无源光网络标准发展及关键技术研究

无源光网络(Passive Optical Network,PON)作为当今接入网的主要技术解决方案,具有带宽使用效率高、传输距离远、抗干扰能力强等特点.通过研究PON技术的发展动态,本文首先归纳了各种PON技术的产生背景和应用特点,整理出各技术间的连接关系及主要标准;其次介绍了PON技术的帧结构,并对带宽、波长、传输模式等PON技术的主要参数进行了汇总;然后将国内外研究热点进行划分,围绕媒体访问控制协议、帧结构、动态带宽分配算法、节能机制等关键技术,阐述了其研究现状及在PON中的重要作用;最后对PON技术的发展趋势进行了展望.     

监控Oracle数据库

主要介绍用一系列命令检查Oracle实例的可用性、Oracle监听器的可用性、表空间的使用等重要的shell脚本来监控Oracle数据库,这不但大大减轻了DBA重复的监控工作,并且为性能调整等打下一些坚实的技术基础。     

关于INFORMIX动态服务器辅助DBA系统

INFORMIX动态服务器辅助DBA系统是一个基于AIX、HP-UNIX、等大型UNIX平台上对informix数据库进行辅助管理的系统；它通过对informix的核心系统管理接口SMI(system management interface)的访问，从消息日志、共享内存使用、逻辑日志、CHUNK、用户活动、凹话信息、SQL信息、长事物活动、锁资源等角度反馈数据库核心运行状态。借助一些高级DBA丰富经验，由决策分析系统按照一定的处理逻辑形成最佳决策，实现辅助数据库管理的功能。     

FiWi网络比例公平和QoS感知的分级动态带宽分配机制

光纤网络和无线接入技术结合的FiWi网络可提供高容量、灵活以及低基础设施成本的无线接入能力。由于FiWi网络中客户端业务量一般具有不稳定性,很难提前有效预测,高效公平的动态带宽分配(DBA)机制具有重要作用。该文针对EPON和WLAN构成的FiWi网络提出一种分级DBA机制。引入剩余带宽比例因子解决多个轮询周期内各用户分配的带宽资源与其权值不匹配而产生的不公平问题;联合考虑业务优先级、带宽请求比例和网络负载解决带宽分配中的业务QoS保证和信道带宽浪费问题。仿真实验表明,与现有文献的DBA机制相比,系统公平性、吞吐量和信道利用率有明显提升。且所提DBA算法不限定具体带宽资源类型,具有良好通用性。     

Hyperimmune colostrum alleviates rheumatoid arthritis in a collagen-induced arthritis murine model

Our aging population and the accompanying decline in immune function is a growing concern that may be addressed by finding natural methods to enhance the immunocompetence of our elderly. Bovine milk and colostrum from cows that have been immunized have been shown to provide additional immunoglobulins and other bioactive molecules that enhance immune function. The purpose of this study was to investigate the ability of hyperimmune bovine colostrum to alleviate the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis in a murine model. The collagen-induced arthritis DBA/1J murine model was used for this study. Mice were fed colostrum from immunized cows at either 5 or 10 mg/mouse per day or controls for 49 d. The data showed that the colostrum-fed groups had significantly lower total swelling scores and significantly lower collagen-specific antibody (IgG_2a), inflammation-associated antibody (total IgG), and the inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor α, IL-2, IL-6, and IFN-γ. The results strongly suggest that colostrum from immunized cows may have anti-inflammatory activity in a mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis.     

GPON中一种二端动态带宽分配算法的设计与分析

首先对GPON中现有的动态带宽分配算法进行了阐述,然后提出了一种有效QoS保证的二端动态带宽分配算法,并给出了该算法的实现流程图.接着针对几种负载下的不同业务吞吐量情况对该算法进行了分析,最后得出了该算法可以满足动态带宽分配公平性的结论.     

Changes in Retinal N-Acylethanolamines and their Oxylipin Derivatives During the Development of Visual Impairment in a Mouse Model for Glaucoma

Neurons are especially susceptible to oxidative damage, which is increasingly implicated in neurodegenerative disease. Certain N‐acylethanolamines (NAEs) have been shown to protect neurons from oxidative stress. Since glaucoma may be considered a neurodegenerative disorder and the survival of retinal neurons could also be influenced by N‐acylethanolamines, our goal was to quantify changes in certain N‐acylethanolamine species and their oxylipin derivatives in the retina of a mouse model for glaucoma. We also sought to identify relationships between these and parameters of glaucoma disease development, specifically intraocular pressure, visual acuity, and contrast sensitivity. Five N‐acylethanolamine species and three NAE oxylipin derivatives were quantified in retina from young and aged DBA/2Crl mice. N‐Acylethanolamines and NAE‐oxylipins in retinal extracts were quantified against deuterated standards by isotope dilution gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Levels (nmol/g dry weight) of N‐arachidonoylethanolamine (anandamide; NAE 20:4) were significantly (p = 0.008) decreased in aged (2.875 ± 0.6702) compared to young animals (5.175 ± 0.971). Conversely, the anandamide oxylipin, 15(S)‐HETE ethanolamide (15(S)‐HETE EA), was significantly (p = 0.042) increased in aged (0.063 ± 0.009) compared to young animals (0.039 ± 0.011). Enzymatic depletion of the anandamide pool by 15‐lipoxygenase and consequent accumulation of 15(S)‐HETE ethanolamine may contribute to decreased visual function in glaucomatous mice. Since N‐acylethanolamines effectively attenuate glaucoma pathogenesis and associated visual impairment, our data provides additional rationale and novel targets for glaucoma therapies.     

WFGD工艺典型脱硫添加剂应用探讨

鉴于石灰石湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)技术在脱硫市场的主导地位,对镁、DBA、蚁酸等3种典型脱硫添加剂的作用机理、工业应用等方面作了介绍。用理论和实践证明脱硫添加剂确实能够提高SO2的吸收率和石灰石等吸收剂的利用率,并且具有降低结垢和堵塞风险、节约安装及运行成本的功效。     

EPON系统中基于业务等级的动态带宽算法研究

本文针对EPON系统中上行链路的时分复用机制,提出了一种基于服务等级的动态带宽分配方案,通过自适应地改变权值及服务等级的阈值,以适应网络的状况,提高带宽利用率。通过这种方案,既保证了上行链路的高效利用,又保证了网络的性能,满足了网络业务的QoS要求。最后,通过实验证明了这种算法的正确性和可行性。     

Two types of a passive safety containment for a near future BWR with active and passive safety systems

The paper presents two types of a passive safety containment for a near future BWR. They are named Mark S and Mark X containment. One of their common merits is very low peak pressure at severe accidents without venting the containment atmosphere to the environment. The PCV pressure can be moderated within the design pressure. Another merit is the capability to submerge the PCV and the RPV above the core level. The third merit is robustness against external events such as a large commercial airplane crash. Both the containments have a passive cooling core catcher that has radial cooling channels. The Mark S containment is made of reinforced concrete and applicable to a large power BWR up to 1830 MWe. The Mark X containment has the steel secondary containment and can be cooled by natural circulation of outside air. It can accommodate a medium power BWR up to 1380 MWe. In both cases the plants have active and passive safety systems constituting in-depth hybrid safety (IDHS). The IDHS provides not only hardware diversity between active and passive safety systems but also more importantly diversity of the ultimate heat sinks between the atmosphere and the sea water. Although the plant concept discussed in the paper uses well-established technology, plant performance including economy is innovatively and evolutionally improved. Nothing is new in the hardware but everything is new in the performance.
