用层次分析法(AHP)确定QFD中客户需求权重   总被引:10,自引:0,他引:10  
客户需求权重的确定是质量功能配置(QFD)实现过程中的重要一环,然而传统的确定权重的方法都有各自的缺陷。本文采用层次分析法(AHP)来确定客户需求的权重,首先建立了评价模型,并构造出比较判断矩阵,然后通过层次排序和一致性检验,最终获得了接近实际的客户需求权重结果。文章最后以某企业所生产的车床的客户需求为例,验证了用AHP法来确定QFD中客户需求权重的可行性。  相似文献

介绍了一种基于开源平台的网络镜像部署方案。方案基于C/S架构,客户端的安装采用了基于PXE的远程启动模式,因此不需要为客户端进行手动安装,从而可以使无系统客户机也能向服务端发起镜像部署请求。网络镜像部署的实现充分吸纳了UDPcast、Partclone以及tftpd32等优秀的已有开源项目,避免了重复的开发工作,编写的调度、UI模块解决了开源软件操作不友好的缺点。实际测试显示,该方案己具有良好的实用价值,所用的系统架构也值得推广到其他应用场合。  相似文献

Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a popular planning method often used to transform customer demands/requirements into the technical characteristics of a new or improved product or service. In order to better capture (and represent) the multifarious relationships between customer requirements and technical characteristics, and the relative weights among customer requirements, in this study a hybrid analytic network process (ANP)-weighted fuzzy methodology is proposed. The goal is to synthesize renowned capabilities of ANP and fuzzy logic to better rank technical characteristics of a product (or a service) while implementing QFD. To demonstrate the viability of the proposed methodology a real-world scenario, where a new equipment to squeeze the polyethylene pipes to stop the gas flow without damaging the pipes, is developed. The ranking of technical characteristics of the product is calculated using both crisp and fuzzy weights for illustration and comparison purposes.  相似文献

为了更可靠、高效地将无线传感器网络应用到长距离工程监测中,针对其单覆盖的特点,提出多汇聚节点的双链式结构部署节点的方法,并用不等间距的优化部署方法部署传感器节点,进一步均衡整个网络能耗,同时给出了各跳间距的计算公式;分析和仿真表明,多汇聚节点的双链式优化部署方法适合长距离传输,并可克服个别传感器节点因转发数据而过度消耗能量过早死亡的缺陷,使得各传感器节点均衡能耗,显著地延长了网络的生命周期.  相似文献

This paper deals with the deployment of industrial control applications in distributed devices (considered as multi-tasking Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs)). These applications are developed according to the component-based standard IEC 61499. In this standard, a function block is an event triggered component and the application is a network of distributed blocks on several devices. To deploy these blocks in feasible OS tasks of the execution support, we propose a hybrid scheduling approach allowing in particular to check according to specifications the temporal behavior of the application in devices and also on the communication network. This approach is based on static and dynamic policies. The static policy allows to construct OS tasks from function blocks, whereas the dynamic policy allows their scheduling at run-time.  相似文献

Distributed real-time and embedded (DRE) systems have become critical in domains such as avionics (e.g., flight mission computers), telecommunications (e.g., wireless phone services), tele-medicine (e.g., robotic surgery), and defense applications (e.g., total ship computing environments). These types of system are increasingly interconnected via wireless and wireline networks to form systems of systems. A challenging requirement for these DRE systems involves supporting a diverse set of quality of service (QoS) properties, such as predictable latency/jitter, throughput guarantees, scalability, 24x7 availability, dependability, and security that must be satisfied simultaneously in real-time. Although increasing portions of DRE systems are based on QoS-enabled commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware and software components, the complexity of managing long lifecycles (often ∼15-30 years) remains a key challenge for DRE developers and system integrators. For example, substantial time and effort is spent retrofitting DRE applications when the underlying COTS technology infrastructure changes.This paper provides two contributions that help improve the development, validation, and integration of DRE systems throughout their lifecycles. First, we illustrate the challenges in creating and deploying QoS-enabled component middleware-based DRE applications and describe our approach to resolving these challenges based on a new software paradigm called Model Driven Middleware (MDM), which combines model-based software development techniques with QoS-enabled component middleware to address key challenges faced by developers of DRE systems — particularly composition, integration, and assured QoS for end-to-end operations. Second, we describe the structure and functionality of CoSMIC (Component Synthesis using Model Integrated Computing), which is an MDM toolsuite that addresses key DRE application and middleware lifecycle challenges, including partitioning the components to use distributed resources effectively, validating software configurations, assuring multiple simultaneous QoS properties in real-time, and safeguarding against rapidly changing technology.  相似文献
