Event-triggered variable horizon Supervisory Predictive control of hybrid power plants

The supervision of a hybrid power plant, including solar panels, a gas microturbine and a storage unit operating under varying solar power profiles is considered. The Economic Supervisory Predictive controller assigns the power references to the controlled subsystems of the hybrid cell using a financial criterion. A prediction of the renewable sources power is embedded into the supervisor. Results deteriorate when the solar power is unsteady, owing to the inaccuracy of the predictions for a long-range horizon of 10 s. The receding horizon is switched between an upper and a lower value according to the amplitude of the solar power trend. Theoretical results show the relevance of horizon switching, according to a tradeoff between performance and prediction accuracy. Experimental results, obtained in a Hardware In the Loop (HIL) framework, show the relevance of the variable horizon approach. Power amplifiers allow us to simulate virtual components, such as a gas microturbine, and to blend their powers with that of real devices (storage unit, real solar panels). In this case, fuel savings, reaching 15%, obtained under unsteady operating conditions lead to a better overall performance of the hybrid cell. The overall savings obtained in the experiments amount to 12%.

Rogowski coil current transducer compensation method for harmonic active power error

In the harmonic active power measurement, the highest uncertainties are generally introduced by the current and voltage transducers. In a previous paper, the authors showed that the current transformer (CT) can introduce significant errors in such measurement, especially if the phase shift between voltage and current is close to ±90°. In such condition the errors on harmonic power measurement are mainly due to the CT phase displacement. This paper shows that better results can be achieved with more linear transducers, such as the Rogowski coil current transducers (RCCTs), whose metrological performance in distorted condition can be improved, by means of a proper compensation method. The proposed method for RCCTs compensation is based on the frequency response and it allows to reduce the errors on harmonic power measurement, also for phase shift close to ±90°. The study is supported by several experimental tests.     

Design and performance study of phase‐locked loop using fractional‐order loop filter

The present work reports the realization of an analog fractional‐order phase‐locked loop (FPLL) using a fractional capacitor. The expressions for bandwidth, capture range, and lock range of the FPLL have been derived analytically and then compared with the experimental observations using LM565 IC. It has been observed that bandwidth and capture range can be extended by using FPLL. It has also been found that FPLL can provide faster response and lower phase error at the time of switching compared to its integer‐order counterpart. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Understanding value creation in closed loop supply chains – Past findings and future directions

The topic of value creation through the recovery of returned products in closed loop supply chains is scattered across various bodies of literature. We undertake a systematic literature review of 144 articles in relevant green, reverse and closed loop supply chain literature to synchronize existing knowledge on value creation. Value manifestations of four types of value, namely economic, environmental, information and customer value, are identified. Value adding concepts from the forward- and reverse supply chain may leverage the process of value creation. They are classified into six subclasses, namely partnerships and collaboration, product design characteristics, service concepts, IT solutions, supply chain processes and organizational characteristics. We present a conceptual framework on a strategic level. In this way companies can create competitive advantages by closing the loop. The results of the literature analysis suggest avenues for future research on the operational and strategic level.

2.4GHz动态CMOS分频器的设计

对现阶段的主流高速CMOS分频器进行分析和比较,在此基础上设计一种采用TSPC(truesingle phase clock)和E-TSPC(extended TSPC)技术的前置双模分频器电路.该分频器大大提高了工作频率,采用0.6μm CMOS工艺参数进行仿真的结果表明,在5V电源电压下,最高频率达到3GHz,功耗仅为8mW.     

高导电性原油电脱盐工艺研究

南阳原油中金属含量较高,掺有部分3次采油采出原油,加工时易造成电脱盐装置原油乳化,电导率高,脱盐难度较大。装置投产十几年来脱后含盐一直不合格,经过改造仍然超标,常压塔顶腐蚀严重。为此,对原油进行了电脱盐工艺条件及破乳剂研究,研制出了高效电脱盐设备和生物复合脱盐剂及降电流剂,采用平流弓形电极进行改造,解决了该原油的电脱盐问题,使脱后含盐达到3 mg/L。     

包装件压力试验机计算机测控系统

针对YE-50包装件压力试验机落后的测控系统，提出一种基于压力和位移闭环控制的计算机测控系统。根据测得的压力、位移和设定值，通过模糊控制输出驱动伺服阀实现了压力试验时的恒速控制和堆码试验时的恒力控制。并实时显示力——位移及应力——应变曲线。文中还对模糊控制器的实验整定方法进行了探讨。     

光氯化制备对氯三氯甲苯的工艺条件研究

本研究了在内环流反应器中，以对氯甲苯为原料制备对氯三氯甲苯的新工艺，考察了不同氯气流量、不同氯化温度对对氯甲苯侧链光氯化反应的影响，得出了对氯甲苯的侧链光氯化反应规律。结合正交试验，得出了对氯甲苯侧链光氯化制备对氯三氯甲苯的较优工艺条件。
