate Heidegger's work as remarkably poignant for the human condition. He shows how Binswanger, seeing and sensing these new insights, nevertheless remained captive to traditional expressions of thought. And, he shows how Medard Boss, having access to Heidegger himself in dialogue, has expressed the need for a new type of thinking in a frenetic world which tenaciously holds onto and refines one world-relationship to the neglect of others as the only avenue to truth.
