Label printing finds many applications in industry. However, this task is still labor intensive in many printing factories. Since each template can only accommodate a fixed number of labels, an important task is to work out the compositions of templates by allocating suitable labels to each template in order to fulfill the order requirements effectively. The template design could be rather arbitrary, which usually ends up with a lot of excessive printed labels. Enhancing the template design will significantly improve the efficiency of the printing process, and, at the same time, reduce the waste of resources. This motivates the study of more automatic design methods. In this paper, the problem is first formulated as a nonlinear integer programming problem. The main variables in the formulation are the compositions and the printing frequencies of templates. For practical purpose, each type of label is confined to one template only which allows automated packing and handling. The structure of the problems is carefully analyzed and a new algorithm is proposed. Numerical results show that the proposed method is a simple but effective way of generating good template designs. 相似文献

本文提出一种基于变压器铁芯材料的基本磁化曲线B=f(H)、变压器铁芯的几何尺寸、空载损耗数值及瞬时功率的概念,对变压器空载合闸时,在各种不同的合闸角及各种不同剩磁的情况下所产生的励磁涌流进行计算的新方法。通过对计算结果的分析,得出励磁涌流的特征,如峰值、波形及间断角的大小同剩磁和合闸角的关系等。本文所提出的方法有助于对电力变压器设计的正确性进行校验及变压器保护的研究。 相似文献

根据汽油机喷油器结焦积碳形成机理,建立了一套有效的汽油清净分散剂的评定装置———电控喷射模拟试验装置。该装置通过对喷油器强化加热,控制喷油器的喷油时间间隔,从而强化了喷油器结焦积碳的形成条件,缩短了试验时间。为验证该装置的有效性,选用几种在实验室发动机台架上清净性效果较好的添加剂对其进行了试验验证。同时,通过控制喷油器的加热状况,以模拟汽车试验15/45喷油器环境温度。试验表明,该模拟试验装置对各种添加剂分辨效果明显,重复性好,试验可靠。通过对该模拟试验装置评定结果与试验室台架试验的评定结果的比较可知,两者评定结果趋势一致。 相似文献

To study the phenomenon of splitting failure in the rock mass adjacent to an underground hydro-power station excavation in a region of high initial stresses, both laboratory simulation tests and site monitoring were undertaken. Concurrent with the excavation design and monitoring, an energy dissipation model was formulated. Back analysis was performed on the monitored site data obtained during excavation and construction. For study in the laboratory, large specimens were designed using rock-like materials. Using a true triaxial state test condition, one side of the specimen was unloaded to model the exposed cavern wall of the excavation. In the experimental model, rock splitting failure was observed. During the excavation (construction site), monitoring instruments were installed in boreholes in the cavern wall. Sliding micrometer, electrical resistivity tomography equipment and a borehole TV camera were employed to monitor the effects of the excavation. Back analysis using the deformation of the surrounding rock mass was carried out. The deformation and the depth of the splitting area in the surrounding rock mass after final excavation were predicted using the energy dissipation model and also by an alternate prediction formula for the splitting depth previously proposed by the authors. Equilibrium Moisture Content (EMC) data for medium rough rice grain, Lido variety were obtained by equilibrating rice samples at different Equilibrium Relative Humidities (ERH) and Temperatures. The employed models to fit the data were GAB, modified Chung-Pfost, modified Halsey, Modified Henderson, and modified Oswin. The data were evaluated using the standard error of moisture content, mean relative standard error (%P) of the model and the correlation coefficient r2. The GAB model by indirect regression described the EMC the best, however its parameters lacked of physical meaning. The modified Chung-Pfost and modified Henderson equations presented a similar fit of the EMCERH relationships. The modified Chung-Pfost equation had lower residual values than the modified Henderson equation and was considered the best model to explain the EMC-ERH relationships. 相似文献
