Computer-based testing – is an effective teacher’s tool, intended to optimize course goals and assessment techniques in a comparatively short time. However, this is accomplished only if we deal with high-quality tests. It is strange, but despite the 100-year history of Testing Theory (see, Anastasi, A., Urbina, S. (1997). Psychological testing. Upper Saddle River, NJ: Prentice-Hall) there still exist some misconceptions. Modern wide-spread systems for computer based course management and testing reveal a set of problems corresponding to certain features of testing methods.  相似文献

A new semiotic model for the generation of musical texts is introduced in this article. The idea of a generative grammar is here understood in the sense of the generative trajectory, a model elaborated by A. J. Greimas. Four levels are chosen from his trajectory for the study of musical texts, namely, those of isotopies, spatial, temporal and actorial categories, modalities and semes or figures.As an illustration, the G minor Ballade by Fr. Chopin has been examined through all these levels. The most formalized aspect of the analysis is constituted by what has been called a modal grammar of the piece (the term modality understood here in its philosophico-linguistic sense). The analysis tries to show how the musical form emerges from its inner processual traits, kinetic, epistemic and other aspects of a modal nature. It thus approaches for instance the problem of segmentation from the processual and dynamic nature of musical works. Moreover, the analysis is also an attempt to study the narrativity in music, since the narrative content of a piece like Chopin's G minor Ballade is clearly seen as the result of its modal processes.  相似文献

Partial least square regression analysis was used to study the correlation between X variables (semolina quality, hydration level and mixing time) and Y variables, which were, in a first model, dough consistency during mixing, and, in a second model, dough properties after mixing (strength, elasticity, density) and leavening (maximum volume). The first model showed a predictive residual sum of squares (PRESS) of 2.98 and a predictive R2 (Q2) of 0.92, and highlighted the key role of hydration and mixing time on dough consistency. The second model had the best PRESS (8.25) and Q2 (0.94) values for dough volume and indicated that the volume increased with increasing mixing time until the dough consistency decreased of 20–30%. Dough volume was primarily affected by hydration. The model indicated that maximum volume after leavening, corresponding to optimum mixing time, was obtained with a soft and elastic dough, with a low‐density value.  相似文献

凯特·肖邦在其著名短篇小说《一小时的故事》中创造性地运用文体策略,大胆探索新的艺术表现方式。作品中大量运用隐喻,增强了语言的修辞效果和表达效果;不断变换叙事视角,在小说的结局和读者的期待之间构筑起强烈的反差;作品中对立语篇模式的使用,突显出女性个体意识觉醒后生死对立的主题,增强了文本的悲剧效果。这些文体手段的运用增强了作品的感染力,深化了作品的主题,使得作品具有了恒久的艺术魅力。  相似文献

Re-milled durum wheat semolinas from Altamura, Laterza and Matera (Southern Italy), currently used in the production of traditional breads, were tested for quality. The re-milled semolinas exhibited variable technological quality, and different bread-making techniques were observed. Alveograph P/L ranged from 0.34 to 2.50 with W values from 71×10–4 to 176×10–4 J. The higher values were found in samples from Laterza, which gave breads with the lowest specific volumes, due to its excessive gluten tenacity. The P/L values were correlated to SDS sedimentation height; dry gluten was correlated to both wet gluten content and protein content, and was negatively correlated to P/L. Bread protein content was correlated to the protein content of the starting material and bread specific volumes were negatively correlated to alveographic P/L values. Significant differences were found between breads from different points of origin (attributable to differences in the bread-making processes), in terms of the level of total titratable acidity and the yellow pigment content of the crumb.This revised version was published online October 2004. The errors concern the seventh column in Table 2, all the numbers need to be amended.  相似文献
