An exploratory study on ontology engineering for software architecture documentation

The usefulness of Software Architecture (SA) documentation depends on how well its Architectural Knowledge (AK) can be retrieved by the stakeholders in a software project. Recent findings show that the use of ontology-based SA documentation is promising. However, different roles in software development have different needs for AK, and building an ontology to suit these needs is challenging. In this paper we describe an approach to build an ontology for SA documentation. This approach involves the use of typical questions for eliciting and constructing an ontology. We outline eight contextual factors, which influence the successful construction of an ontology, especially in complex software projects with diverse AK users. We tested our ‘typical question’ approach in a case study and report how it can be used for acquiring and modeling AK needs.     

基于重复热点数据的CF广播结构改进算法*

针对现有广播结构构建中对数据访问概率倾斜度考虑不足的问题,在CF索引树的基础上提出了一种基于数据倾斜度的广播构建算法。该算法充分考虑热点数据的请求,根据数据在CF索引树中所处位置的不同,在一个广播周期内重复广播热点数据及其对应的索引节点,尽量减少移动用户的访问时间。最后通过实验验证了改进后广播结构的有效性。     

Electroless nickel plating on the surface of carbon fibers

The electroless nickel plating on the surface of carbon fibers was prepared by pretreating the carbon fibers in order to increase their conductivity,and consequently enhance the EMI shielding effectiveness of the composites.The relationship between the performance of depositing coat and pH value,temperature,reaction time and the way of agitation was studied.Results show that the depositing quality is stable under pH between 4.5 and 5.0,temperature between 75 ℃ and 85 ℃,reaction time for 10 min and air agitation.The uniform and compact nickel layer deposited on carbon fibers was proved by XRD and SEM,and the electrical resistivity of carbon fibers with nickel coating was tested.Results indicate that the electrical resistivity of carbon fibers with electroless nickel plating is decreased by an order of magnitude compared with that of carbon fibers.It means that nickel coating can greatly improve the electromagnetic interference shielding properties of carbon fibers.

稀疏约束的时空正则相关滤波无人机视觉跟踪

目的 基于相关滤波的跟踪算法在无人机(unmanned aerial vehicle,UAV)视觉跟踪领域表现出卓越的性能。现有的相关滤波类跟踪算法从样本区域的所有特征中学习滤波器,然而某些来自遮挡或形变的特征可能会污染滤波器,降低模型判别能力。针对此问题,提出一种稀疏约束的时空正则相关滤波跟踪算法。方法 在相关滤波目标函数上施加空间弹性网络约束以自适应地抑制跟踪过程中的干扰特征,同时集成空间—时间正则相关滤波算法(spatial-temporal regularized correlation filter,STRCF)中的时间正则项以增强滤波器抑制畸变的能力。采用交替方向乘子法(alternating direction method of multipliers,ADMM)将带有约束项的目标函数转化为两个具有闭式解的子问题迭代求局部最优解。此外,提出一种相关滤波框架通用的加速策略,根据当前帧的目标位移量,对检测定位阶段的特征矩阵进行等距离的循环移位,将其作为在线学习阶段的特征矩阵,每帧可节省一次训练样本的特征提取操作,提高跟踪速度。结果 在3个UAV数据集上与14种主流跟踪算法进...     

融合用户信任度的概率矩阵分解群组推荐算法

利用推荐系统进行群组推荐时,群组成员之间的交互关系对推荐结果有很大影响,但传统的群组推荐算法较少考虑用户信任度的重要性,致使社交关系信息不能得到充分利用。在群组融合时考虑群组内用户间的交互关系,提出一种基于用户信任度和概率矩阵的群组推荐算法。在获取用户信任度数据后,使用概率矩阵分解（PMF）算法补全信任度矩阵并进行归一化处理,得到相似度矩阵,同时在后验概率计算过程中加入用户间的信任度因素,通过极大化后验概率获得预测评分。在此基础上,对群组中用户的权重进行归一化处理,使用基于用户交互关系的权重策略融合群组成员偏好,得到最终的推荐结果。在Epinions和FilmTrust数据集上的实验结果表明,该算法可使融合结果更具群组特性,同时提高推荐结果的可靠性和可解释性,且均方根误差和命中率均优于PMF、NeuMF、RippleNet等对比算法。     

Modelling and characterisation for the responsive performance of CF/PLA and CF/PEEK smart materials fabricated by 4D printing

4D printing, which is the combination of 3D printing technology and printable smart materials, provides the potential of automating actuation devices. In this paper, we have used a modified-fused deposition modelling 3D printing technology to fabricate a double-layer laminate smart material, which can be activated by temperature directly or by an electric circuit indirectly. A double-layer laminate mathematical model has been developed to describe the bending behaviour caused by the mismatch strain between the surface layer and the basal layer. The electrocaloric deformation testings were performed to find the different bending rules of this low-cost printed active composite in different physical states. The considerable maximal deformation values and deformation force (7?mm and 100?mN for these carbon fibre (CF)/polylactic acid specimens, and 10?mm and 200?mN for these CF/polyether-ether-ketone specimens in the paper) provide this double-layer smart material and 4D printing method the prospective to be applied in biomimetic sensors, actuators, transducers, and artificial muscles.     

基于用户兴趣度和特征的优化协同过滤推荐

协同过滤技术目前被广泛应用于个性化推荐系统中。为了使用户的最近邻居集合更加精确有效,提出了基于用户兴趣度和用户特征的优化协同过滤推荐算法。首先通过计算用户对项目的兴趣度来对用户进行分组;然后采用贝叶斯算法分析出用户具有不同特征时对项目的喜好程度;最后采用一种新的相似度度量方法计算出目标用户的最近邻居集合。实验表明该算法提高了最近邻居集合的有效性和准确度,推荐质量较以往算法有明显提高。
